Aldose reductase (AR) inhibitory activity-directed fractionation of the 70% ethanolic extract of Para-parai mí, Phyllanthus niruri, has led to the isolation of three active components, ellagic acid (1), brevifolin carboxylic acid (4) and ethyl brevifolin carboxylate (5). The reverse aromatic Cope rearrangement of 2-allyl-3-alkylideneindolines obtained by Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons olefination of 2-allylindolin-3-ones was performed. When 2-allylindolin-3-ones were treated with phosphonium ylides in refluxing toluene, domino Wittig reaction and reverse aromatic Cope rearrangement took place to give alpha-allyl-3-indole acetate derivatives in good yields. The aromatization as a new driving force in the Cope rearrangement is preferable to the conjugation with the carbonyl and cyano groups and also to the alkyl substitution pattern, which are well-known driving forces. 相似文献

In the presence of trifluoroacetic acid, N-phenyl-N′-phenoxyurea (1a) rearranges to N-(4′-hydroxy-2-biphenylyl)urea (2a) and N-carbamoyl-2-hydroxy-diphenylamine (3a). The rearrangement is an intramolecular reaction, and the transition state of the breakage of the N-O bond is deduced to be polarized in the form Nδ- --- Oδ+. [reaction: see text] The reaction of 2-methoxy-3H-azepines, in the presence or absence of a nucleophile, with N-bromosuccinimide (NBS) gave a regioselective 1,4-adduct from which the corresponding 2H-azepine derivatives were formed via base-promoted hydrogen bromide elimination, generally in moderate to quantitative yield. Competitive formation of 4-bromo-2-methoxy-3H-azepine by electrophilic substitutuion or 3H-azepin-2-yl 2H-azepin-2-yl ether by transetherification was minimized at lower reaction temperatures. Quantitative substitution of 2-(2',4',6'-trichlorophenoxy)-2H-azepine derivatives, formed in moderate yield from the respective 3H-azepine and NBS in the presence of 2,4,6-trichlorophenol (TCP), by various nucleophiles gave the corresponding 2-substituted 2H-azepine. Thin films of SrFeO3??? x (0?≤?x?≤?0.5) (SFO) grown on a (LaAlO3)0.3 (SrAl0.5Ta0.5O3)0.7 (LSAT) substrate by pulsed laser deposition have been structurally investigated by electron diffraction and high resolution transmission electron microscopy for different post-deposition oxygen treatments. During the deposition and post-growth oxidation, the oxygen-reduced SFO films accept extra oxygen along the tetrahedral layers to minimize the elastic strain energy. The oxidation process stops at a concentration SFO2.875 and/or SFO2.75 because a zero misfit with the LSAT substrate is reached. A possible growth mechanism and phase transition mechanism are suggested. The non-oxidized films exhibit twin boundaries having a local perovskite-type structure with a nominal composition close to SFO3. 相似文献
