The results of studying antineutrino interactions with deuterons (CCD and NCD reactions) and hydrogen (CCP) at the Krasnoyarsk underground reactor with the Deuteron detector are presented. The cross sections for NCD and CCD were measured with a precision of 9%. For CCP, the precision is 3%: σ expt NCD =(3.35±0.31)×10?44 cm2/fission 235U, σ expt NCD =(1.08±0.09)×10?44 cm2/fission 235U, and σ expt NCD =(6.39±0.19)×10?43 cm2/fission 235U. The precision of the experimental results is close to the theoretical one and is in good agreement with other experiments. The limit on the parameters of antineutrino oscillations into the sterile state was obtained: Δm 2≤4.7×10?2 eV2 for sin2(2?)=1.0 (68% C.L.). A comparison of the measured and theoretical cross section gives us the neutron-neutron scattering length of a nn(S)=?17±6 fm in the approach of zero momentum transfers. The weak neutral current constant is in good agreement with the prediction of the Standard Model: G A NC =G A CC /0.932±0.056.  相似文献

The Eulerian Stochastic Fields (ESF) Monte Carlo method to solve the transported PDF (TPDF) equation is extended to account for differential diffusion effects by incorporating species individual molecular diffusivities. The method has been applied in Large Eddy simulation (LES) to non-piloted oxy-fuel jet flames at different Reynolds numbers experimentally investigated by Sevault et al. [1]. Due to the high H2 content in the fuel stream and CO2 in the oxidizer these flames pose new challenges to combustion modeling as the flame structures are different compared to CH4/air flames. The simulations show very good agreement with the experiments in terms of mixture fraction conditional mean values for temperature and mayor species on the fuel lean side and the reaction zone, deviations on the fuel rich side are discussed. The trend and location of localized extinction is reproduced well in the simulations, as well as differential diffusion effects in the near field. Additionally, it is shown that a neglect of differential diffusion in the combustion model leads to a lifted flame.  相似文献

The adsorption behavior of 197Hg and 183–185Hg on red amorphous selenium (red a-Se) and trigonal selenium (t-Se) was investigated experimentally by off-line and on-line gas chromatographic methods, in preparation of a sensitive chemical separation and characterization of the transactinides copernicium (Cn, Z = 112) and flerovium (Fl, Z = 114). Monte-Carlo simulations of a diffusion controlled deposition were in good agreement with the experimental results, assuming as interaction limits ?ΔH ads red a-Se (Hg) > 85 kJ/mol, and ?ΔH ads t-Se (Hg) < 60 kJ/mol. Both Se allotropes can be used as stationary surfaces in comparative gas-chromatographic chemical investigations of Cn and Fl.  相似文献

A simple model of turbulent scalar flux developed recently by the present authors is applied to determine the direction of the flux in a statistically planar one-dimensional premixed flame that does not affect turbulence and has self-similar mean structure. Results obtained in the case of statistically stationary turbulence indicate that transition from countergradient to gradient turbulent scalar transport may occur during flame development, as the peak mean rate of product creation moves to the trailing edge of the flame brush. In the case of decaying turbulence, the opposite transition (from gradient to countergradient transport) was simulated in line with available DNS data. In both cases, transition instant depends strongly on turbulence and mixture characteristics. In particular, countergradient transport is suppressed by an increase in the rms turbulent velocity and by a decrease in the laminar flame speed or density ratio, in line with available experimental and DNS data. The obtained results lend qualitative support to the model of turbulent scalar flux addressed in the present work.  相似文献

The present work aims at modeling the entire convection flux \(\overline {\rho \mathbf {u}W}\) in the transport equation for a mean reaction rate \(\overline {\rho W}\) in a turbulent flow, which (equation) was recently put forward by the present authors. In order to model the flux, several simple closure relations are developed by introducing flow velocity conditioned to reaction zone and interpolating this velocity between two limit expressions suggested for the leading and trailing edges of the mean flame brush. Subsequently, the proposed simple closure relations for \(\overline {\rho \mathbf {u}W}\) are assessed by processing two sets of data obtained in earlier 3D Direct Numerical Simulation (DNS) studies of adiabatic, statistically planar, turbulent, premixed, single-step-chemistry flames characterized by unity Lewis number. One dataset consists of three cases characterized by different density ratios and is associated with the flamelet regime of premixed turbulent combustion. Another dataset consists of four cases characterized by different low Damköhler and large Karlovitz numbers. Accordingly, this dataset is associated with the thin reaction zone regime of premixed turbulent combustion. Under conditions of the former DNS, difference in the entire, \(\overline {\rho {u}W}\), and mean, \(\tilde {u}\overline {\rho W}\), convection fluxes is well pronounced, with the turbulent flux, \(\overline {\rho u^{\prime \prime }W^{\prime \prime }}\), showing countergradient behavior in a large part of the mean flame brush. Accordingly, the gradient diffusion closure of the turbulent flux is not valid under such conditions, but some proposed simple closure relations allow us to predict the entire flux \(\overline {\rho \mathbf {u}W}\) reasonably well. Under conditions of the latter DNS, the difference in the entire and mean convection fluxes is less pronounced, with the aforementioned simple closure relations still resulting in sufficiently good agreement with the DNS data.  相似文献

The influence of countergradient transport on the speed of a statistically stationary, planar, 1D premixed flame that propagates in frozen turbulence is studied theoretically and numerically by considering the normalised magnitude NB of the countergradient flux to be an input parameter. Spectra of admissible flame speeds are analytically determined and explicit travelling wave solutions are found for two algebraic relations widely used to close the mean rate of product creation. A problem of selecting the physically relevant solution that is approached for sufficiently steep initial conditions is addressed. It is argued that, if NB is larger than an analytically determined critical number NcrB, then the type of the physically relevant solution is drastically changed. If NB < NcrB, the physically relevant solution is of pulled wave type, i.e. its speed is controlled by processes localised to the leading edge of the flame brush and can be determined within the framework of a linear analysis at the leading edge. If NB > NcrB, the physically relevant solution is of pushed wave type, i.e. its speed is controlled by processes in the entire flame brush. Analytical expressions for the speed of the physically relevant solution as a function of NB and the density ratio are obtained. For NB > NcrB, the mean flame brush thickness and the spatial profile of the Favre-averaged combustion progress variable are also determined analytically. These results are validated by numerical simulations. Both analytical expressions and numerical data indicate that (i) both turbulent flame speed and thickness are decreased when NB is increased and (ii) the direction of total scalar flux (i.e. the sum of countergradient and gradient contributions) is strongly affected not only by NB, but also by the shape of the dependence of the mean rate of product creation on the mean combustion progress variable.  相似文献
