CdS nanocrystals with different structures were synthesized by the method of solution precipitation using thiourea and cadmium acetate as starting materials in different solvents: water, methanol and N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF). Our results show that the solvent has direct effect on the structure and size of the final nanoparticles. It was found that using DMF, as a solvent, results in producing smaller nanoparticles with the cubic structures, while using the other solvents gives rise to larger nanoparticles with the hexagonal structure. It was also found that using heat during washing the precipitate results in a more homogenous size distribution of CdS nanocrystals. On the basis of our experimental results we also suggest a critical structure transformation size.  相似文献

The effect of the current on the pinching process of Xe plasma columns pumped by capillary discharge has been studied theoretically and experimentally. An extreme ultraviolet emission monitor (E-Mon, 13.5 nm in 2% bandwidth) was applied to record the temporal evolution of the 13.5 nm (2% bandwidth) emission. According to real current waveforms, the pinching processes were simulated with the snow-plow model. Both the experimental and the simulation results showed that intensity of the 13.5 nm emission reached the maximum when the plasma was pinched to the minimum radius. The E-Mon signals and the simulations indicated that under different amplitudes of the currents the plasma could be pinched more times and faster with higher discharge current.  相似文献

Allyl- and benzyl-trifluoroborates can be applied to the photoreaction of carbonyl compounds to afford the corresponding alcoholic adducts in acceptable yields via a photo-induced single electron transfer pathway. In this research, green procedure was employed for biosynthesis of magnetic nanoparticles of iron oxide (Fe3O4‐MNPs) by reduction of ferric chloride solution with Orange peel water extract. Also, dihydro‐2H‐cyclopenta[d][1,3]oxazole was generated through multicomponent reaction of 1,3‐oxazole‐2(3H)‐thione, dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates, α‐haloketones, and Fe3O4‐MNPs as catalyst at ambient temperature in good yield. Initially, 1,3‐oxazole‐2(3H)‐thione derivatives as one of the precursors are produced through the reaction of alkyl bromides, isothiocyanate, sodium hydride, and Fe3O4‐MNPs as catalyst water at ambient temperature in 83–95% yields. Also, diphenyl‐picrylhydrazine radical trapping and ferric reduction activity potential assays are used for evaluation of antioxidant activity of some synthesized compounds. Among investigated compounds, 4b has good power for radical trapping activity and 4d has good reduction power to butylated hydroxytoluene and 2‐tert‐butylhydroquinone.  相似文献
