The far-UV (193 nm) laser flash photolysis of nitrogen-saturated isooctane solutions of 1,1-dimethylsiletane allows the direct detection of 1,1-dimethylsilene as a transient species, which (at low laser intensities) decays with pseudo-first-order kinetics (τ 10 μs) and exhibits a UV absorption spectrum with λmax 255 nm. Characteristic rapid quenching is observed for the silene with methanol (kMcOH = (4.9 ± 0.2) × 109 M−1 s−1), tert-butanol (kBuOH = (1.8 ± 0.1) × 109 M−1 s−1) and oxygen (kO2 = (2.0 ± 0.5) × 108 M−1 s−1). The Arrhenius activation parameters for the reaction with methanol have been determined to be Ea = −2.6 ± 0.6 kcal mol−1 and log A = 7.7 ± 0.3.  相似文献

A mathematical model for analyzing laser beam transmission and focusing inside media is developed. The reflection and refraction on the interface between two different media and the absorption inside media are considered. Based on the mathematical model a computer program, which allows us to analyze the focusing and transmission processes of laser beam as well as to obtain the beam parameters and intensity profile inside media, is created.  相似文献

The fatty acid composition of milk is of considerable interest due to their nutritional and functional properties. Although rapid milk fat separation and transesterification procedures have been developed, the overall procedure remains time consuming, specially, for the analysis of a large number of samples. In this work, a fast and simple method for direct profiling of fatty acids from milk using thermochemolysis has been developed. This method has the capability of directly analyse fatty acids from one drop of milk without fat extraction or cleanup. Our approach for thermochemolysis is based on thermal desorption integrated with a cold trap inlet. The optimized method does not present isomerisation/degradation of polyunsaturated fatty acid and shows milk fatty acid profiles comparable to the conventional method based on fat extraction and alkaline transesterification. Overall, this method has demonstrated significant potential for high throughput analysis of fatty acids in milk.  相似文献

Microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) of polycyclic aromatic compounds (PACs) from coal is shown to give the same pattern of compounds as Soxhlet extraction. MAE requires only 10 mL solvent and 10 min extraction time whereas Soxhlet uses 200 mL and takes 24 h. Although the yields were lower, dichloromethane (DCM) was preferred to pyridine, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP), and NMP with CS2 because the pattern of the PACs is shown to be independent of solvent and DCM is a much more convenient solvent to work with.  相似文献

The different empirical models of light absorption in silicon by free charge carriers in near-infrared and infrared regions are analyzed. An improved empirical model for free carrier absorption in silicon is developed. Results are obtained over the wavelength range from 0.9 μm to 6 μm for n-type, and from 0.9 μm to 8 μm for p-type silicon. The new model is assessed ed by R 2 parameter and the sufficient fitting of the experimental data is presented.  相似文献

We present the first experimental investigation of ultrafast optical switching in a three-dimensional photonic crystal made of a Si-opal composite. Ultrafast (30 fs) changes in reflectivity around the photonic stop band up to 1% were measured for moderate pump power (70 microJ/cm(2)). Short-lived photoexcited carriers in silicon induce changes in the dielectric constant of Si and diminish the constructive interference inside the photonic crystal. The results are analyzed within a model based on a two-band mixing formalism.  相似文献
