Approximating dependences of the local coefficients of friction, heat transfer, and pressure induced by a boundary layer on the generalized similarity parameters, including the inviscid flow characteristics, are obtained on the basis of the results of a numerical calculation of hypersonic flow past a number of plane and axisymmetric bodies. If the inviscid flow characteristics are known, these relations can be used to take the viscosity approximately into account under conditions of interaction between the laminar boundary layer and the hypersonic inviscid stream [1].Moscow. A study is made of the influence of the process of diffusion of diatomic molecules on the rate of their thermal dissociation. On the basis of the ladder model of the dissociation of molecules — truncated harmonic oscillators — an expression is obtained for the macroscopic reaction rate which depends explicitly and exponentially on the square of the gradient of the gas temperature. The molecules constitute a small admixture in a monatomic inert gas. The hypersonic rarefied flow past a flat plate with a transverse barrier and past a plate with a bend in the generator (a compression angle) is studied at Reynolds numbers Re≤104. Direct statistical modeling (Monte Carlo method) is used to investigate the characteristics of the separated flow formed on the plate as a function of the Reynolds number, the surface temperature, the barrier dimensions, and the internal degrees of freedom of the molecules. The results obtained are compared with those for analogous high-Re flows. The possibility of using the similarity criteria derived for the continuum flow regime is considered. Moscow. Measurements and analysis of the temperature and frequency dependences of permittivity and losses and of the electrical resistivity of Pb5Ge3O11 ferroelectric crystals at temperatures of 100 to 600 K and frequencies of 0.1 to 100 kHz are reported. The dielectric characteristics of the crystals exhibit, in addition to clearly pronounced anomalies near the Curie point TC=450 K, less distinct anomalous features of the relaxation character in the range 230–260 K. The data obtained on the effect of various factors (degree of crystal polarization, crystal annealing at different temperatures and in different environments, etc.) on the low-temperature anomalies serve as a basis for discussing the possible mechanisms responsible for these anomalies. It is concluded that the low-temperature dielectric anomalies originate from thermal carrier localization in defect levels in the band gap, which entail the formation of local polarized states.  相似文献

The article discusses solutions of the equations of the hypersonic boundary layer on an axisymmetric offset slender body (with a power exponent equal to 3/4), taking account of interactions with a nonviscous flow. It is shown that, in this case, the equations of the boundary layer have solutions differing from the self-similar solution corresponding to flow around a semi-infinite body. The solutions obtained are analogous to solutions for a strong interaction on a plate with slipping and triangular vanes [1–4], but are obtained over a wide range of values of the parameter of viscous interaction.
