Sn-doped ZnO (SZO) thin films are deposited by sol–gel dip-coating method with Sn content at 0 at.% and 1–15 at.% with an increment of 2 at.%. The structure and luminescence of the films are investigated. X-ray diffraction results indicate that all the SZO samples show preferential orientation along the (002) direction, and the scanning electron microscope exhibits that the surface morphology of the films change from nanoparticles to nanorods with increasing Sn concentration. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy reveals that Sn exists as valence of +4 in the matrix. The photoluminescence peaks at 381 and 398 nm are observed in all the samples. The ratio of intensity of peak at 381 nm to that of peak at 398 nm differed markedly. The intensity of peak at 398 nm might be due to the response for the Sn atoms, while the intensity of peak at 381 nm is probably related to the quantum size effect. 相似文献

提出了一种基于像差特征分析的变焦系统共轴性装调方法。针对某型20倍变焦光学系统的装调,在分析变焦光学系统装调要求的基础上,通过采用光学定心加工技术,提高变焦系统各镜组内光学元件的同轴度;采用Zygo干涉仪,检测变焦系统在长短焦位置的像差特性分布;借助CodeV软件仿真计算各光学元件在系统中的公差灵敏度分布,并确定产生像差影响的敏感光学元件;在中心偏测量仪上,完成最终光学系统像质的调整。此外,还设计了一种变焦光学系统各动组间同轴度调试装置,对变焦相机主镜筒机械内孔轴线与直线导轨的平行性进行了精确测量,保证了动组组元光轴的同轴精度。装调结果表明:变焦系统成像质量有明显改善,像面一致性得到保证,长短焦轴上传递函数值分别优于技术要求值0.45和0.55,长短焦轴外0.7视场传递函数值优于0.25和0.35,实现了高精度装调,验证了该方法的可靠性。 相似文献

Nb-doped TiO2 (TNO) thin films were prepared by sol-gel dip-coating method with Nb content in a wide range of 0-20 at.%. The prepared films were preheated at 400 °C and then undertaken by two different post-annealing processes: (a) three times vacuum annealing and (b) multi-round annealing. The designed multi-round annealing was shown to be an effective way to improve the conductive properties of the films, compared to the traditional vacuum annealing process. The minimum resistivity reached approximately 0.5 Ω cm with Nb doping concentration around 12 at.%, and the carrier density increased with Nb-doping concentration until the critical point of 12 at.%, which might be the optimal doping content for our TNO films prepared by sol-gel method. 相似文献

In this paper, the computation of eigenvalue bounds for generalized interval eigenvalue problem is considered. Two algorithms based on the properties of continuous functions are developed for evaluating upper and lower eigenvalue bounds of structures with interval parameters. The method can provide the tightest bounds within a given precision. Numerical examples illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. 相似文献

Previous pharmacological studies have indicated that diterpenoids are the primary effective chemical cluster in the seeds of Euphorbia lathyris L. The seed products are used in traditional Chinese medicine in the forms of Semen Euphorbiae (SE) and Semen Euphorbiae Pulveratum (SEP). However, the metabolism of the plant's diterpenoids has not been well elucidated, which means that the in vivo metabolite products have not been identified. The current study screened the physiological metabolites of six diterpenes [Euphorbia factor L1 (L1), L2 (L2), L3 (L3), L7a (L7a), L7b (L7b), and L8 (L8)] in feces and urine of rats after oral administration of SE and SEP using UHPLC-Q-Exactive MS. A total of 22 metabolites were detected in feces and 8 in urine, indicating that the major elimination route of diterpenoids is via the colon. Hydrolysis, methylation, and glucuronidation served as the primary metabolic pathways of these diterpenoids. In sum, this study contributed to the elucidation of new metabolites and metabolic pathways of SE and SEP, and the new chemical identities can be used to guide further pharmacokinetic studies. 相似文献

Measurements of nitric oxide (NO) release at single cell level are fundamental to understand the diverse physiological functions of this remarkable molecule. To achieve this purpose, capillary electrophoresis with laser-induced fluorescence detection (CE-LIF) was originally described for the sensitive determination of NO release in individual neuron and mammalian cell after 8-(3,4-diaminophenyl)-2,6-bis(2-carboxyethyl)-4,4-difluoro-1,3,5,7-tetramethyl-4-bora-3a,4a-diaza-s-indacene (DAMBO-P(H)) was chosen as the fluorescent probe. Various parameters affecting NO trapping in vivo and CE separation were systematically studied. Under the optimal conditions, complete and fast separation of the resulted targeted high-fluorescent triazole (DAMBO-P(H)-T) was achieved in about 3 min (2.89 min), and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) values of migration time and peak area were less than 5% and 9% for intra-day and inter-day assays, respectively. The detection limit was 42 amol (at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3). The feasibility of application of the developed method was validated by successfully applied to the measurements of NO release from four single cell study models. This original application of this method in diverse samples represents a powerful tool to study the kinetics of NO release by neuronal cells during neurotransmission, as well as for the understanding of the pathobiological and therapeutic basis of this molecule for cardiovascular diseases and under oxidative stress. 相似文献

A 3D flower‐like mesoporous Ni@C composite material has been synthesized by using a facile and economical one‐pot hydrothermal method. This unique 3D flower‐like Ni@C composite, which exhibited a high surface area (522.4 m2 g?1), consisted of highly dispersed Ni nanoparticles on mesoporous carbon flakes. The effect of calcination temperature on the electrochemical performance of the Ni@C composite was systematically investigated. The optimized material (Ni@C 700) displayed high specific capacity (1306 F g?1 at 2 A g?1) and excellent cycling performance (96.7 % retention after 5000 cycles). Furthermore, an asymmetric supercapacitor (ASC) that contained Ni@C 700 as cathode and mesoporous carbon (MC) as anode demonstrated high energy density (60.4 W h kg?1 at a power density of 750 W kg?1). 相似文献
