This study was proposed to investigate the possibility of O/W nanoemulsion stabilization via natural emulsifiers as a delivery system for fucoxanthin. Nanoemulsions were prepared using ultrasonic treatment (150 W, amplitude 80%, 10 min) with different levels (0.5%, 1%, and 2% wt) of fucoidan, gum Arabic, and sodium caseinate as natural emulsifires and they were compared with tween 80. Then, the creaming index, stability, encapsulation efficacy, Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, and in vitro release were evaluated. The best stability and lowest creaming index were observed at 2% wt of emulsifiers. Nanoemulsions with droplet sizes (113.27–127.50 nm) and zeta potentials (−32.27 to −58.87 mV) were prepared. The droplet size of nanoemulsions was reduced by increasing the emulsifier concentration, and the best nanoemulsion stability after 15 days of storage was in the following order: tween 80 > sodium caseinate > fucoidan > gum Arabic. The encapsulation efficacy of nanoemulsions stabilized by sodium caseinate, fucoidan, and gum Arabic were 88.51 ± 0.11%, 79.32 ± 0.09%, and 60.34 ± 0.13%, respectively. The in vitro gastrointestinal fucoxanthin release of nanoemulsion stabilized with tween 80, sodium caseinate, fucoidan, and gum Arabic were 85.14 ± 0.16%, 76.91 ± 0.34%, 71.41 ± 0.14%, and 68.98 ± 0.36%, respectively. The release of fucoxanthin from nanoemulsions followed Fickian diffusion. The FTIR also confirmed the encapsulation of fucoxanthin.  相似文献

The reaction of dichlorostannanes R2SnCl2 (R=Me 1, Bun 2) with piperazine ligand in molar ratio 1:2, in dry methylene dichloride, in an inert atmosphere leads to the synthesis of R2Sn(C4H9N2)2(R=Me 1, Bun 2). In a similar manner, The reaction between Ph2SnCl2 and piperazine in dry ethanol in molar ratio 1:1 produces [Ph2Sn(C4H8N2)]2 (3). The yields of these new products were excellent and they have been fully characterized by FT-IR, UV–Vis, multinuclear (1H, 13C, 119Sn) NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry, as well as elemental analysis. The spectroscopic results indicate that the piperazine ligand is coordinated to tin atom of organotin moieties, through the nitrogen atoms. Furthermore, the ligand behaves as a bidentate fashion in (1) and (2) and gives 1:2 substitution products, while in the complex (3) the two six-membered rings bind in bidentate-chelate forms between the two Sn atoms.  相似文献

A potentiometric carbon paste sensor was fabricated for determination of clarithromycin based on incorporation of the ion association complex of the clarithromycin‐phosphotungstate. The proposed sensor exhibited a Nernstian slope of 59.2±0.3 mV per decade for clarithromycin over a wide concentration range of 7.4×10?7 to 1.5×10?3 M, with a low detection limit of 5.0×10?7 M. The proposed sensor manifested advantages of very fast response, long life time and, most importantly, excellent selectivity for clarithromycin relative to a wide variety of common foreign inorganic cation, and also biological species. The sensor was successfully applied to determine clarithromycin in clarithromycin tablet, blood serum and urine samples. The inclusion complex formation between β‐cyclodextrin and clarithromycin was studied by the proposed sensor. The influence of the temperature on the response of the sensor was investigated and the temperature coefficient of the sensor was calculated.  相似文献

A fast and effective preconcentration method for extraction of organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) was developed using a homogeneous liquid–liquid extraction based on phase separation phenomenon in a ternary solvent (water/methanol/chloroform) system. The phase separation phenomenon occurred by salt addition. After centrifugation, the extraction solvent was sedimented in the bottom of the conical test tube. The OCPs were transferred into the sedimented phase during the phase separation step. The extracted OCPs were determined using gas chromatography–electron capture detector. Several factors influencing the extraction efficiency were investigated and optimized. Optimal results were obtained at the following conditions: volume of the consolute solvent (methanol), 1.0 mL; volume of the extraction solvent (chloroform), 55 μL; volume of the sample, 5 mL; and concentration of NaCl, 5 % (w/v). Under optimal conditions, the preconcentration factors in the range of 486–1,090, the dynamic linear range of 0.01–100 μg L?1, and the limits of detection of 0.001–0.03 μg L?1 were obtained for the OCPs. Using internal standard, the relative standard deviations for 1 μg L?1 of the OCPs in the water samples were obtained in the range of 4.9–8.6 % (n = 5). Finally, the proposed method was successfully applied for extraction and determination of the OCPs in water and fruit samples.  相似文献

In this paper, a one-step copper-catalyzed procedure for oxidative coupling of active methylene compounds including cyclic β-diketones, cyclic β-ketoesters and 5-pyrazolone with benzenethiols is described. Benzenethiols are in situ generated in the reaction mixture from aryl halides and thiourea as sulfur transfer reagent. α-Thioaryl compounds are obtained in excellent yields and in short reaction time via the process which is free from the foul smell of thiols.  相似文献

The inhibition of AKR1B10 has been recognized as a potential therapeutic approach to the treatment of various types of cancers. A novel series of compounds with imino-2H-chromen and phenylimino-2H-chromen scaffolds were synthesized by Knoevenagel condensation reaction. The in vitro cytotoxic activity of synthesized compounds was evaluated against MOLT-4 and SK-OV-3 cells. Among the tested compounds, N-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-2-(phenylimino)-2H-chromene-3-carboxamide (8g) demonstrated potent inhibitory activity against both examined cell lines. The results of the molecular docking study suggested that this compound is involved in critical hydrogen-bonding interactions with the Val301 and Lue302 of AKR1B10 catalytic site.  相似文献

A new simple, selective, high sensitive and rapid method has been developed for spectrophotometric determination of ultra trace amounts of ruthenium based on its catalytic effect on the oxidation of pyronin B by periodate at lambdamax=555 nm. The described method is able to quantify ruthenium in the range of 0.1-100 ng ml-1 (r=0.9973), with a detection limit (S/N=3) of 0.036 ng ml-1. Under optimum conditions, this procedure has been successfully applied to determine the trace levels of ruthenium in the environmental and biological samples. The precision, expressed as relative standard deviation of three measurements, is better than 2.44%.  相似文献
