Triterpenoids extracted from Ganoderma lucidum (Leyss. ex Fr.) Karst were separated and characterized using optimized reversed-phase liquid chromatography with diode array detection and electrospray ion trap tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-DAD-ESI-MS(n)). They could be classified into five types depending on the fragmentation behavior. All triterpenoids gave [M - H](-) and [2M - H](-) ions by electrospray ionization monitored in the negative ion mode; in addition, compounds of types III and IV gave prominent [M - H - H(2)O](-) ions and the unsaturated bond at C-20, 22 would reduce the abundance of [M - H - H(2)O](-) ion. The key fragmentation information was cleavage at C- and D-rings despite the predominant losses of H(2)O and CO(2). Compounds with hydroxyls at C-7 and C-15 would produce a list of b, b - 1, b - 2, and b - 16 ions attributed to cleavage of D-ring; if the second alcohol at C-15 were oxidized to ketone, the prominent cleavage would occur at C-ring and produce a group of ions of a; if C-7 were oxidized to ketone, transference of two hydrogen atoms would occur during the cleavage of rings and a list of ions about a + 2 and/or b + 2 would appear instead. The above fragmentations and regularities in fragmentation pathways were reported for the first time, and were implemented for the analysis of triterpenoids in G. lucidum. The chloroform extract was separated on a Zorbax SB-C(18) column, eluting with an acetonitrile-0.2% acetic acid gradient. A total of 32 triterpenoids, including six new ones, were identified or tentatively characterized based on the tandem mass spectra of the HPLC peaks.  相似文献

In recent years, the prevalence of diabetes is on the rise, globally. Resistant starch (RS) has been known as a kind of promising dietary fiber for the prevention or treatment of diabetes. Therefore, it has become a hot topic to explore the hypoglycemic mechanisms of RS. In this review, the mechanisms have been summarized, according to the relevant studies in the recent 15 years. In general, the blood glucose could be regulated by RS by regulating the intestinal microbiota disorder, resisting digestion, reducing inflammation, regulating the hypoglycemic related enzymes and some other mechanisms. Although the exact mechanisms of the beneficial effects of RS have not been fully verified, it is indicated that RS can be used as a daily dietary intervention to reduce the risk of diabetes in different ways. In addition, further research on hypoglycemic mechanisms of RS impacted by the RS categories, the different experimental animals and various dietary habits of human subjects, have also been discussed in this review.  相似文献

The development of an efficient method for the site‐selective substitution of unprotected phenols has long been considered as an attractive but challenging task. Herein, we describe a highly chemo‐ and ortho‐selective substitution reaction of phenols with α‐aryl α‐diazoacetates with commercially available (C6F5)3B as the catalyst. This reaction proceeds under simple and mild conditions with high efficiency, it features a wide substrate scope and can be easily scaled up.  相似文献

萘并吡喃及其衍生物是经典的光致变色材料,具有很低的背景颜色、优良的光致变色抗疲劳性、易于调控的变色动力学、开环体具有宽的吸收等优点,受到了研究者的重视。本文综述了近几年来作者课题组利用萘并吡喃构建光致变色荧光开关的研究进展,通过将荧光基团和萘并吡喃以掺杂模式、共聚物和有机小分子等形式构建光致变色荧光开关,研究了它们在溶液和薄膜中的荧光开关性能,初步探讨了萘并吡喃荧光开关在非破坏性读出和荧光成像等方面的应用潜能。  相似文献

The excessive expression of reactive oxygen species is closely connected to many diseases. Considerable studies have demonstrated dandelion as well as its ingredients exhibited antioxidant activity. However, specific material basis reflecting the antioxidant activity has not been comprehensively investigated. In this study, a spectrum–effect relationship study on dandelion between fingerprinting and antioxidant activity was analyzed in detail, while a UHPLC quantification method developed and completely validated for simultaneous determination of active ingredients in dandelion. With the establishment of dandelion fingerprints of different regions, 24 common peaks were characterized. The classic FRAP method and ABTS methods were then used to detect their antioxidant activity. Partial least squares regression analysis, bivariate correlation analysis and grey correlation method were used to accomplish the spectrum–effect relationship. Eventually, the ingredients with antioxidant activity which could be considered as candidate quality markers of dandelion were discovered through spectrum–effect relationship analysis. The six compounds including caftaric acid, chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, chicoric acid, isochlorogenic acid A, and isochlorogenic acid C were quantitatively determined. The developed UHPLC assay method was accurate, precise, and reliable. The study has elucidated the antioxidant material basis of dandelion and provided a scientific basis for the quality control of dandelion.  相似文献

MicroRNA (miRNA) is an important tumor marker in the human body, and its early detection has a great influence on the survival rate of patients. Although there are many detection methods for miRNA at present such as northern blotting, real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction, microarrays, and others, electrochemical biosensors have the advantages of low detection cost, small instrument size, simple operation, non-invasive detection and low consumption of reagents and solvents, and thus they play an important role in the early detection of cancer. In addition, with the development of nanotechnology, nano-biosensors show great potential. The application of various nanomaterials in the development of electrochemical biosensor has greatly improved the detection sensitivity of electrochemical biosensor. Among them, carbon nanomaterials which have unique electrical, optical, physical and chemical properties have attracted increasing attention. In particular, they have a large surface area, good biocompatibility and conductivity. Therefore, carbon nanomaterials combined with electrochemical methods can be used to detect miRNA quickly, easily and sensitively. In this review, we systematically review recent applications of different carbon nanomaterials (carbon nanotubes, graphene and its derivatives, graphitic carbon nitride, carbon dots, graphene quantum dots and other carbon nanomaterials) for miRNA electrochemical detection. In addition, we demonstrate the future prospects of electrochemical biosensors modified by carbon nanomaterials for the detection of miRNAs, and some suggestions for their development in the near future.  相似文献

Quantum key distribution (QKD) can provide point-to-point information-theoretic secure key services for two connected users. In fact, the development of QKD networks needs more focus from the scientific community in order to broaden the service scale of QKD technology to deliver end-to-end secure key services. Of course, some recent efforts have been made to develop secure communication protocols based on QKD. However, due to the limited key generation capability of QKD devices, high quantum secure key utilization is the major concern for QKD networks. Since traditional routing techniques do not account for the state of quantum secure keys on links, applying them in QKD networks directly will result in underutilization of quantum secure keys. Therefore, an efficient routing protocol for QKD networks, especially for large-scale QKD networks, is desperately needed. In this study, an efficient routing protocol based on optimized link-state routing, namely QOLSR, is proposed for QKD networks. QOLSR considerably improves quantum key utilization in QKD networks through link-state awareness and path optimization. Simulation results demonstrate the validity and efficiency of the proposed QOLSR routing protocol. Most importantly, with the growth of communication traffic, the benefit becomes even more apparent.  相似文献
