It was experimentally detected that the glucose concentration in blood plasma decreases after venous blood saturation with oxygen (oxygenation process). This effect was recorded for several tens of donor blood samples using IME-DC (Germany) and Optium Omega (USA) portable glucometers, as well as an optical method using holographic sensors based on hydrogel polymer films, independent of the presence of oxygen in plasma. During blood oxygenation in the organism, glucose is redistributed between blood plasma and erythrocyte cytoplasm in favor of cytoplasm. The observed effect is explained by an increase in the electric field during blood oxygenation in lipids of the erythrocyte cytoplasmic membrane, which orients dipoles of asymmetric glucose molecules along the normal to the membrane surface. This results in erythrocytemembrane permeability asymmetry.  相似文献

We have examined low-frequency Raman spectra of intermolecular vibrations of weak aqueous solutions of hydrogen peroxide and water. The differences between the observed Raman frequencies and the data from the literature on the IR-absorption frequencies of the same vibrations, as well as the interrelations between the frequencies and the widths of Lorentzian contours that approximate the vibrational spectra of the dynamic susceptibility, have been discussed. Based on a model of free damped vibrations of a classical oscillator with an inhomogeneous broadening, we have explained these effects for the first time. The homogeneous line widths and the damping times of the observed intermolecular vibrations have been determined. The eigenfrequencies of these vibrations have been calculated, and they have been shown to agree well with the data from the literature on the frequencies of IR absorption of water. We have shown that these parameters of intermolecular vibrations for water and for aqueous solutions of hydrogen peroxide differ from each other.  相似文献

Generation of narrowly directed X-rays in synthetic opal matrices upon pulsed laser excitation was detected. It was experimentally shown that this phenomenon occurs simultaneously with stimulated globular light scattering (SGLS) and the photon flame effect (PFE). We consider a method of holographic registration of laser emission modulated by interaction with an object or a medium whose optical properties vary with time and along one of the coordinates. A reference wave whose frequency varies linearly along a coordinate and with time in the registration plane is used. The method makes feasible the implementation of two-exposure holographic interferometry. The scheme of elastic stress visualization in transparent materials (Plexiglas) by a change in optical path is proposed. The optical path gradient was measured using the correlation method. A model experiment was performed at various configurations of transverse static loads on a Plexiglas beam. It was shown that the displacement field of the background structure corresponds to stress diagram at a given beam load scheme. For the process of point heating of quartz glass, the correlation method is compared to the method based on the photoelasticity effect.  相似文献

The results of an experimental study of an oscillatory chemical reaction (the Belousov-Zhabotinskii reaction) are reported. The measurements were performed for both the reaction proceeding in the regime of synchronization in the volume and the reaction proceeding without synchronization when the oscillations are less pronounced. Radiation passed through the sample and detected by the holography method with a transient reference wave was used in the analysis. This made it possible to obtain data on the time dependence of amplitudes and phases of the transmitted wave. The signal spectrum was reconstructed from the hologram. In this case, a spectrum rich in features was observed even when there was no synchronization. The shift of the zero-order component in the spectrum of oscillatory variations in the refractive index was measured and was found to be constant in the course of the reaction. The oscillation frequency decreased during the reaction. Special measurements with the use of interference were performed at the stage when the hologram was reconstructed and the signal-spectrum pattern was obtained; the time dependence of the signal in the course of the reaction was evaluated. Nonperiodic and periodic phase variations in the transmitted wave were studied; the parameters characterizing the variation of refractive index in the course of the reaction were determined. Variations in the refractive index of no less than 5 · 10?6 were measured to an accuracy of no lower than 0.2·106 and the rate of the refractive-index variation was measured to an accuracy of no lower than 10?8 s?1.  相似文献
