利用LEED图形拟合的方法对大量不同取向In/Si表面的稳定性和小面化进行了研究,新发现了In覆盖度在1/2单层原子以下的三个稳定表面:Si(214)-In,Si(317)-In和Si(436)-In,以及In覆盖度在1单层原子左右的两个稳定表面Si(101)-In和Si(313)-In.此外还确定了In覆盖度在1单层原子左右的6个稳定In/Si表面的家族领地以及In覆盖度在1/2单层原子以下的4个稳定In/Si表面的家族领地.特别值得注意的是 Si(103)-In的家族领地相当大,甚至比最稳定的Si(1 关键词: 硅表面 铟 稳定表面 家族领地  相似文献

用扫描隧道显微镜(STM)研究了室温下十八醇(1-C18H37OH)和十四烷(C14H30)在石墨表面的吸附行为.十八醇在石墨表面自组装形成条状结构.实验发现了十八醇分子在石墨表面的两种不同的密排方式,它们形成并列的不同宽度的条状结构.还发现,由于溶剂(正十四烷C14H30)的完全蒸发,留下的十八醇分子在石墨表面吸附的自组装结构与固液界面中十八醇分子在石墨表面的吸附形成的结构在分子方向、表面分子晶体的晶格常数及条状结构宽度等方面有很大的不同.此外,实验中也发现溶剂十四烷在某种情况下也能在石墨表面吸附形成可供STM观察的有较长时间稳定性的条状周期结构.实验观察到的十四烷在石墨表面形成的晶体结构与固液界面中观察到的有序结构的晶体结构常数和分子排列方向也是不同的.根据STM图像,提出了十八醇和十四烷在石墨表面吸附的结构模型. 关键词: 十四烷 十八醇 石墨 扫描隧道显微镜  相似文献

A new (2+1)-dimensional lattice equation is presented based upon the first two members in the hierarchy of the combined Toda lattice and relativistic Toda lattice (TL-RTL) equations in (1+1) dimensions. A Darboux transformation for the hierarchy of the combined TL-RTL equations is constructed. Solutions of the first two members in the hierarchy of the combined TL-RTL equations, as well as the new (2+1)-dimensional lattice equation are explicitly obtained by the Darboux transformation.  相似文献

The method of nonlinearization of spectral problem is developed and applied to the discrete nonlinear Schr6dinger (DNLS) equation which is a reduction of the Ablowitz-Ladik equation with a reality condition. Using low-energy electron diffraction (LEED) and scanning tunnelling microscopy (STM) it has been found that glycine molecules adsorbed on Cu(001) can form but only the (2×4) and c(2×4) superstructures. On the basis of the missing LEED spots of the surface, it has been concluded that: each (2×4) unit cell consists of two molecules, one being the mirror image of the other; the C-C axis of both molecules lies in the mirror plane of the Cu substrate without a significant shift and twist from the plane; and the two O atoms of the carboxylate group of both molecules locate at the same height level without significant buckling. According to these conclusions, a structural model has been proposed for the (2×4) superstructure (a model for the c(2×4) superstructure already exists). We argue that the (2×4) and c(2×4) superstructures must have similar specific surface free energy, that their hydrogen bonds must be of N-H-OII type, and that their local adsorption geometry must be similar or even the same. The advantage of combining STM with LEED to determine surface structures is clearly demonstrated.  相似文献

通过化学气相沉积法在一种典型的高指数面铜(410)-氧上制备出了一维石墨烯超晶格,并利用拉曼光谱(Raman)、低能电子衍射(LEED)、扫描隧道显微术(STM)等方法研究了氢原子在该超晶格上的吸附.实验结果揭示了由于超晶格的调制作用所引起的无缺陷石墨烯区域的选择性吸附,氢原子优先吸附在石墨烯超晶格一维周期中的相同部位.这一发现为进一步通过一维超晶格调控石墨烯的性质提供了更多可能.在石墨烯上的吸附氢原子除了单个或成对存在之外,实验还首次观察到一种新的三氢原子位型.  相似文献

Two hierarchies of new nonlinear differential-difference equations with one continuous variable and one discrete variable are constructed from the Darboux transformations of the Kaup–Newell hierarchy of equations. Their integrable properties such as recursion operator, zero-curvature representations, and bi-Hamiltonian structures are studied. In addition, the hierarchy of equations obtained by Wu and Geng is identified with the hierarchy of two-component modified Volterra lattice equations.  相似文献
