双奇核188Au的准粒子带结构研究

利用在束γ谱学实验技术, 通过¹⁷³Yb(¹⁹F,4nγ)反应 布居了¹⁸⁸Au的高自旋态, 并对其准粒子带结构进行了研究. 基于实验测量结果, 对原有的双奇核¹⁸⁸Au能级纲图做了较大的修改. 通过系统性比较, 对15⁺以上的能级结构进行了讨论.     

Lifetime measurement of the ((11/2)−) isomer in 125Cs

A new rotational band has been observed in ¹⁶⁷Lu by ¹⁵²Sm (¹⁹F,4n)reaction at the HI-13 tandem accelerator of CIAE in Beijing. The high spin transition energies of the new band are almost identical to the triaxial superdeformed bands recently discovered in ¹⁶³Lu and ¹⁶⁵Lu. This new band is predicted as a triaxial superdeformed band by total routhian surface calculations. Received: 6 October 1997     

Enantioresolution of 2-methoxy-2-(1-naphtyl)propionic acid using diastereomeric salt formation with chiral phenylethylamine

An enantioresolution of 2-methoxy-2-(1-naphtyl)propionic acid (MαNP acid) using the diastereomeric salt with chiral (R)-phenylethylamine was achieved to give enantiopure (R)-MαNP acid in 29% yield with >99% ee based on rac-MαNP acid. X-ray crystallographic analysis of diastereomeric salt revealed that (R)-MαNP acid was tightly arranged by four independent hydrogen bonds and one CH–π interaction with (R)-phenylethylamine.     

Phytochemical Analysis and Habitat Suitability Mapping of Glycyrrhiza glabra L. Collected in the Hatay Region of Turkey

The growth and quality of licorice depend on various environmental factors, including the local climate and soil properties; therefore, its cultivation is often unsuccessful. The current study investigated the key factors that affect the contents of bioactive compounds of Glycyrrhiza glabra L. root and estimated suitable growth zones from collection sites in the Hatay region of Turkey. The contents of three bioactive compounds (glycyrrhizic acid, glabridin, and liquiritin), soil factors (pH, soil bearing capacity, and moisture content), and geographical information (slope, aspect, curvature, elevation, and hillshade) were measured. Meteorological data (temperature and precipitation) were also obtained. An analysis of variance (ANOVA) and multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) were performed on the data. The soil bearing capacity, moisture content, slope, aspect, curvature, and elevation of the study area showed statistically significant effects on the glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin contents. A habitat suitability zone map was generated using a GIS-based frequency ratio (FR) model with spatial correlations to the soil, topographical, and meteorological data. The final map categorized the study area into four zones: very high (15.14%), high (31.50%), moderate (40.25%), and low suitability (13.11%). High suitability zones are recommended for further investigation and future cultivation of G. glabra.     

Multiple Coulomb excitation of a 70Ge beam and the interpretation of the 02 + state as a deformed intruder

Electromagnetic properties of the low-lying states in a ⁷⁰Ge nucleus were studied through the multiple Coulomb excitation of a ⁷⁰Ge beam with a ^natPb target. Relative γ-ray intensities were measured as a function of emission angle relative to the scattered projectile. Sixteen E2 matrix elements, including diagonal ones, for 6 low-lying states have been determined using the least-squares search code GOSIA. The expectation values 〈Q ²〉 of 0₁ ⁺ and 0₂ ⁺ states in ⁷⁰Ge are compared with those in ^{72, 74, 76}Ge. Simple mixing calculations indicate that the 0₂ ⁺ states in ⁷⁰Ge and ⁷²Se can be treated as deformed intruder states. It is shown that the deformed intruder becomes the ground state in ⁷⁴Kr. These interpretations of the 0₂ ⁺ states in this region are compared with the potential-energy surface calculations by the Nilsson-Strutinsky model, which allow to interpret the experimental results in a qualitative way from the theoretical point of view. Properties of the πh 9/2 ⊗ νi 13/2 band in odd-odd 188Au

A new rotational band has been identified and assigned to ¹⁸⁸Au for the first time using the ¹⁷³Yb(¹⁹F,4nγ) reaction at the beam energies of 86 and 90 MeV. This band is proposed to be built on the πh _9/2 ⊗ νi _13/2 configuration by comparing the band properties with known bands in neighboring nuclei. The prolate-to-oblate shape transition through triaxial shape has been proposed to occur around ¹⁸⁸Au for the ηh _9/2 ⊗ νi _13/2 bands in odd-odd Au isotopes on the basis of total Routhian surface (TRS) calculations.

     

双奇核172Re高自旋态转动带结构实验研究

利用重离子熔合蒸发反应¹⁴⁹Sm(²⁷Al,4nγ)¹⁷²Re布居了形变双奇核¹⁷²Re的高自旋态,用12套带有BGO反康普顿抑制的高纯锗探测器阵列进行了在束γ实验测量,首次建立了形变双奇核¹⁷²Re由3个转动带构成的高自旋态能级纲图.研究和讨论了3个转动带的结构特征,基于已有的高自旋态核结构知识并通过系统学比较和分析指出它们的准粒子组态分别为πh_11/2⊙νi_13/2,πh_9/2⊙νi_13/2和π1/2^－[541]⊙ν1/2^－[521].发现前两个转动带在自旋小于18.5h时其转动能级呈现反常的旋称劈裂.     

Study of122–130Xe with the extended interacting-boson approximation

Calculations on the basis of the extended interacting-boson approximation have been made for the positive-parity states of^122–130Xe. The results of the calculations are compared with their energy levels, expecially the backbendings in the yrast bands, and with reducedE2 transition probabilities andg-factors. They are also compared with the staggerings in theγ-vibrational quasibands. The present calculations reproduce the experimental data concerning^122–130Xe.     

Study of even-mass Ba nuclei by the (p,t) reaction

The (p, t) reaction on the nuclei ^{134, 136, 138}Ba has been studied at a bombarding energy of 52 MeV. Angular distributions of emitted tritons were obtained between 6° and 60°. The following six negative-parity states were strongly excited by the (p, t) reaction: 5^?(2.121 MeV) and 7^?(2.482 MeV) in ¹³²Ba, 5^?(1.998 MeV) and 7^?(2.274 MeV) in ¹³⁴Ba, and 5^?(2.139 MeV) and 7^?(2.031 MeV) in ¹³⁶Ba. DWBA calculations using the code DWUCK successfully reproduce these angular distributions. The 0⁺ assignment to the 1.761 MeV level in ¹³⁴Ba is confirmed. Intensities of the (p, t) reaction for low-lying states are discussed.
