Nanoparticles of organosilane-based nitrite ionic liquid immobilized on silica, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium nitrite, and 1-(3-trimethoxysilylpropyl)-3-methylimidazolium nitrite were used as effective reagents for the preparation of benzotriazole derivatives from 1,2-diaminobenzenes at room temperature under mild solvent-free conditions. These ionic liquids play as nitrosonium sources in this procedure.1,2-Diaminobenzene derivatives have been treated with ionic liquids to give the related diaminobenzenes in very good to excellent yields in short reaction times.

In this study polypyrrole (PPy) nanoparticles were deposited as a thin film on the modified surface of polyethyleneterephthalate (PET) by in situ chemical polymerization in the presence of sodium dodecylsulfate (SDS), sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate (DBSNa) and mixture of them as the surfactant. The surface of PET was modified by KOH before deposition and was investigated for conductivity and adhesion of PPy nanoparticles to PET. Resulting conductive flexible films were characterized by UV–Vis spectroscopy, fieldemission scanning electron microscopy, contact angle measurements and four-point-probe technique for conductivity. Direct morphological observation (FESEM) and electrical measurements indicated that the morphology, conductivity and the nature of deposited PPy films depend on surfactant, surface modification of PET and monomer concentration. In optimized process condition, uniform conductive films of PPy were obtained with good adhesion to PET. 相似文献

Antigen-based sensing is recognized as a rapid and sensitive analysis among bioresearch groups. The potential of “on-site” analysis in such devices has been accompanied by some problems. Fabrication of silicon compatible and highly sensitive biosensors has been the center of excessive research within the past few years. In this paper, we report fabrication of two types of sensitive liquid oxide semiconductor (LOS) biosensors using nanostructures. These devices have been manufactured and characterized as immunosensors. These two types of sensors have been produced using different platforms for immobilization of proteins; one based on a functionalized silicon dioxide surface by 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) and another on the basis of using 50-nm amine-modified polystyrene nanobeads. The polystyrene platform not only benefits from its nanosize and high surface to volume ratio but also does not need any new protocol than what is already used for traditional immunosensing system. These sensors measure the change of threshold voltage of the semiconductor inversion inside the capacitor due to the bonding of antibodies to the linked peptides on the surface. Measurements showed that the sensitivity of 50-nm polystyrene-based sensor is much more than the oxide-based one. The nanobeads were then chosen to cover the gate of the ISFET for the amplified sensing. The ISFET devices were biased in a subthreshold region to demonstrate the maximum sensitivity to the accumulated charge on the gate. Repeatable results after different stress tests were obtained, which proves the suitability and reliability of the polystyrene nanobead platform for this application. Finally, a calibration curve has been derived that can be used for real sample measurements. The detection limit of 1.0152 μg/ml was calculated for the fabricated sensor.

A magnetic field applied to a size-quantized system causes persistent equilibrium currents nonuniformly distributed across this system. For a quantum film and a two-dimensional strip, the distributions of the dia-and paramagnetic currents and magnetic field are determined. Exciton edge states and the microwave edge exciton absorption of a 2D topological insulator subject to the in-plane magnetic field are studied. The magnetic field forms a narrow gap in electron edge states that allows the existence of edge exciton. The exciton binding energy is found to be much smaller than the energy of a 1D Coulomb state. Phototransitions exist on the exciton states with even numbers, while odd exciton states are dark. 相似文献
