5,6-Dimethoxy isobenzofuran is generated in situ from the dimethylacetal of 6-hydroxymethyl veratraldehyde and intercepted by a variety of dienophiles to produce the expected oxygen-bridged adducts in good yield. Many of the latter are easily aromatised to naphthalenes.  相似文献

A study of the reaction of Me3SnCu·.Me2S (1) and [Me3SnCuSPh]Li (2) with α,β - acetylenic N,N-dimethylamides 3 shows (a) that the overall process can be controlled experimentally so as to produce either N,N-dimethyl (E)-(4) or (Z)-3-trimethylstannyl-2-alkenamides (5), (b) that the initially formed intermediate derived from interaction of 2 and 3 is significantly more stable than that obtained by reaction of 2 and α,β-acetylenic esters, and (c) that the intermediate produced by treating 3 with 1 can be trapped with electrophiles other than proton.  相似文献

[structure: see text] A short five-step synthesis of (+/-)-2,2'-bis(diphenylphosphino)-3, 3'-binaphtho[2,1-b]furan (BINAPFu, 1) starting from 2-naphthoxyacetic acid is reported. The resolution of BINAPFu 1 was possible using our newly developed resolution procedure for phosphines wherein (1S)-camphorsulfonyl azide was used to prepare the bisphosphinimine of BINAPFu via the Staundinger reaction. BINAPFu consistently outperformed BINAP in an asymmetric Heck reaction between 2,3-dihydrofuran and phenyl triflate.  相似文献

The use of a mono-pivalate mono-acrylate bis-ester of (+)-1S,5S,6S-spiro[4.4]nonane-1,6-diol in an asymmetric Diels-Alder reaction with cyclopentadiene (2 equiv. BCl3, −85°C, CH2Cl2) provided the expected endo bicyclo adduct in >97% de. Iodolactonization of the bicyclo adduct provided the (+)-lactone (5) with a 1S,4S,6S,8R,9S configuration (97% ee). The de's obtained from using various types and amounts of Lewis acids, and both chiral and racemic bis-esters in the Diels-Alder reaction with cyclopentadiene are also reported.  相似文献

Background  

There is great interest in appropriate phenotypes that serve as indicator of genetically transmitted frontal (dys)function, such as ADHD. Here we investigate the ability to deal with response conflict, and we ask to what extent performance variation on response interference tasks is caused by genetic variation. We tested a large sample of 12-year old monozygotic and dizygotic twins on two well-known and closely related response interference tasks; the color Stroop task and the Eriksen flanker task. Using structural equation modelling we assessed the heritability of several performance indices derived from those tasks.  相似文献

There has been interest for a number of years in the possibility of separating blood into cells and plasma by methods other than centrifugation, so that the plasma can be analysed on-line. Cells in whole blood normally occupy about 45% of the suspension volume. It has been shown with a number of different cell types, such as yeast and bacteria, that for concentrations of this order the cells are not as efficiently harvested by ultrasound as those for lower concentrations. In this study, removal of cells from 3-4 ml whole blood volumes has been examined in ultrasonic standing wave fields from tubular transducers driven at a frequency of 1.6 MHz. Samples of whole human blood (n = 11) from two volunteers have been processed by three tubular transducers where high levels of cell removal, 99.7% on average, have been demonstrated with high reproducibility between samples as well as for different transducers.  相似文献
