A new effective approach to the synthesis of a small library of 2-amino-5-arylidene-1,3-thiazol-4(5H)-ones was reported using solvent-free reaction conditions under microwave irradiation. In the first step, rhodanines were subjected to Knoevenagel condensation with aryl aldimines according to a facile one-pot protocol. Then the (5Z)-5-arylidene rhodanine derivatives were transformed directly into the corresponding 2-amino-1,3-thiazol-4(5H)-ones by sulfur/nitrogen displacement reaction under microwaves with retention of configuration and good overall yields.  相似文献

It is well-known that mixed boundary conditions can present a singular behaviour of the solution. The ionic exchange behavior of Zn2+, Ni2+, and Cu2+ metallic ions on Amberlyst-15 commercial resin was studied as a function of resin solution contact time, initial concentration of metallic ions, nature of the solvent, and the amount of resin. The metallic ions were studied in ternary mixtures using both column and batch experiments. In addition, water, methanol, ethanol, and propan-2-ol were used as solvents for dissolving metallic ions. It was found that the resin behavior depends on the solvent nature and the metallic ion concentration. The analysis of solutions by atomic absorption spectrometry revealed that the affinity of the resin for the studied metallic ions followed the sequence Cu2+ > Ni2+ > Zn2+ in the case of an aqueous medium. Furthermore, uptake increased with increasing amount of resin. A better uptake was observed in the case of the 75:25 % water/methanol compositions when the column technique was used. For the batch technique, we noted a better uptake using 100 % water. The uptake rate decreased with an increase in the number of carbons for the 50 % water–50 % alcohol solvents. The acid–base properties of Amberlyst-15 commercial resin were studied by 2-propanol decomposition test. Propene and acetone are the main expected products and it is believed that they are formed through dehydration or dehydrogenation reaction on acid and base sites, respectively.  相似文献

The synthesis of new 3‐substituted coumarins appended to imidazolium, pyridinium, 3‐dimethylamino pyridinium, 3‐chloro pyridinium and 3‐bromo pyridinium salts is reported. These salts were prepared by tandem reactions, followed by quantitative anionic metathesis. The structure of these new 3‐substituted coumarins was established by NMR (1H, 13C) and high‐resolution mass spectrometry.  相似文献

The present paper aims to investigate the efficiency of thermal activation persulfate in eliminating the organic dye “Basic Fuchsin” (BF). In addition, the study attempts to elucidate the effect of different operating parameters, such as persulfate dosage (0.44–4.4 mM), the initial solution pH of (3–10), and temperature (25–50°C), on the process. The effects of various anions and water matrices on BF discoloration were investigated. Thus, the findings revealed that 94.15% of BF can be eliminated using persulfate at a concentration of 4.4 mM and a temperature equal to 50°C. It occurs under the following operating conditions: oxidation time of 60 min, initial pH equal to 6, the pollutant concentration of 10 ppm, and stirring speed equal to 300 rpm. Furthermore, the kinetic study indicated that the degradation of the BF dye using PS followed a first-order pattern with rate constants varying within a range of 15.3 × 10−3–43.2 × 10−3 min−1. Based on the Arrhenius equation, the activation energy of the studied process was determined to be 29 kJ mol−1, suggesting that a moderate activation energy is required for BF discoloration. The results of the thermodynamic study confirm that the oxidation process is non-spontaneous and endothermic. Coexisting inorganic anions delayed BF discoloration to varying degrees, and the inhibitory action followed the following order: carbonate > chloride > sulfate > nitrate. Organic pollutants oxidation by the thermal activation of the persulfate is a simple and effective method for the depollution of waste textile water.  相似文献

The motivation of this theoretical work is to introduce a model calculation for the elastic waves scattering and coherent phonon transport at an atomic nanojunction between face-centered cubic (fcc) leads. The model system A/B consists of two perfect semi-infinite fcc leads A and B, oriented in the same direction and joined by an atomic interface. It is applied to the system Cu/Ni and its inverse Ni/Cu. A theoretical approach based on the matching method is used to study the dynamics of the system A/B.  相似文献

Abstract

The present study investigates the phenolic composition, antioxidant and antimicrobial activities of an ethyl acetate extract from C. triflorus L’Her. The phytochemical study on the aerial parts of C. triflorus belonging to the Fabaceae family led to the isolation and structural elucidation of 5-Hydroxy-7-O-glucosylflavone (P1), 5-Hydroxy-7-O-galactosylflavone (P2), 5,7-Dihydroxy-flavone (P3), 5,7,3’-Trihydroxy,4’-methoxy-flavone (P4). These compounds were identified by 1D and 2D NMR combined analysis as well as by UV.

Ethyl acetate extract of C. triflorus showed a significant and dose-dependent antioxidant activity in vitro, related to the presence of phenolics (180.33?±?12.22?µg GAE/mg) and flavonoids (16.78?± 1.54?µg QE/mg). The antimicrobial activity was evaluated in vitro against Staphylococcus aureus CECT 240 and Escherichia coli CECT 4099, by agar-diffusion method. The most active antibacterial activity was expressed by ethyl acetate extract of C. triflorus against Gram-positive bacteria S. aureus. The gathered results suggest that C. triflorus polyphenols and flavonoids are closely associated to its antioxidant and antimicrobial properties.  相似文献

We consider the inverse problem of determining one emerging crack in a plane heterogeneous medium. We show that one measurement on a part of the boundary with appropriate flux uniquely determines such a crack. We further establish a local Lipschitz continuity result. A model calculation is presented for the magnons coherent transmission and corresponding heat transport at insulating magnetic nanojunctions. The system consists of a ferromagnetically ordered ultrathin insulating junction between two semi-infinite ferromagnetically ordered leads with ideally flat crystal interfaces. The ground state of the system is depicted by an exchange Hamiltonian neglecting smaller dipolar and anisotropy terms. The spin dynamics are analyzed using the equations of motion for the spin precession displacements, valid in the limit of low temperatures compared to an order-disorder transition temperature characteristic of the system. The coherent transmission and reflection spectra at the nanojunction boundary are calculated in the Landauer-Buttiker formalism using the matching theory, for all the magnons in the lead bulk, at arbitrary angles of incidence on the boundary, and for variable temperatures. The model calculations yield the thermal conductivity κ m due to the magnons coherent transmission between the two leads maintained at slightly different temperatures. The model is general, and is applied in particular to the Fe/Gd/Fe system to calculate the coherent transmission of magnons and their thermal conductivity at the junction boundary, for different thicknesses of the Gd junction and its corresponding magnetic order. The calculated results elucidate the comparison between the heat transport from magnons with that in parallel channels from electrons and phonons, at the nanojunction boundary.  相似文献
