The crystal structures of 4‐methyl‐2‐[N‐(3,4‐methylenedioxybenzylidene)hydrazino]thiazole, C12H11N3O2S, and its reduction product 4‐methyl‐2‐[N‐(3,4‐methylenedioxybenzylidene)hydrazono]‐4,5‐dihydrothiazole, C12H13N3O2S, have been determined and compared. In the reduction product, the tautomer observed bears an H atom on the exocyclic N atom. Both compounds form hydrogen‐bonded dimers over centers of inversion. 相似文献

Abstract The title trisaccharides were synthesized from a common trisaccharide thioglycoside derivative, which was, in turn, prepared from monosaccharide thioglycoside precursors. An acyclic analogue, methyl 3-O-(α-D-galacto-pyranosyl)-6-O-[(2′-hydroxyethyl)oxymethyl]-α-D-glucopyranoside, which carries a 2′-hydroxyethyloxymethyl group in place of the 6-O-galactosyl residue, was also synthesized. 相似文献

Abstract FMOC-serine phenacylester was glycosylated with a derivative of the disaccharide α-D-Xylp-(1→3)-β-D-Glcp, and the product was treated with zinc to remove the phenacyl group. Abstract The first completed chemical synthesis of Agrocinopine A (5) is presented. The key step in the synthesis was the pivaloyl chloride promoted condensation of a blocked arabinose 2-H-phosphonate derivative 3 with a protected sucrose derivative 1 having a free hydroxyl at 4′-OH. The resulting H-phosphonic acid diester was oxidised in situ with iodine to produce the corresponding phosphodiester 4, which was subsequently deblocked to give Agrocinopine A. 相似文献

In this paper we extend the plane blow-up results of Grundy& McLaughlin (1997) to the three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations.Using a solution structure originally due to Lin we first providenumerical evidence for the existence of blow-up solutions on- < x, z < , 0 y 1 with boundary conditions on y = 0and y = 1 involving derivatives of the velocity components.The formulation enables us to consider plane and radial flowas special cases. Various features of the computations are isolatedand are used to construct a formal asymptotic solution closeto blow-up. We show that the numerical and asymptotic analysesprovide a mutually consistent global picture which supportsthe conclusion that, for the family of problems we considerhere, blow-up in fact can take place in three dimensions butat an inverse linear rate rather than the faster inverse squareof the plane case. 相似文献
