We report on the effect of commercially important polysaccharides (maltodextrins with variable dextrose equivalent (Paselli SA-2, MD-6 and MD-10) on the surface activity at the air–water interface of small-molecule surfactants (sms), possessing different hydrophobic–lipophilic balance ((SSL (Na+), the main component is a sodium salt of stearol–lactoyl lactic acid, and PGE (080), polyglycerol ester of C18 fatty acid), and widely used in food products. A marked change of the surface activity of sms was found in the presence of maltodextrins by tensiometry. The combined data of laser multiangle light scattering and mixing calorimetry have suggested that this result is governed by specific complex formation between maltodextrins and sms in aqueous medium. Measurements have been made of the molar mass, the second virial coefficient and the enthalpy of intermolecular interactions in aqueous solutions. The implication of a degree of polymerization of maltodextrins in this phenomenon was shown. The interrelation between the molecular parameters of the formed complexes and their surface activity at the air–water interface has been revealed and discussed.  相似文献

A generalized inverse problem for the identification of the absorption coefficient for a hyperbolic system is considered. The well-posedness of the problem is examined. It is proved that the regular part of the solution is an L 2 function, which reduces the inverse problem to minimizing the error functional. The gradient of the functional is determined in explicit form from the adjoint problem, and approximate formulas for its calculation are derived. A regularization algorithm for the solution of the inverse problem is considered. Numerical results obtained for various excitation sources are displayed.  相似文献

Phase transitions in the systems cyanoethyl cellulose-DMF, cyanoethyl cellulose-DMAA, and cyanoethyl cellulose-(trifluoroacetic acid + methylene chloride) were studied by means of the cloud-point and polarization microscopy techniques, as well as with a photoelectric polarization unit and a modified plasticorder. It was shown that the LC phase appears at higher concentrations and lower temperatures as the polarity of solvent molecules increases. The shear deformation of cyanoethyl cellulose solutions in DMF and DMAA results in the expansion of the temperature-concentration region of existence of the LC phase. The effect of shear field on phase transitions in cyanoethyl cellulose solutions is nonmonotonic in character.  相似文献

Rheological properties of dilute and moderately concentrated aqueous solutions of methyl cellulose-polyvinylpyrrolidone blends, as well as the conditions of gelation in them, were studied. Films were obtained from solutions of the polymer blends, and their physicomechanical properties were examined. The range of the compositions corresponding to thermodynamic compatibility of methyl cellulose with polyvinylpyrrolidone was identified by the solvent vapor sorption method and by thermomechanical examinations of the films.  相似文献

It was shown that metallcontaining peroxides such as XOOOBu-t [X = (t-BuO)2Al, (t-BuO)3Ti] generate molecular oxygen in the electron-excited singlet state (1O2). These ozonides and η2-peroxocomplex Ph3Bi(η2O2) demonstrate high oxidative activity towards some classes of organic substances under mild conditions (20 °C).  相似文献

Structures of six cyclic polysulfides, previously unknown as organic environmental pollutants, were analyzed from a sediment sample from the Eastern Gulf of Finland. The determinations were done by gas chromatography connected to mass spectrometry. High resolution (HRMS) measurements of the isotopic composition of four compounds could be done to confirm their molecular formulae. Total low resolution (LRMS) spectra were used to elucidate structures of all six compounds by thermochemical approach, application of fragmentation rules and by ICLU simulation of the spectra. The compounds were deduced to be (in the order of GC- retention) 1,2,4-trithiacycloheptane, tetrathiacyclopentane, 1,2,4,5-tetrathia-cyclohexane, 1,2,3,4- tetrathiacycloheptane, 1,2,3,4-tetrathiacyclohexane and 1,2,4,6-tetrathiacyclooctane.  相似文献

Nitrostilbenes, nitrostyrenes, nitrotoluenes, and nitrodibenzyls in neutral, radical onion, and dianion forms are studied by quantum chemical, electron spectroscopy, ESR spectroscopy, and cyclic voltammetry methods. The calculated electron affinities of nitroarenes are compared with electrochemical reduction potentials. The dianion form of stilbene is stable provided that it has two nitro groups in the paraposition of the benzene ring. Nitrodibenzyls are converted to the corresponding nitrostilbenes by electrochemical reduction; this is explained by dissociative cleavage of C–H bonds in the trianion radical form of dibenzyl. In reactions of nitroarenes with bases, regioselectivity is determined by spin density distribution and by the conformation composition of the radical onions.
