We have exploited the reactivity of antiaromatic boroles, gaining access to aryl‐substituted monocyclic 1,2‐azaborinines. The observed ring‐expansion reaction of inherently electron‐deficient boroles with organometallic and organic azides is demonstrated for representative examples. This substance class is expected to provide a new avenue into 1,2‐azaborinine chemistry, especially in the area of functional organoboron materials. Our results are based on NMR and UV/Vis spectroscopy as well as single‐crystal X‐ray crystallography and provide a virtually quantitative approach that also offers numerous points of variation.  相似文献

Access to novel imine‐substituted 1,2‐azaborinines, as well as highly arylated boracyclohexa‐3,5‐dienes has been developed by ring expansion of boroles with diazoalkanes with varying degrees of steric bulk. The formation of a diazoalkane intermediate is also discussed for the reaction of ortho‐brominated p‐tolyl‐azide with 1,2,3,4,5‐pentaphenylborole. Structural details as well as UV/Vis spectroscopic and cyclic voltammetric data are provided. These boron‐containing heterocycles have the potential to serve as building blocks for boron‐containing materials.  相似文献

The textural characterization of a series of activated carbons prepared from olive stones, by carbonization at different temperatures (400, 550, 700 and 850 °C) and thermal activation with CO2, has been investigated using N2 adsorption at −196 °C and CO2 adsorption at 0 °C. The effect of pre-oxidation of the carbonized precursor has also been studied, using temperature-programmed decomposition (TPD), to evaluate the effect of oxygen content of the chars in the performance of the obtained activated carbons for mercury removal. The adsorption of Hg(II) cations from aqueous solutions at room temperature by the prepared activated carbons was studied. Experimental results show that all samples exhibit a large microporosity (pore diameter below 0.56 nm). The amount of surface oxygen groups increased after pre-oxidation treatment, this enhancing the Hg(II) uptake (up to 72%). It can be concluded that these groups make the support more hydrophilic, thus providing a more efficient adsorption of Hg(II). The formation of a great amount of surface oxide groups such as carboxyl, phenol and lactone alters the surface charge properties of the carbon, this enhancing the surface-Hg(II) interaction.  相似文献

The current-voltage characteristics (CVC) at different temperatures, the temperature dependence of electric conductivity [σ(T)] and the currents of thermostimulated depolarization (TSD) have been studied in GaSe <0.05 at.% Co> on a combined basis.The location depth (Et=0.57eV) and the concentration of traps (Nt=2.7x1012cm?3) have been determined from the temperature dependence of the trapping factor. In the course of TSD investigations, levels with location depths of 0.28±0.02 and 0.57±0.03 eV have been revealed. It is noted that traps with the energy of 0.57±0.03 eV are found both with TSD measurements and on the basis of the temperature dependence of the electric conductivity and the trapping factor.It has been established that the hole centres above the valence band are responsible for the CVC, σ(T) and TSD. The location depths, concentrations and trapping cross-sections of these centres have been determined.  相似文献

The transient contact resistance for the extruded samples of Bi85Sb15 solid solutions with contact alloys containing lead and tin atoms depending on the thermal annealing, magnetic field intensity and temperature have been investigated. It is shown that observed peculiarities can be explained by the creation in a near-contact region of the intermediate layer doped by Pb and Sn atoms.  相似文献

The endocytotic mechanisms involved in the uptake of charged polystyrene nanoparticles into HeLa cells were investigated. Uptake experiments were done in the presence or absence of drugs known to inhibit various factors in endocytosis. Independent of the particle charge, endocytosis is highly dependent on dynamin, F-actin, and tyrosine-specific protein kinases, which suggests a dynamin-dependent and lipid raft-dependent mechanism. However, cholesterol depletion did not hinder particle uptake. Regarding positively charged particles, macropinocytosis, the microtubule network, and cyclooxygenases are also involved. The clathrin-dependent pathway plays a minor role.  相似文献

The functionalization of well‐defined PU nanocapsules with an aqueous core prepared by performing a polyaddition at the interface of inverse (water‐in‐oil) miniemulsion droplets is demonstrated. The miniemulsion technique involving the nanoreactor concept allows one to obtain an encapsulation efficiency as high as 90% within the nanocapsules. A pH independent fluorescent dye is used as a model system for the aqueous core. By varying the molar ratio of the diol to the diisocyanate at a fixed surfactant concentration, the shell thickness of the nanocapsules can be finely tuned. The carboxy‐ and amino‐functionalized surface of the nanocapsules can be tailored by an in‐situ carboxymethylation reaction and by physical adsorption of a cationic polyelectrolyte, i.e. PAEMA or PEI. The increased uptake of amino‐functionalized fluorescent nanocapsules by HeLa cells clearly demonstrates the potential of the functionalized nanocapsules to be successfully exploited as biocarriers.

The influence of surface roughness and charge on the cellular uptake of nanoparticles in HeLa cells is investigated with fluorescent, oppositely charged, rough, and smooth nanoparticles. Flow cytometry, cLSM, and TEM reveal that rough nanoparticles are internalized by the cells more slowly and by an unidentified uptake route as no predominant endocytosis route is blocked by a variety of inhibitory drugs, while the uptake of smooth nanoparticles is strongly dependent on dynamin, F‐actin, and lipid‐raft. Negatively charged nanoparticles are taken up to a higher extent than positively charged ones, independent of the surface roughness.

Static dark current-voltage characteristics (CVC's), the temperature dependence of electric conductivity [σ(T)], the currents of thermostimulated depolarization (TSD), the spectral distribution of photoconductivity (SDPC) and photoluminescence (PL) have been studied in GaS 〈0.1 at % Co〉 single crystals.The results of complex investigations of CVC's, σ(T) dependences, TSD, the SDPC and PL show that the forbidden gap of GaS 〈0.1 at % Co〉 single crystals exhibits acceptor levels (EV + 0.26 and EV + 0.63 eV).  相似文献
