Broussonetines are glycosidase-inhibitory alkaloids obtained from Broussonetia kazinoki. Feeding experiments using [1-13C]glucose and 13C-NMR spectroscopic studies showed that broussonetines are biosynthesized through routes similar to those of sphingosine and phytosphingosine. 相似文献

The ability of powdered Nylon 612 to bind methyl orange, ethyl orange, propyl orange, and butyl orange was investigated at 5, 15, 25 and 35°C in an aqueous solution. The amount of binding of the dye is much higher with this polyamide than with powdered Nylon 66 reported previously,1 although the former polymer has fewer amide end groups. The Van't Hoff plots of the first binding constant for the binding of butyl orange and propyl orange by powdered Nylon 612 exhibit a bell-shaped curve, whereas the plots for methyl orange and ethyl orange do not. Maximal binding occurs at approximately 15°C for propyl orange and at about 25°C for butyl orange. This is the first instance where the peculiar temperature dependence of the binding constant has been found in the binding of propyl orange, whose hydrophobicity is less than that of butyl orange. These tendencies can be accounted for in terms of increased hydrophobic of butyl orange. These tendencies can be accounted for in terms of increased hydrophobic domains in powdered Nylon 612 and enhanced hydrophobic contributions in the binding process. 相似文献

Investigation of the constituents of the fruits of Morus alba LINNE (Moraceae) afforded five new nortropane alkaloids (1-5) along with nor-psi-tropine (6) and six new amino acids, morusimic acids A-F (7-12). BF2 complexes with 1,3-diketone ligands were synthesized, and their optical and electrochemical properties were studied. The colors of the complexes varied depending on the structures of the 1,3-diketone ligands. The absorption and emission maxima of the complexes with 1,3-diaryl-1,3-diketone ligands were considerably red shifted as compared to those of the complexes with 1-aryl-3-trifluoromethyl-1,3-diketone ligands, suggesting an extended π-conjugation of the 1,3-diaryl-1,3-diketone moieties. The molar absorption coefficients and quantum yields of the complexes with 1,3-diaryl-1,3-diketone ligands were larger than those of the complexes with 1-aryl-3-trifluoromethyl-1,3-diketone ligands. Cyclic voltammetry measurements revealed that the reduction potentials of the BF2 complexes were higher than those of the free ligands. These complexes exhibited various emission colors in the solid states due to the intermolecular interactions. 相似文献

Effective cationic addition polymerization of 1,4‐dioxene, a six‐membered cyclic olefin with two oxygen atoms adjacent to the double bond, was performed using a simple metal halide catalyst system in dichloromethane. The polymerization was controlled when the reaction was conducted using GaCl3 in conjunction with an isobutyl vinyl ether–HCl adduct as a cationogen at –78°C to give polymers with predetermined molecular weights and relatively narrow molecular weight distributions. The long‐lived properties of the propagating species were further confirmed by a monomer addition experiment and the analyses of the product polymers by 1H NMR and MALDI–TOF–MS. Although highly clean propagation proceeded, the apparent rate constant changed during the controlled cationic polymerization of 1,4‐dioxene. The reason for the change was discussed based on polymerization results under various conditions. For spherically symmetric repulsive Hamiltonians we prove Rellich’s theorem, or identify the largest weighted space of Agmon–Hörmander type where the generalized eigenfunctions are absent. The proof is intensively dependent on commutator arguments. Our novelty here is a use of conjugate operator associated with some radial flow, not with dilations and not with translations. Our method is simple and elementary, and does not employ any advanced tools such as the operational calculus or the Fourier analysis.

Herein, we designed chiral photoresponsive tetra(2‐phenylthiazole)s, which induce a diastereoselective 6π‐electrocyclization reaction in a helically folded structure to freeze the conformational interconversions. The folding conformation with one helical turn of tetra(2‐phenylthiazole)s was supported by multiple intramolecular noncovalent interactions including vicinal S???N interheteroatom interactions and CH–π and π–π stacking interactions between nonadjacent units, as found in X‐ray crystal structures as well as quantum chemical calculations. The introduction of a chiral group at both ends of tetra(2‐phenylthiazole) dictates the preferential folding into a one‐handed helix conformation by the simultaneous operation of S???O and multiple CH–π interactions that involve the chiral end groups. Since the tetra(2‐phenylthiazole)s possess two equivalent photoreactive 6π‐electron systems and the folded conformation is suitable for photoinduced electrocyclization reaction, they undergo a photocyclization reaction in a stereoselective manner to memorize the chirality of the helix in a resulting diastereomeric closed form. 相似文献
