Temperature and temporal changes in the YBaCuO sputtering rate at the initial stage of Ar ion irradiation

Temporal changes in composition of the sputtered atom flux and sputtering rate of YBaCuO were studied by optical spectroscopy and quartz microbalance. It was shown that alteration of surface composition due to selective sputtering and sample heating must occur with nonmonotonic change in the YBaCuO sputtering rate. The line intensities in the optical spectrum of sputtered species are consistent with the changes in surface composition during sputtering and heating.     

Effect of irradiation with Ne<Superscript>+</Superscript> ions on the transformations of domain structures of a uniaxial magnetic film in an AC magnetic field

Effects of irradiation with Ne⁺ ions on the transformations of domain structures (DSs) that occur in a uniaxial magnetic film under the action of an ac magnetic field are investigated. Transitions of a DS from an amorphous state into a hexagonal lattice and a labyrinthine structure are considered. The irradiation is found to lead to a change in the amplitudes of the ac field at which phase transformations of the DS occur. The effect of the magnitude of the ac field on the number of domains in a block with a hexagonal lattice has been studied. It is shown that the process of annealing of defects in a DS consisting of blocks with a hexagonal lattice can be described by the equation of a first-order reaction. The irradiation-induced change in the energy of activation for the annealing of defects in the DS has been found.     

Polar exit angle distributions of slow H<Superscript>+</Superscript> ions,related to the presence of a regular domain structure,calculated within the diffuse scattering approximation upon interaction of ions with the sample surface

The angular distributions of slow H ions scattered from the surface of a magnetic film with a stripe domain structure have been calculated. The calculations were performed within the models of specular and diffuse scattering upon collisions of ions with surface. It is shown that the magnetic fields of the stripe domain structure block the ions scattered at small exit angles. It is established that, within the more adequate model of diffuse scattering, the anisotropy of interaction of ions with the magnetic field of the stripe structure manifests itself in a wider angular range.

Complexes of the ATP-dependent Lon protease and DNA aptamers with G-quadruplexes as a model for developing a nanosensor biomagnetic immunoassay system

The binding to Lon protease through biotinylated aptamers whose structures contain G-quadruplex fragments with magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) functionalized by streptavidin was investigated. The conditions of binding of target aptamers to MNPs are met. The resulting complexes are proposed for detection of Lon protease in different biological sources and for constructing a novel biomagnetic nanosensor immunoassay system.
