This paper concerns the convex optimal control problem governed by multiscale elliptic equations with arbitrarily rough $L^\infty$ coefficients, which has not only complex coupling between nonseparable scales and nonlinearity, but also important applications in composite materials and geophysics. We use one of the recently developed numerical homogenization techniques, the so-called Rough Polyharmonic Splines (RPS) and its generalization (GRPS) for the efficient resolution of the elliptic operator on the coarse scale. Those methods have optimal convergence rate which do not rely on the regularity of the coefficients nor the concepts of scale-separation or periodicity. As the iterative solution of the nonlinearly coupled OCP-OPT formulation for the optimal control problem requires solving the corresponding (state and co-state) multiscale elliptic equations many times with different right hand sides, numerical homogenization approach only requires one-time pre-computation on the fine scale and the following iterations can be done with computational cost proportional to coarse degrees of freedom. Numerical experiments are presented to validate the theoretical analysis.  相似文献

In the present paper we study a nonautonomous predator–prey model with stage structure and double time delays due to maturation time for both prey and predator. We assume that the immature and mature individuals of each species are divided by a fixed age, and the mature predator only attacks the immature prey. Based on some comparison arguments we discuss the permanence of the species. By virtue of the continuation theorem of coincidence degree theory, we prove the existence of positive periodic solution. By means of constructing an appropriate Lyapunov functional, we obtain sufficient conditions for the uniqueness and the global stability of positive periodic solution. Two examples are given to illustrate the feasibility of our main results.  相似文献

The principle of error vector magnitude (EVM) against modulator nonlinearity for vector modulation signal (VMS) transmission in radio-over-fiber (RoF) systems is theoretically and experimentally investigated. A highly linear modulation scheme is proposed and demonstrated using a single-drive dual parallel Mach-Zehnder modulator (MZM). This method improves EVM performance and enlarges the linear input dynamic range of the VMS transmission. An index of maximum allowable input power difference (MAIPD) that reflects the difference of upper input power limits between these two schemes is measured. An EVM limitation of 5% MAIPD has 5 dB. Both 16and 64-QAM results indicate that the proposed scheme supports VMS transmission better than the MZM one.  相似文献

Three macrolide antibiotic components – ascomycin, tacrolimus and dihydrotacrolimus – were separated and purified by silver ion high-speed counter-current chromatography (HSCCC). The solvent system consisted of n-hexane–tert-butyl methyl ether–methanol–water (1:3:6:5, v/v) and silver nitrate (0.10 mol/l). The silver ion acted as a π-complexing agent with tacrolimus because of its extra side double bond compared with ascomycin and dihydrotacrolimus. This complexation modified the partition coefficient values and the separation factors of the three components. As a result, ascomycin, tacrolimus and dihydrotacrolimus were purified from 150 mg extracted crude sample with purities of 97.6%, 98.7% and 96.5%, respectively, and yields over 80% (including their tautomers). These results cannot be achieved with the same solvent system but without the addition of silver ion.  相似文献

A method of using high-speed counter-current chromatography (HSCCC) was established for preparative isolation and purification of antimycin A components from antimycin fermentation broth. Six antimycin A components were successfully purified for the first time by HSCCC with a two-phase solvent system composed of n-hexane–ethyl acetate–methanol–water (5:2:4:1, by volume). Total of 20 mg antimycin A4(a or b), 25 mg antimycin A3(a or b), 21 mg antimycin A8(a or b), 34 mg antimycin A2(a or b), 26 mg antimycin A1(a or b) and 34 mg antimycin A1(a or b) with the purities of 93.2, 98.6, 96.2, 94.1, 94.9 and 96.7%, respectively, determined by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), were yielded from 200 mg crude sample only in one HSCCC run.  相似文献

α-萘基丁二亚胺氯化镍/MAO制备双(宽)峰聚乙烯   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
合成了一种新型α 二亚胺镍配合物———α 萘基丁二亚胺氯化镍 ,此配合物作为催化剂在MAO的活化下催化乙烯聚合得到支化聚乙烯 ,聚合活性高达 7 18× 10 5gPE molNi·h ,1 3C NMR、FTIR测试结果表明制备的聚乙烯含有末端双键 ;GPC结果表明所制备的聚乙烯分子量呈双 (宽 )峰分布 ,其原因有两个 ,一是此催化剂能产生分子量较低的α 烯烃 ,在聚合过程中一部分α 烯烃会“就地”与乙烯原位共聚形成分子量较高的聚合物 ,二是此催化剂存在立体异构体 ,而不同异构体在MAO活化下形成的活性中心的配位环境不同 ,因而得到的聚乙烯的分子量也不同 .研究了聚合温度、聚合压力、铝镍摩尔比 (nAl nNi)对催化活性、聚乙烯分子量、支化度的影响 .聚乙烯的分子量随聚合温度的升高而下降 ,支化度增大 ,熔点则降低 .  相似文献
