A new strategy for the synthesis of tetrahydroisoquinolines based on the Pd0‐catalyzed intramolecular α‐arylation of sulfones is reported. The combination of this Pd‐catalyzed reaction with intermolecular Michael and aza‐Michael reactions allows the development of two‐ and three‐step domino processes to synthesize diversely functionalized scaffolds from readily available starting materials. 相似文献

Redox-active metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) are promising materials for a number of next-generation technologies, and recent work has shown that redox manipulation can dramatically enhance electrical conductivity in MOFs. However, ligand-based strategies for controlling conductivity remain under-developed, particularly those that make use of reversible redox processes. Here we report the first use of ligand n-doping to engender electrical conductivity in a porous 3D MOF, leading to tunable conductivity values that span over six orders of magnitude. Moreover, this work represents the first example of redox switching leading to reversible conductivity changes in a 3D MOF.Redox-active ligands are used to reversibly tune electrical conductivity in a porous 3D metal–organic framework (MOF). 相似文献

This study aimed to investigate matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) activity in human dentin using in-situ and gelatin zymography, after at-home and in-office bleaching, related to their clinical exposure times. Dentin specimens (n = 5) were treated with 35% hydrogen peroxide (50 min per session/4 sessions), 10% carbamide peroxide (180 min/21 sessions), or no treatment. All were subjected to in-situ zymography. Dentin slices were, subsequently, obtained, covered with fluorescein-conjugated gelatin, and examined with confocal laser-scanning microscopy. The fluorescence intensity was quantified and statistically analyzed using one-way ANOVA and Bonferroni tests (α = 0.05). Furthermore, gelatin zymography was performed on protein extracts obtained from dentin powder (N = 8 teeth), treated with hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide, with different exposure times (10/50 min for hydrogen peroxide; 252/1260 min for carbamide peroxide). The results of the in-situ zymography showed no statistical differences between the bleached specimens and the control group, with a medium level of gelatinolytic activity expressed in the dentin tubules. The results of gelatin zymography showed an increased expression of pro-MMP-9 in carbamide peroxide groups. The expression of pro-MMP-2 decreased in all the experimental groups. The bleaching treatments performed on the enamel of sound teeth do not influence dentinal enzymatic activity. However, when unprotected dentin tissue is bleached, matrix metalloproteinases are more expressed, particularly when carbamide peroxide is used, proportional to the exposure time. 相似文献

In the presence of a PdI2-based catalytic system, 1,2-diols undergo an oxidative carbonylation process to afford 5-membered cyclic carbonates in good to excellent yields (84-94%) and with unprecedented catalytic efficiencies for this kind of reaction (up to ca. 190 mol of product per mol of PdI2). Under similar conditions, 6-membered cyclic carbonates are obtained for the first time through a direct catalytic oxidative carbonylation of 1,3-diols (66-74% yields). 相似文献

An unprecedented, PdI2-catalyzed, sequential oxidative aminocarbonylation-cyclocarbonylation process, leading to 2-oxazolidinone derivatives 3 in good to excellent yields starting from readily available alpha,alpha-disubstituted 2-ynylamines 1 and secondary amines 2, is reported. In the case of an alpha-monosubstituted substrate, the initially formed 2-oxazolidinone derivative underwent shift of the double bond to give a 3H-oxazol-2-one derivative in excellent isolated yield. 相似文献

TiIV-containing metal–organic frameworks are known to accumulate electrons in their conduction bands, accompanied by protons, when irradiated in the presence of alcohols. The archetypal system, MIL-125, was recently shown to reach a limit of 2e− per Ti8 octomeric node. However, the origin of this limit and the broader applicability of this unique chemistry relies not only on the presence of TiIV, but also access to inorganic inner-sphere Lewis basic anions in the MOF nodes. Here, we study the loading of protons and electrons in MIL-125, and assess the thermodynamic limit of doping these materials. We find that the limit is determined by the reduction potential of protons: in high charging regimes the MOF exceeds the H+/H2 potential. Generally, we offer the design principle that inorganic anions in MOF nodes can host adatomic protons, which may stabilize meta-stable low valent transition metals. This approach highlights the unique chemistry afforded by MOFs built from inorganic clusters, and provides one avenue to developing novel catalytic scaffolds for hydrogen evolution and transfer hydrogenation.Photo-promoted doping of MIL-125 is limited by the potential of MOF-bound protons exceeding the hydrogen evolution reaction. 相似文献

The synthesis of the novel tetracyclic rings 5 and 6 is described starting from 4-cyano-1-methyl-5(1H-pyrrol-1-yl)-1H-pyrazole and its 3-(1H-pyrrol-1-yl)- isomer, respectively. The pathway employed is based on a one-pot double annelation reaction involving the transformation of 13 into the required tetracyclic derivative 16 . The reactivity of 2‐(2‐alkynylphenoxy)anilines under PdI2/KI‐catalyzed oxidative carbonylation conditions has been studied. Although a different reaction pathway could have been operating, N‐palladation followed by CO insertion was the favored pathway with all substrates tested, including those containing an internal or terminal triple bond. This led to the formation of a carbamoylpalladium species, the fate of which, as predicted by theoretical calculations, strongly depended on the nature of the substituent on the triple bond. In particular, 8‐endo‐dig cyclization preferentially occurred when the triple bond was terminal, leading to the formation of carbonylated ζ‐lactam derivatives, the structures of which have been confirmed by XRD analysis. These novel medium‐sized heterocyclic compounds showed antitumor activity against both estrogen receptor‐positive (MCF‐7) and triple negative (MDA‐MB‐231) breast cancer cell lines. In particular, ζ‐lactam 3 j′ may represent a novel and promising antitumor agent because biological tests clearly demonstrate that this compound significantly reduces cell viability and motility in both MCF‐7 and MDA‐MB‐231 breast cancer cell lines, without affecting normal breast epithelial cell viability. 相似文献
