A novel type of heterogenized CuCl2 catalysts was designed for the oxidative carbonylation of methanol to dimethyl carbonate (DMC) taking account of the plausible reaction mechanism and intermediates. To prevent severe corrosion of the reaction equipment materials due to Cl while keeping the catalytic activity of the homogeneous CuCl2 catalyst, we adopted, as supports (or ligands) of CuCl2, four polymers, bearing a 2,2-bipyridine (bpy) or pyridine (py) unit, namely, poly(2,2-bipyridine-5,5-diyl) (Pbpy), poly(pyridine-2,5-diyl) (Ppy), poly(N,N-bisphenylene-2,2-bipyridine-4,4-dicarboxylic amide) (Bpya), and poly(4-methyl-4-vinyl-2,2-bipyridine) (Pvbpy), together with one chelate compound, 8-quinolinol. The catalytic activity, stability of heterogenized CuCl2 and their corrosivities to stainless steels were examined in the liquid-phase reaction of the oxidative carbonylation of methanol. These polymer-supported catalysts showed considerable catalytic activity and stability for the DMC synthesis. In particular, the Pbpy-CuCl2 and Ppy-CuCl2 catalysts exhibited high DMC yields and selectivity comparable to those of the homogeneous CuCl2 catalyst. This high activity appears to be associated with the presence of the -conjugated system in the polymers, which affect the redox reactions of Cu involved in the catalytic reaction. All of the polymer-supported CuCl2 catalysts could be easily recycled after filtration, and the initial catalytic activity was maintained after three times of use. The corrosive characters of the catalysts were closely related to CuCl2 leaching from the supports, which reflects the ability of supports to coordinate Cu. These experimental results suggest that both the electronic structure and the coordination ability of the polymer supports are key factors for the development of an effective catalytic system.  相似文献

(Z)- and (E)-2-Ethoxyperfluoro-2-(phenylselenenyl)alk-2-enenitriles 2-4 prepared by our original method underwent transmetalation on treatment with n-BuLi or EtMgBr, and the successive reaction with aldehyde and ketones afforded the corresponding allylic alcohols 10a-f, 9a, and 11a,b in good to high yields. Hydrolysis of the alcohols gave alpha-cyano-alpha,beta-unsaturated perfluoroalkyl ketones 13a-c, 13e, 12a, and 15a. alpha-Cyanoperfluoroalkyl ketones were easily converted to alpha,beta-unsaturated 3-aryl-2-cyanoallylic alcohols 18-22 having interesting biological activities and chemical reactivities.  相似文献

The role of intracellular magnesium ions is of high interest in the fields of pharmacology and cellular biology. To accomplish the dynamic and three-dimensional imaging of intracellular Mg2+, there is a strong desire for the development of optimized Mg2+ fluorescent probes. In this paper we describe the design, synthesis, and cellular application of the three novel Mg2+ fluorescent probes KMG-101, -103, and -104. The compounds of this series feature a charged beta-diketone as a binding site specific for Mg2+ and a fluorescein residue as the fluorophore that can be excited with an Ar+ laser such as is widely used in confocal scanning microscopy. This molecular design leads to an intensive off-on-type fluorescent response toward Mg2+ ions. The two fluorescent probes KMG-103 and -104 showed suitable dissociation constants (Kd,Mg2+ = 2 mM) and nearly a 10-fold fluorescence enhancement over the intracellular magnesium ion concentration range (0.1-6 mM), allowing high-contrast, sensitive, and selective Mg2+ measurements. For intracellular applications, the membrane-permeable probe KMG-104AM was synthesized and successfully incorporated into PC12 cells. Upon application of the mitochondria uncoupler FCCP to the probe-incorporated cells, the resulting increase in the free magnesium ion concentration could be followed over time. By using a confocal microscope, the intracellular 3D magnesium ion concentration distributions were satisfactorily observed.  相似文献

A microanalytical method for the determination of traces of natural brassinosteroids as their dansylaminophenylboronates by liquid chromatography with fluorimetric detection is described. The boronates are easily prepared by the reaction of brassinosteroids with dansylaminophenylboronic acid (DABA), which was newly synthesized as a precolumn fluorogenic reagent for brassinosteroids. The potential of the method is demonstrated by the separation of a standard brassinosteroid mixture and the analysis of a biologically active fraction sample obtained from an extract of Zea mays L. pollen. The detection limit of the DABA derivative was found to be 25 pg for brassinolide, which is superior to that of the phenanthreneboronate derivative.  相似文献

The second-derivative spectra of chlorpromazine (CPZ) or triflupromazine (TFZ) in buffer solutions (pH 7.4) containing various amounts of BSA (the reference solutions contained the same amount of BSA) showed derivative isosbestic points. The residual background signals derived from incomplete suppression of BSA signals can be entirely eliminated in the second-derivative spectra and BSA has spectrophotometrically one kind of binding site for CPZ or TFZ. The fractions of the drugs bound to BSA were calculated from the derivative intensity differences (ΔD values) of CPZ or TFZ before and after the addition of BSA. Scatchard plot experiments suggested that the binding of the drugs to BSA could be explained as a partition like non-specific binding model. The association constants (K) of CPZ or TFZ with BSA were calculated from the ΔD values according to the non-specific binding model by a nonlinear least-squares method. The K values were almost constant for all of the drug concentrations studied, and good reproducibility was obtained. The fractions predicted by the K values were in good coincidence to the observed values. These results confirm the usefulness of the proposed derivative method which does not need any separation procedures.  相似文献

Synthesis and metal binding properties of thiolariat ethers, where a sulfide side chain is introduced into a framework of a crown ether, have been performed. Remarkably high Ag(+) selectivity among heavy metal ions was observed in solvent extraction and transport across a liquid membrane using thiolariat ethers with a 15-crown-5 ring as carriers. Thiolariat ethers with a 12-crown-4 or a 18-crown-6 do not exhibit such a high Ag(+) selectivity. The former binds metal ions weakly, and the latter recognizes Pb(2+) as well as Ag(+). The corresponding oxygen analogs, i.e. lariat ethers, do not show Ag(+) selectivity. The Ag(+) binding strength of the sulfoxide and sulfone analogs is much lower than that of thiolariat ethers. Thiolariat ethers with a benzocrown framework containing a sulfide chain at the 4 position of the benzene nucleus showed very low affinity to Ag(+). Extractability and transport ability using various thiolariat ether derivatives strongly suggested that this high Ag(+) selectivity is a result of the synergistic coordination of the ring oxygen and the sulfur atom of the thiolariat ether. NMR chemical shifts of protons and carbons in the proximity of the sulfur atom of the thiolariat ether were changed significantly in accordance with the synergistic coordination described above. 1:1 Complexation between a thiolariat ether and Ag(+) were supported by a Job plot using the chemical shift of the methylene protons adjacent to the sulfur atom.  相似文献

Ketones and aldehydes were effectively reduced to the corresponding alcohols (or their silyl ethers) by the reaction with CaH2 and R3SiCl in the presence of a catalytic amount of ZnCl2. In the absence of the carbonyl substrate, the reagent reduced R3SiCl to the corresponding hydrosilane under mild reaction conditions.  相似文献
