Layers of [(CH3)3SiO]8(SiO1.5)8 and [(CH3)3SiO]12(SiO)6 organosilicon compounds obtained by chemical vapor deposition were investigated by X-ray diffraction (DRON-RM4, R = 192 mm, CuK radiation) and Raman spectroscopy (Triplemate, SPEX). The layers were found to be ideally oriented polycrystalline films. The octakis-(trimethylsiloxy)octasilsesquioxane polycrystals are oriented in one crystallographic direction — [001], while the dodecakis-(trimethylsiloxy)cyclohexa-siloxane polycrystals are oriented in the and directions. Crystal structure analysis in these directions yielded the type of the planar lattice followed by the molecules and their orientation relative to the support.Original Russian Text Copyright © 2004 by S. Thick (≈0.2–1 μm) layers of octaorganylsilsesquioxanes [RSiO1.5]8, where R is CH3, C2H3, and C2H5, were obtained by vacuum deposition and studied by X-ray diffractometry (DRON-3M, R=192 mm, CuKα radiation). Irrespective of the type of support, the layers are ideally oriented polycrystalline films with the [001] texture axis. Structural arrangement of the layers is analyzed on the basis of the crystal data. Orientation of the terminal atomic groups on the surface of the layer is established. It is shown that it is possible to adjust the scale of the layer pattern. Two-layer compositions— Cu(II) β-diketonates and phthalocyanines on octaorganylsilsesquioxane supports and vice versa — with preserved orientations of the films were obtained. X-Ray study of the (3,5-diallylisocyanuratomethyl)bis(chloromethyl)phosphine oxide showed that the phosphorylmethyl group is bonded to the nitrogen atom of the cycle. Reaction of the tris(chloromethyl)phosphine sulfide with sodium diallylisocyanurate gave (3,5-diallylisocyanuratomethyl)bis(chloromethyl)phosphine sulfide, and treatment of the tris(3,5-diallylisocyanuratomethyl)phosphine oxide with phosphorus pentasulfide gave a tris(3,5-diallylisocyanuratomethyl)bis(chloromethyl)phosphine sulfide.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. The crystal structure of 5,6-benzo-4-diphenylphosphino-2-phenyl-1,3,2-dioxaborinane 1 indicates the occurrence of an interaction between the π-systems of the 1,3,2-dioxaborinane ring and the appropriate phenyl group of the diphenylphosphino group. Complexes of compound 1 with PtCl2, PdCl2, and Cul were synthesized. Compound 1 and its complexes are readily hydrolyzed in solution to give diphenylphosphine and its corresponding complexes (NMR).  相似文献

The potential to create a remote, contactless, diagnostic method for biological tissues or materials with properties similar to those of biological tissues, so-called phantoms, is studied. The method is based on measurement of local oscillations of the surface of material under study under the action of acoustic and ultrasonic waves. The application of a laser-scanning vibrometer provides a means for visualization oscillations of a biological tissue phantom with model defects in the form of air bubbles, regions with higher density, and laminations, and allows determination of the positions of these defects.  相似文献

Conformational properties of comb-like polymers strongly adsorbed on a flat solid surface were investigated using computer simulation and scanning force microscopy. The computer simulation showed that the macromolecules with asymmetric distribution of the side chains relatively to the backbone are effectively in a collapsed state even under conditions of a good solvent. They formed peculiar helical superstructures which could be observed by scanning force microscopy of cylindrical brushes of polymethylmethacrylate on mica. Received 13 September 1999  相似文献
