The emission parameters of a pulsed capacitive discharge initiated in helium-iodine and neon-iodine mixtures are reported. The discharge plasma emits at wavelengths of 183.0 and 206.2 nm, which correspond to iodine atom spectral lines. The capacitive discharge is initiated in a cylindrical quartz tube with an electrode distance of 10 cm. The discharge radiation is optimized in exciting pulse repetition rate and helium and neon pressures in He(Ne)-I2 mixtures. The optimal pressures of helium, neon, and iodine vapor fall into the ranges 0.8–2.0 kPa, 0.5–1.0 Pa, and ≤60 Pa, respectively.  相似文献

The emission spectra of a nanosecond discharge between copper electrodes in atmospheric-pressure air are studied at a high discharge gap overvoltage. The discharge was ignited between two cylindrical electrodes with a small radius of curvature of the working surface. Oscillograms of radiation pulses of spectral lines of copper atoms are also studied. The electron temperature averaged over the pulse is determined from the intensity distributions of the spectral lines of copper atoms.  相似文献

The emission characteristics and parameters of laser plumes of tin and CuSbSe2 compound are studied at distances of 1 and 7 mm from the target. The recombination times of singly and doubly charged tin ions are, respectively, 116 and 27 ns at a distance of 1 mm from the target and 148 and 64 ns at a distance of 7 mm. In the case of the CuSbSe2 compound, the recombination times of antimony and copper ions are determined to be, respectively, 60 and 75 ns at a distance of 1 mm and 707 and 976 ns at a distance of 7 mm. The time-averaged temperatures and concentrations of electrons of the tin laser plasma are determined at a distance of 7 mm from the target (T e = 0.42 eV and n e = 2.9 × 1015 cm?3), and the same parameters for the laser plasma based on the CuSbSe2 compound are determined at distances of 1 and 7 mm from the target (T e = 0.62 eV, n e = 1.4 × 1016 cm?3 and T e = 0.86 eV, n e = 8.4 × 1015 cm?3).  相似文献
