The effect of hydrothermal treatment of decationized superhigh-silica zeolite on the mechanism of n-hexane conversion has been studied. It has been established that thermosteam modification sharply decreases the cracking activity and increases the selectivity to aromatization reactions. Zeolite acidity markedly decreases, but its crystal structure does not become amorphous.

Regularities in n-hexane conversion on decationized Y zeolites under cracking and aromatization conditions have been studied. Possible formation of lower olefins and benzenes in parallel reactions following different mechanisms at low conversion degrees is suggested. The effect of thermosteam treatment on the activity and selectivity of Y zeolites in n-hexane conversion has been examined.

Technological specific features of the solketal synthesis on a KU-2-8 cation-exchange resin were improved. Data are presented on the mutual solubility of the components in the glycerol–acetone–water and glycerol–acetone–water–ethanol systems. It is shown that use of ethanol for homogenization of the starting reagents is more than twice more efficient than performing the process with delivery of an emulsion of the reagents or reaching a full solubility of glycerol in acetone due to the 20-fold excess of the latter at 35°C. It is shown that the delivery of a glycerol emulsion in acetone to an immobile bed of a heterogeneous catalyst working in the falling-film mode leads to flooding of the reactor at spraying densities exceeding 0.15 m3 m–2 h–1.  相似文献

The mutual solubility of the components in the epichlorhydrin–water–sodium chloride system was studied in the temperature range of 20–90 °С. It was found that epichlorohydrin is salted out as the concentration of NaCl increases. The Sechenov coefficient was determined to be equal to 0.29. It was found that epichlorohydrin reacts with an aqueous solution of sodium chloride to form glycerol dichlorohydrins. Alkali formed during this reaction catalyzes the hydrolysis of epichlorohydrin to glycerol monochlorohydrin, acts as a reagent in the glycidol formation and accelerates its subsequent conversion to glycerol.  相似文献

The structural changes and acid characteristics of the zeolite ZSM-5 modified with titanium and sulfur were studied. The modifier components were chemically bonded to the zeolite structure. The acid characteristics of zeolite changed and superacid centers appeared. A physicochemical study showed that treatment of zeolite with titanium tetrachloride and sulfuryl chloride did not change its structure and molecular-sieve properties.  相似文献

The effect of the manner and conditions of introducing lanthanum cations into NH4-ZSM-5 zeolite on the properties of catalysts for the conversion of dimethyl ether into the mixtures of gasoline hydrocarbons is studied. The physicochemical properties of synthesized catalysts are studied by means of temperature-programmed ammonia desorption, the adsorption of benzene, atomic absorption spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, and thermogravimetry. It is shown that the degree to which lanthanum cations are replaced by ammonium cations both depends on the conditions of ion exchange in the zeolite and affects its acidity spectrum and the selectivity of the formation of paraffin hydrocarbons with isostructure. It is concluded that an increase in the amount of introduced lanthanum leads to an increase in the content of iso-paraffins from 69 to 76 wt % and a decrease in the content of aromatic hydrocarbons from 10.5 to 5.5 wt % and that of durene from 1.5 to 0.2 wt % in the products.  相似文献

The influence of the structural type and of the textural and acid properties of the zeolite on the catalyst selectivity in synthesis of a mixture of liquid hydrocarbons with increased content of isoalkanes from dimethyl ether was examined. The synthesis of liquid hydrocarbons enriched in triptane in the course of gasoline production from CO and H2 via dimethyl ether in the presence of La-H-Y zeolite was performed for the first time. Excess hydrogen in the system and relatively short contact time of the catalyst with the feed favor an increase in the triptane yield. Additional modification with palladium leads to optimization of the acid properties of the La-H-Y zeolite and, as a consequence, to an increase in the triptane content of the gasoline from 2.0 to 9.4 wt %.
