The photoconductivity and electrical conductivity, the thermally stimulated polarization and depolarization currents, the
permittivity, and the dielectric losses of noncentrosymmetric Ca3Ga2Ge4O14 crystals of a structural type of trigonal calcium gallogermanate (CGG) have been studied for the first time in the temperature
interval 100–700 K in air and in vacuum. The features of the temperature behavior of CGG are associated, in particular, with
the effect of electrically active defects and partial disordering of the cation sublattice of the crystal structure, which
generates polar formations (dipoles) of several kinds. Certain parameters of the electromigration and of the electrically
active defects that cause charge-relaxation and polarization effects are determined. It is concluded that dipole relaxation
in CGG makes it a new representative of a class of materials in which reorientation of the dipoles as a system of mobile local
distortions of the structure has a substantial effect on the physical properties.

In the given work with the purpose of improvement of moistening ability of sulfoborate solid vitreous electrolyte (SVE) in
their structure entered molybdenum oxide (VI). Reduction of wetting angle, i.e. improvement of electrode wetting by a SVE-melt,
accompanied by better electrode (aluminium) /SVE interface contact formation. Accordingly, the interface impedance is reduced.
As a result of the carried out experiments is established, that the modifying SVE by molybdenum oxide (VI) renders complex
positive influence on its physical-chemical properties, namely: improves X-ray-amorphism, raises ionic conductivity, reduces
electronic conductivity and effective energy of ion conductivity activation. At comparison of properties modified SVE and
"LiPON", it is visible, that the ratio between ionic and electronic conductivity for modified SVE approximately on the order
is higher, than for "LiPON". Ionic conductivity of the modified SVE higher than conductivity of "LiPON". The low value of
electronic conductivity investigated SVE on a background ionic is the positive factor from the point of view of their use
in lithium power sources.

Effect of pre-annealing of synthetic hydroxyapatite (HAP) on properties of γ- and UV- induced NO32- centers was studied by electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR). Nitrate-containing hydroxyapatite powders ((N)HAP)) and the powders with an admixture of carbonate and nitrate ions ((C,N)HAP) were annealed in the temperature range Tann = 20 °C ? 600 °C before irradiation. It was found that pre-annealing of (N)HAP samples changes the parameters of NO32- centers while no changes took place in (C,N)HAP. Moreover, at the pre-annealing temperatures Tann > 200 °C two new NO32- centers were observed in (N)HAP samples; they are characterized by larger value of A⊥ (3.67 and 4.41 mT) as compared to the known centers. It was also found that the dependence of NO32- centers amount on Tann is non-monotonous in both types of samples. Presumably this is caused by the escape of water molecules from HAP during the annealing and essential modification of the defect subsystem of HAP. 相似文献

The microstructure of a strongly coupled liquid undergoing a shear flow was studied experimentally. The liquid was a shear melted two-dimensional plasma crystal, i.e., a single-layer suspension of micrometer-size particles in a rf discharge plasma. Trajectories of particles were measured using video microscopy. The resulting microstructure was anisotropic, with compressional and extensional axes at around ±45° to the flow direction. The oxidation of aniline is studied by the potentiodynamic method on an electrode of an amorphous metallic alloy Al87Ni8Y5 and the results are compared with the analogous data on a polycrystalline aluminum electrode. The aniline oxidation and, correspondingly, the polyaniline deposition are shown to proceed more actively on the contact side of the amorphous metal alloy Al87Ni8Y5 electrode. The morphology of synthesized polyaniline films is studied on both sides of the working electrode. It is found that the polyaniline layer structure is to the large extent granulated on the contact side and smooth on the external side. 相似文献
