Background  

Spt7 is an integral component of the multi-subunit SAGA complex that is required for the expression of ~10% of yeast genes. Two forms of Spt7 have been identified, the second of which is truncated at its C-terminus and found in the SAGA-like (SLIK) complex.  相似文献

Low-lying states in 198Pt have been studied by (n, n'γ) reaction spectroscopy at incident neutron energies below 2.5 MeV. Using detailed γ-ray excitation functions and angular distribution measurements, we have established a level scheme which includes 16 excited levels and is believed to include all levels below an excitation energy of 1.5 MeV. The positive-parity structure is similar to that expected for an anharmonic vibrator; however, difficulties in asserting that the first 0+ excited level is a collective excitation are encountered. Only two negative-parity states are observed, and they are adequately described in the semi-decoupled model.  相似文献

Elastic neutron scattering angular distributions from 23Na have been measured for incident neutron energies between 1.0 and 4.0 MeV at the University of Kentucky Accelerator Laboratory using neutron time-of-flight techniques for the scattered neutrons. This is an energy region in which existing data are very sparse. Measurements are compared with the predictions of the light particle-induced reaction code TALYS. The calculations reproduce forward angle scattering but have difficulty with relative minima in the differential cross section and large-angle scattering.  相似文献

The low-spin structure of 93Nb has been studied using the (n,n'gamma) reaction at neutron energies ranging from 1.5 to 3 MeV and the 94Zr(p,2ngamma)93Nb reaction at bombarding energies from 11.5 to 19 MeV. States at 1779.7 and 1840.6 keV, respectively, are proposed as mixed-symmetry states associated with the pi2p(1/2)-1x(2(1),MS+,94Mo) coupling. These assignments are derived from the observed M1 and E2 transition strengths to the 2p(1/2)-1x(2(1)+,94Mo) symmetric one-phonon states, energy systematics, spins and parities, and comparison with shell model calculations.  相似文献

We present a coherent coupled-channel analysis of 7 MeV neutron and 16 MeV proton elastic and inelastic scattering from 148, 152, 154Sm. The optical potential and nuclear deformation parameters are determined so as to fit not only these elastic and inelastic scattering data but also the low-energy neutron scattering properties and the total cross sections over a wide energy range. This analysis provides evidence of the same excitation strengths for both projectiles in the case of 152, 154Sm, and of a smaller excitation strength for the proton than for the neutron in case of 148Sm. Moreover the quadrupole moments of these deformed optical potentials are in good agreement with those extracted from Coulomb excitation measurements and from nuclear matter distribution calculations.  相似文献
