Ion synthesis and laser annealing of Cu nanoparticles in Al2O3   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Al2O3 samples with Cu nanoparticles, synthesised by ion implantation at 40 keV with a dose of 1×1017 ion/cm2 and a current density from 2.5 to 12.5 μA/cm2, were annealed using ten pulses from a KrF excimer laser with a single pulse fluence of 0.3 J/cm2. The copper depth distribution, formation and modification of metal nanoparticles under the ion implantation and laser treatment were studied by Rutherford backscattering (RBS), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) analysis, atomic force microscopy (AFM) and optical spectroscopy. It was found that laser annealing leads to a reduction in the nanoparticle size without diffusion of metal atoms into the bulk. The change in particle size and the possibility for oxidation of the copper particles are examined in the framework of Mie theory. Calculations presented show that under excimer laser treatment, Cu nanoparticles are more likely to be reduced in size than to undergo oxidation. We study the Leibniz n-algebra Un(∑),whose multiplication is defined viathe bracket of a Leibniz algebra ∑ as[x1,...,xn]=[x1,[...,[xn-2,[xn-1,xn]]...]].Weshow that Un(∑) is simple if and only if ∑ is a simple Lie algebra.An analog of Levi'stheorem for Leibniz algebras in Un(Lb) is established and it is proven that the Leibnizn-kernel of Un(Σ) for any semisimple Leibniz algebra Σ is the n-algebra Un(Σ).  相似文献

This paper reports on the results of the calculation of the depth distribution profiles of the concentration of the impurity implanted into an anisotropic crystalline material. The sputtering of the irradiated material, fast one-dimensional diffusion of the impurity along structural channels, and accumulation of the implanted impurity at different depths have been taken into account. The results of the calculations have been compared with the experimental distribution profiles of cobalt ions implanted into the crystal structure of rutile TiO2 along and across structural channels at different temperatures of the irradiated substrate. A comparison of the model and experimental profiles has made it possible to evaluate the precipitation rate of cobalt in the TiO2 matrix on different precipitation centers. A model has been proposed for explaining the unusual shift in the peak of the concentration distribution of implanted ions deep into the sample with an increase in the temperature of the irradiated substrate. The model has allowed one to separate the contributions from different phases of the impurity (nanoparticles and solid solution) to the magnetism of the Co: TiO2 system.  相似文献

Conjugates of chlorin e6 with closo‐dodecaborate and cobalt bis(dicarbollide) anions were synthesized for the first time in high yields using the advanced ‘click’ methodology. In vitro study on A549 human lung adenocarcinoma cells revealed that the synthesized boronated conjugates are able to penetrate and accumulate in cancer cells, but their intracellular concentration is not sufficient for effective photodynamic and boron neutron capture therapy of cancer. Metallic nickel nanoparticles of various sizes are formed in a thin near-surface layer in an amorphous SiO2 matrix during 40-keV Ni+ ion implantation at a dose of (0.25−1.0) × 1017 ions/cm2. The micro-structure of the irradiated layer and the crystal structure, morphology, and sizes of nickel particles formed at various irradiation doses are studied by transmission electron microscopy and electron diffraction. The magnetooptical Faraday effect and the magnetic circular dichroism in an ensemble of nickel nanoparticles are studied in the optical range. The permittivity [^(e)]\hat \varepsilon tensor components are calculated for the implanted samples using an effective medium model with allowance for the results of magnetooptical measurements. The spectral dependences of the tensor [^(e)]\hat \varepsilon components are found to be strongly different from those of a continuous metallic nickel film. These differences are related to a disperse structure of the magnetic nickel phase and to a surface plasma resonance in the metal nanoparticles.  相似文献

The structure and magnetic properties of composite films obtained by ion irradiation or thermal treatment of triethoxysilane gels containing iron or nickel in solution are investigated by means of X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy and electron spin resonance. Ion irradiated gels are converted into silica glasses containing metallic nanoparticles with a narrow range of sizes. These particles exhibit a magnetic resonance with a preferential alignment of magnetic moments perpendicular to the surface. This unusual out of plane anisotropy seem to be ascribed to an interaction of the moments with radiation defects. The magnetization in irradiated film is comparable to that in films of same materials submitted to a thermal conversion at 1000 °C in vacuum. But the latter films are porous and contain particles of metal and silicide or silicate with a wider range of sizes.  相似文献
