The scaled factorial moments and the multifractal moments have been investigated in differentη-intervals to study the dynamical fluctuation of pions produced in 200 AGeV32S-Ag/Br interaction. In order to investigate the detail characteristics of intermittency behaviour, theF-moments are extracted up to the eighth order of moments in differentM-intervals. The analysis indicates a non-thermal phase transition and different regime of particle production during the hadronisation process.  相似文献

The uncatalyzed reaction of N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-2-tert-butyldimethylsilyloxypyrrole 3 with 1,4-quinones bearing an electron withdrawing group at C-2 has been studied. Use of 1,4-quinones 4, 5 bearing an ester group at C-2 provided an efficient synthesis of the respective pyrrolidinobenzofuran adduct 9 or pyrrolidinonaphthofuran adduct 10 whereas use of 1,4-quinones 6, 7 and 8 bearing an acetyl group at C-2 afforded silyloxypyrroles 11, 12 and 13 resulting from direct electrophilic substitution of the silyloxypyrrole by the electrophilic quinone. Addition of Eu(fod)3 to the reaction of 2-acetyl-1,4-naphthoquinone 7 and 3-acetyl-5-methoxy-1,4-naphthoquinone 8 with N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-2-tert-butyldimethylsilyloxypyrrole 3 provided a method for obtaining the pyrrolidinonaphthofuran adducts 14 and 15 together with silyloxypyrroles 12 and 13. Oxidative rearrangement of pyrrolidinonaphthofuran adduct 15 to pyrrolidino pyranonaphthoquinone 16 using ceric ammonium nitrate in acetonitrile provided a novel approach for the synthesis of an aza-analogue of the pyranonaphthoquinone antibiotic kalafungin.  相似文献

Physical and chemical characteristics of leaf dust (LD) samples, collected between 2011 and 2013, of a severely winter fog affected and polluted urban environment (Allahabad, India) of Indo-Gangetic plain are presented in this study. The weather changes in the study area are grouped into three effective annual seasonal periods – winter fog, pre-monsoon and post-monsoon. The pronounced impact of seasonal variations is observed in LD characteristics, as ~46% of the winter fog period samples ranges in size between 2.5 and 20 µm with high magnetic susceptibility (up to 938.22 × 10?8 m3 kg?1). In comparison, 35% of the LD from pre-monsoon period occurs in the size range of 100–300 µm with low magnetic susceptibility (up to 43.29 × 10?8 m3 kg?1). The fractal analysis involving submicroscopic clast dimension of LD also reveals a seasonal influence. The toxic metals (Pb, Zn, Cd, Cr and Ni) in LD belonging to winter fog and post-monsoon periods increase in comparison to samples from pre-monsoon time. Multivariate statistical analysis of trace element data suggests that the LD collected from winter fog and post-monsoon periods originate predominantly from anthropogenic source, whereas those collected during pre-monsoon owe their origin to crustal and anthropogenic sources, mainly. The present study has demonstrated the role of seasonal variation in controlling the physical and chemical properties of particulate matter based on multiple parameter analyses, and the derivation of the dust load from a mixed source (upper continental crust, anthropogenic and vehicular) for the study area for the first time.  相似文献

Resistance to glycopeptide antibiotics, the drugs of choice for life‐threatening bacterial infections, is on the rise. In order to counter the threat of glycopeptide‐resistant bacteria, we report development of a new class of semi‐synthetic glycopeptide antibiotics, which not only target the bacterial membrane but also display enhanced inhibition of cell‐wall biosynthesis through increased binding affinity to their target peptides. The combined effect of these two mechanisms resulted in improved in vitro activity of two to three orders of magnitude over vancomycin and no propensity to trigger drug resistance in bacteria. In murine model of kidney infection, the optimized compound was able to bring bacterial burden down by about 6 logs at 12 mg kg?1 with no observed toxicity. The results furnished in this report emphasize the potential of this class of compounds as future antibiotics for drug‐resistant Gram‐positive infections.  相似文献

A multiresidue method suitable for confirmation and determination of six sulfonamides (SAs), three tetracyclines (TCs), and pyrimethamine (PYR) in cow milk was validated. Milk samples were extracted using copolymer Oasis HLB solid-phase extraction (SPE) and analyzed by liquid chromatography-electrospray mass spectrometry with positive ion mode. Estimated method detection limits (MDL) and method quantitation limits (MQL) ranged from 0.48 to 2.64 and 0.61 to 8.64ng/mL, respectively. These values are far lower than the maximum residue limits (MRLs) established by several control authorities. Excellent linear dynamic range was observed from the method quantitation limits to 300ng/mL with correlation coefficients better than 0.9900 for all compounds. The method was accurate with recoveries ranging from 72.01 to 97.39%. Good intra-precision and intermediate precision were obtained with RSD better than 11.08%. The method is fairly robust with sample pH being the only critical control point.  相似文献

We have recently constructed a “DNA strut” consisting of two DNA-binding hairpin polyamides of Dervan-type connected via a long flexible linker and were able to show that this strut can be used to sequence-selectively connect DNA helices. This approach provides a second structural element (besides the Watson–Crick base pairing) for the assembly of higher-order DNA nanoarchitectures from smaller DNA building blocks. Since none of the existing analytical techniques for studying this kind of system were found suitable for detection and quantification of the formation of the resulting complexes, we chose fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS). In the present study we show that FCS allowed us in a versatile and fast way to investigate the binding of Dervan polyamides to DNA. In particular it also shows its power in the quantitative detection of the formation of multimeric complexes and the in investigation of binding under nonphysiological conditions. Dihydronaphthoquinolines are relatively rare polycyclic heterocyclic compounds. We wish to report a simple and convenient preparative method for hitherto unknown compounds with these new structural features. 6-methoxy tetralone1 (I) 3.5g (.02 mole) in 3 ml DMF was added slowly to 4.6g (.02 mole) of POCl3 in 3ml DMF at 0°C. The mixture was stirred for 5 hrs. and the temp. was then gradually raised from 0° to 60–65°C. The resultant complex was treated with aq. sodium acetate solution till pH5–6 was reached. The extract on usual purification, furnished 3.2g (80°%.) of 1-chloro, 6-methoxy, 1,2,3,4 tetrahydro naphthalene-2-aldehyde(II)+2  相似文献

One-pot synthetic strategy has been developed to access isoquinolines and its analogs via Cu-mediated tandem cross-coupling and cyclization in good yields under mild reaction conditions. A mixture of suitably substituted α-bromoaldehyde, terminal alkyne, and aq NH3 in CuI/1,10-phenanathroline catalytic system afforded the 3-substituted isoquinoline regio-selectively in good to excellent yields.  相似文献
