Cyclic vinylogous triflate hemiacetals can serve as ‘synthetic equivalents’ for alkynyl aldehydes: treatment of a vinylogous triflate hemiacetal with excess amounts of Grignard reagents produces acyclic alkynyl alcohols in good to high yields. This transformation likely involves the Grob-type C-C bond cleaving fragmentation to form the alkynyl aldehyde in situ. Subsequent nucleophilic attack of the Grignard reagent furnishes secondary alkynols. Vinylogous triflate hemiacetals are easily prepared by DIBALH reduction of vinylogous acyl triflates, which are derived from cyclic 1,3-diketones.  相似文献

The synthesis of hexahydrooxoepithiopyridinedicarboxyimide (5: X2 = N-Ph) by the reaction of thioamides 1 with N-substituted maleimide ( 2a ) was examined. The reaction of primary thioamides, such as thiobenzamide and p-toluthioamide with N-phenylmaleimide gives compounds 5 together with corresponding 4-hydroxy-1,3-thiazoles 4 . However, a similar reaction of secondary thioamides, such as N-methylthioacetamide, thiobenzanilide, with N-phenylmaleimide did not provide compounds 5 without addition of acid. The reaction pathway and the configuration of 5 were also investigated.  相似文献

The experimental details for the synthesis of human renin inhibitors are described. In order to avoid metabolic degradation of the Phe-His (P3-P2) amide bond in transition-state analogs, structurally modified acyl residues (P4-P3) were incorporated into the inhibitors. Compound 1a, which contained 2-(1-naphthylmethyl)-3-(N-phenethylcarbamoyl)propionyl residue (P4-P3) with a retro-inverso amide bond, L-histidine, and norstatine isoamylamide residue (P1-P1) as a transition-state mimic, had potent human renin inhibitory activity, and it lowered blood pressure when administered orally to common marmosets.  相似文献

A Schiff base (SB) immobilized hybrid mesoporous silica membrane (SB-HMM) was prepared by immobilizing a Schiff base onto the pore surface of mesoporous silica (pore size=3.1 nm) embedded in the pores of a porous anodic alumina membrane. In contrast to the non-fluorescent analogous SB molecule in homogeneous solutions, SB-HMM exhibited intense fluorescence due to emission enhancement caused by aggregation of SB groups on the pore surface. The high quantum efficiency of the surface SB groups allows SB-HMM to function as a fluorescent sensor for Cu(II) ions in an aqueous solution with good sensitivity, selectivity and reproducibility. Under the optimal conditions described, the linear ranges of fluorescence intensity for Cu(II) are 1.2-13.8(M (R(2)=0.993) and 19.4-60 (R(2)=0.992) (M. The limit of detection for Cu(II) is 0.8 μM on basis of the definition by IUPAC (C(LOD)=3.3S(b)/m).  相似文献

Solvation dynamics in alcohols confined in silica nanochannels was examined by time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy using coumarin 153 (C153) as a fluorescent probe. Surfactant-templated mesoporous silica was fabricated inside the pores of an anodic alumina membrane. The surfactant was removed by calcination to give mesoporous silica (Cal-NAM) containing one-dimensional (1D) silica nanochannels (diameter, 3.1 nm) whose inner surface was covered with silanol groups. By treating Cal-NAM with trimethylchlorosilane, trimethylsilyl (TMS) groups were formed on the inner surface of the silica nanochannels (TMS-NAM). Fluorescence dynamic Stokes shifts of C153 were measured in alcohols (ethanol, butanol, hexanol, and decanol) confined in the silica nanochannels of Cal- and TMS-NAMs, and the time-dependent fluorescence decay profiles could be best fitted by a biexponential function. The estimated solvent relaxation times were much larger than those observed in bulk alcohols for both Cal- and TMS-NAMs when ethanol or butanol was used as a solvent, indicating that the mobility of these alcohol molecules was restricted within the silica nanochannels. However, hexanol or decanol in Cal- and TMS-NAMs did not cause a remarkable increase in the solvent relaxation time in contrast to ethanol or butanol. Therefore, it was concluded that a relatively rigid assembly of alcohols (an alcohol chain) was formed within the silica nanochannels by hydrogen bonding interaction and van der Waals force between the surface functional groups of the silica nanochannels and alcohol molecules and by the successive interaction between alcohol molecules when alcohol with a short alkyl chain (ethanol or butanol) was used as a solvent.  相似文献

A thorough analysis of the chemistry of vinylogous acyl triflates provides insight into important chemical processes and opens new directions in synthetic technology. Tandem nucleophilic addition/C-C bond cleaving fragmentation reactions of cyclic vinylogous acyl triflates 1 yield a variety of acyclic acetylenic compounds. Full details are disclosed herein. A wide array of nucleophiles, such as organolithium and Grignard reagents, lithium enolates and their analogues, hydride reagents, and lithium amides, are applied. The respective reactions produce ketones 2, 1,3-diketones and their analogues 3, alcohols 4, and amides 5. The present reactions are proposed to proceed through a 1,2-addition of the nucleophile to the carbonyl group of starting triflates 1 to form tetrahedral alkoxide intermediates C, followed by Grob-type fragmentation, which effects C-C bond cleavage to yield acyclic acetylenic compounds 2-5 and 7. The potent nucleofugacity of the triflate moiety is channeled through the sigma-bond framework of 1, providing direct access to the fragmentation pathway without denying other typical reactions of cyclic vinylogous esters. The synthetic versatility of vinylogous acyl triflates, including functionalization reactions of the cyclic enone core (1 --> 6 or 8), is also illustrated.  相似文献

The synthesis of triazoles via the three-component coupling reaction of unactivated terminal alkynes, allyl carbonate, and trimethylsiyl azide under the Pd(0)-Cu(I) bimetallic catalyst is developed. The reaction most probably proceeds through the formation of a pi-allylpalladium azide complex and a copper-acetylide followed by a successive [3 + 2] cycloaddition. The deallylation of the resulting allyltriazoles proceeds very easily by the Ru-catalyzed isomerization followed by the ozonolysis of the resulting propenyltriazoles to give the triazoles in high yields.  相似文献

This paper presents an axiomatization of the Shapley value. The balanced cycle contributions property is the key axiom in this paper. It requires that, for any order of all the players, the sum of the claims from each player against his predecessor is balanced with the sum of the claims from each player against his successor. This property is satisfied not only by the Shapley value but also by some other values for TU games. Hence, it is a less restrictive requirement than the balanced contributions property introduced by Myerson (International Journal of Game Theory 9, 169–182, 1980).  相似文献
