Anilinepropylsilica xerogel was obtained by using an appropriate organosilane and tetraethyl orthosilicate as precursor reagents. The gelation was carried out using HF and NaF as catalysts. The presence of Na+ (when NaF was used) resulted in a decrease in the final organic content of the materials. This effect was interpreted as an inhibition of the organosilane polycondensation possibly due to the Na+ interaction with the SiO- groups of the hydrolyzed organosilane. The presence of Na+ also results in morphological changes in the xerogels. 相似文献

We propose in this work a hybrid improvement procedure for the bin packing problem. This heuristic has several features: the use of lower bounding strategies; the generation of initial solutions by reference to the dual min-max problem; the use of load redistribution based on dominance, differencing, and unbalancing; and the inclusion of an improvement process utilizing tabu search. Encouraging results have been obtained for a very wide range of benchmark instances, illustrating the robustness of the algorithm. The hybrid improvement procedure compares favourably with all other heuristics in the literature. It improved the best known solutions for many of the benchmark instances and found the largest number of optimal solutions with respect to the other available approximate algorithms. 相似文献

Facility-location problems have several applications, such as telecommunications, industrial transportation and distribution. One of the most well-known facility-location problems is the p-median problem. This work addresses an application of the capacitated p-median problem to a real-world problem. We propose a genetic algorithm (GA) to solve the capacitated p-median problem. The proposed GA uses not only conventional genetic operators, but also a new heuristic “hypermutation” operator suggested in this work. The proposed GA is compared with a tabu search algorithm. 相似文献

We address in this paper the problem of finding an optimal strategy for dealing with bottleneck machines and bottleneck parts in the cell formation process in group technology. Three types of economic decisions are considered: subcontracting, machine duplication and intercell moves. The problem is formulated as a minimum weighted node covering problem in a hypergraph, and we show that it can be solved in polynomial time by finding a maximum weighted stable set in a bipartite graph. We extend this result to cellular manufacturing systems in which the sequence of operations of each part is known in advance. 相似文献

In this work, we have studied the influence of the pH on the synthesis and structural properties of the Ba0.77Ca0.23TiO3 nanopowders synthesized by a modified polymeric precursor method, in order to achieve non-agglomerated powders. Synthesis,
morphology, thermal reactions, crystallite and average particle size of the synthesized powders were investigated through
thermal analysis (DTA/TG), X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) and Infrared spectroscopy.
In summary, Ba0.77Ca0.23TiO3 nanopowders were synthesized for the first time at a relative low temperature (500 °C). It was also found that the alkalinity
and acidity of the solution presented a great influence on the powder properties. The best results were obtained from solutions
with pH = 8.5 and 11 whose nanopowders presented weakly agglomerate, with homogeneous particle size and a narrow size distribution
(30–40 nm). This behavior could be explained based on the FT-IR results in which it was possible to see the increased of the

Luminescence temperature antiquenching (LTAQ) is observed for water-soluble CdTe quantum dots (QDs) capped with aminoethanethiol (AET). The efficient exciton emission (quantum efficiency of approximately 40% at 300 K) is quenched almost completely as the QD solutions are cooled to below 230 K and is fully recovered around 270 K upon warming up to room temperature (LTAQ). Temperature-dependent lifetime measurements show that the quenching rate is high, resulting in an on/off behavior. No LTAQ is observed for CdTe QDs capped with aminoundecanethiol (AUT). The LTAQ is explained by the influence of solvent freezing on the surface of the QD core. Freezing of the solvation water molecules surrounding the QD will induce strain in the capping shell, due to the interaction between water and the charged heads of the capping molecules. Short carbon chains (AET) will propagate the strain to the QD surface, creating surface quenching states, whereas long and flexible chains (AUT) will dissipate the strain, thus avoiding surface distortion. Freezing-point depression by the addition of methanol results in a lowering of the transition temperature. Additional support is provided by the size dependence of the LTAQ: smaller particles, with higher local ionic strength due to a higher density of charged NH(3)(+) surface groups, experience a lower transition temperature due to stronger local freezing-point depression. 相似文献

Production of antitumoral retamycin during fed-batch fermentations of Streptomyces olindensis 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Fed-batch runs were performed in order to correlate the production of retamycin, an anthracycline antibiotic produced by Streptomyces olindensis in submerged cultures, with the specific growth rate. Maximum retamycin production was achieved with an exponential feed rate, controlling the specific growth rate at a low value (0.03 h-1, about 10% of the maximum specific growth rate). Control of the specific growth rate at higher values (0.10 and 0.17 h-1) caused a decrease in antibiotic production. Morphology, assessed by image analysis, was shown to be highly relevant in this process. Cell growth mainly in the form of clumps (90% clumps and 10% free filaments) led to better results than growth as clumps (75%) and free filaments (25%). 相似文献
