Human Mammary Tumor Virus (HMTV) or Mouse Mammary Tumor Virus holds similarity as an endogenous onco-retrovirus belongs to retroviridae family, predominantly infects the epithelial cell of human as well as mouse. With the recognition of nano-biosensor in nanotechnology, ideal interdigitated electrode (IDE) was genuinely performed for HMTV detection. Aluminium enriched IDE (AlIDE) was fabricated for high performance detection with a cost-effective photolithography technique. In this research, (3-glycidyloxypropyl) trimethoxysilane refined platform was selected to detect the conductivity with HMTV target DNA interaction on the designed AlIDE. Strong binding affinity of streptavidin-biotin with target DNA enhanced the sensitivity by empowering higher number of HMTV probe and target complementation on sensing surface. Furthermore, the target DNA was immobilized on probe modified AlIDE and a quantitative value of 100 aM attained as a lowest detection. A linear with dose-dependent duplex formation was shown with the regression coefficient value of 0.964. Negative control has shown insignificant detection at 10 pM, which justifies the higher fold discrimination with specificity. The excellence of AlIDE performance in detection of HMTV may pave the way for more verification on other diseases. 相似文献

The polar wavelet transform– a generalized form of the classical wavelet transform has been extensively used in science and engineering for finding directional representations of signals in higher dimensions. The aim of this paper is to establish new uncertainty principles associated with the polar wavelet transforms in \(L^{2}(\mathbb R^{2})\). Firstly, we study some basic properties of the polar wavelet transform and then derive the associated generalized version of Heisenberg–Pauli–Weyl inequality. Finally, following the idea of Beckner (Proc. Amer. Math. Soc. 123, 1897–1905 1995), we drive the logarithmic version of uncertainty principle for the polar wavelet transforms in \(L^{2}(\mathbb R^{2})\). 相似文献

Nowadays, desulfurization of fuel oil has raised concern globally because of strict industrial and environmental legislations. Albeit hydrodesulfurization (HDS) has been extensively used in oil refineries to produce low sulfur oil (< 10 ppm) but not been proven as effective method for the removal of dibenzothiophene (DBT), benzothiophene (TH) and their derivatives. Subsequently, adsorptive desulfurization (ADS) and oxidative desulfurization (ODS) methods have been developed to achieve high removal efficiency. In the past decade, metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) and its composites as oxidative catalysts, as well as adsorbents, have attracted the researchers owing to high surface area, tunable properties, and reusable. The present review comprises use of MOFs and their composites for the removal of sulfur from fuel oil via ODS and ADS processes. Additionally, physicochemical properties of MOFs, mechanism, pros and cons of both process, regeneration, and future challenges have been discussed briefly. The discrete Fourier transform is considered as one of the most powerful tools in digital signal processing, which enable us to find the spectrum of finite-duration signals. In this article, we introduce the notion of discrete quadratic-phase Fourier transform, which encompasses a wider class of discrete Fourier transforms, including classical discrete Fourier transform, discrete fractional Fourier transform, discrete linear canonical transform, discrete Fresnal transform, and so on. To begin with, we examine the fundamental aspects of the discrete quadratic-phase Fourier transform, including the formulation of Parseval’s and reconstruction formulae. To extend the scope of the present study, we establish weighted and non-weighted convolution and correlation structures associated with the discrete quadratic-phase Fourier transform. 相似文献

5-aminolevulanic acid (ALA), a precursor of Protoporphyrin IX, was evaluated as an inducer of photodamage on Hep2c, human
larynx squamous cell carcinoma, cell line. Porphyrins are used as active cytotoxic antitumor agents in photodynamic therapy
(PDT). The present study evaluates the effects of photodynamic therapy (PDT) with 5-aminolevulinic acid (5-ALA) using human
larynx cells as experimental model. Hep2c cell line was irradiated with red light (a diode laser, λ = 635 nm). The influence
of different incubation times and concentrations of 5-ALA, different irradiation doses and various combinations of photosensitizer
and light doses on the cellular viability of Hep2c cells were studied. The optimal uptake of photosensitizer ALA in Hep-2c
cells was investigated by means of spectrometric measurement. Cells viability was determined by means of neutral red assay
(NR). It was observed that sensitizer or light doses have no significant effect on cells viability when studied independently.
The spectrometric measurements showed that the maximal cellular uptake of 5-ALA occurred after 7 h in vitro incubation. The
photocytotoxic assay showed that light dose of 85 J/cm2 gives effective PDT outcome for Hep2c cell line incubated with 55 μg/ml of 5-ALA with a conclusion that Hep2c cell line is
sensitive to ALA-mediated PDT. 相似文献
