本文采用等温溶解平衡法研究了四元交互体系Li+,Mg2+/CI-,SO-H2O25℃的机关系和平衡液相的物化性质(密度、粘度、电导率、折光率和pH).该体系25℃有七个相区Li2SO4·H2O,MgSO4·7H2O.MgSO4·6H2O.MgSO4·5H2O,MgC12,6H2O,LiCI.MgCl2.7H2O,LiCI·H2O,十一条单变量线,五个共饱点.其中LiCI·H2O+LiCI·MgCl2·7H2O+Li2SO4·H2O为一致零变量点.与文献中的研究结果比较,我们得到两个新相区MgSO4·6H2O和MgSO4·5H2O.用经验和半经验公式计算了平衡液相的密度、折光率.由实验测定的溶解度数据求得了高锂浓度下的Pitzer参数.对该体系25℃溶解度进行了理论计算复证.  相似文献

Discovering new and effective drugs for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a major clinical challenge. This study focuses on chemical modulation of the gut microbiome in an established murine AD model. We used the 16S rDNA sequencing technique to investigate the effect of xanthohumol (Xn) on the diversity of intestinal microflora in 2-month- and 6-month-old APP/PS1 mice, respectively. APP/PS1 and wild-type mice were treated by gavage with corn oil with or without Xn every other day for 90 days. Prior to and following treatment, animals were tested for spatial learning, cognitive and memory function. We found Xn reduced cognitive dysfunction in APP/PS1 mice and significantly regulated the composition and abundance of gut microbiota both in prevention experiments (with younger mice) and therapeutic experiments (with older mice). Differential microflora Gammaproteobacteria were significantly enriched in APP/PS1 mice treated with Xn. Nodosilineaceae and Rikenellaceae may be the specific microflora modulated by Xn. The penicillin and cephalosporin biosynthesis pathway and the atrazine degradation pathway may be the principal modulation pathways. Taken together, oral treatment with Xn may have a neuroprotective role by regulating the composition of intestinal microflora, a result that contributes to the scientific basis for a novel prophylactic and therapeutic approach to AD.  相似文献

The synthesis of carboxylic acids is of fundamental importance in the chemical industry and the corresponding products find numerous applications for polymers, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and other manufactured chemicals. Although hydroxycarbonylations of olefins have been known for more than 60 years, currently known catalyst systems for this transformation do not fulfill industrial requirements, for example, stability. Presented herein for the first time is an aqueous‐phase protocol that allows conversion of various olefins, including sterically hindered and demanding tetra‐, tri‐, and 1,1‐disubstituted systems, as well as terminal alkenes, into the corresponding carboxylic acids in excellent yields. The outstanding stability of the catalyst system (26 recycling runs in 32 days without measurable loss of activity), is showcased in the preparation of an industrially relevant fatty acid. Key‐to‐success is the use of a built‐in‐base ligand under acidic aqueous conditions. This catalytic system is expected to provide a basis for new cost‐competitive processes for the industrial production of carboxylic acids.  相似文献

Palladium-catalysed diastereoselective hydroesterification of alkenes assisted by the coordinative hydroxyl group in the substrate afforded a variety of chiral γ-butyrolactones bearing two stereocenters. Employing the carbonylation-lactonization products as the key intermediates, the route from the alkenes with single chiral center to chiral THF-fused bicyclic γ-lactones containing three stereocenters was developed.  相似文献

Carbonylation reactions allow the efficient synthesis of all kinds of carbonyl‐containing compounds. Here, we report a straightforward synthesis of various imides from olefins and CO for the first time. The established hydroamidocarbonylation reaction affords imides in good yields (up to 90 %) and with good regioselectivity (up to 99:1) when applying different alkenes and amides. The synthetic potential of the method is highlighted by the synthesis of Aniracetam by intramolecular hydroamidocarbonylation.  相似文献

A class of chiral Rh(I) catalysts containing monodentate phosphorous acid diesters tautomerized from the corresponding secondary phosphine oxides was discovered by serendipitous hydrolysis of phosphoramidite ligands. The evolved catalysts demonstrated unprecedented enantioselectivities (98-99% ee) and high catalytic activities (as low as 0.01 mol% catalyst loading) in asymmetric hydrogenations of a wide variety of α-aryl-/alkyl-substituted ethenylphosphonic acids, providing a facile approach to the corresponding enantiopure phosphonic acids with significant biological importance.  相似文献

A lack of efficient diagnostic tools for early and noninvasive diagnosis of breast cancer has restricted the clinical treatment effect. This problem might be addressed by the combination of aggregation-induced emission (AIE) fluorescence imaging and positron emission tomography (PET) with the dual advantages of high resolution and easy operation, and unlimited penetration and high sensitivity. Here, a mitochondria-targeted AIE luminogen (AIEgen) radiolabeled with 18F was developed through a two-step radiochemical reaction by virtue of a prosthetic group. The obtained 18/19F-Bz-CP imaging probe was examined by in vitro cell uptake and cell proliferation inhibition in two breast cancer cell lines, showing that the probe can efficiently target and locate in the mitochondria through the analysis of fluorescence imaging and PET simultaneously. Additionally, the probe can induce cancer cell apoptosis with the half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) of 4.8 μM for MCF-7 cells and 7.2 μM for T47D cells, indicating its potential application for breast cancer therapy.  相似文献
