Biaxially textured Ni–5 at.%W substrates have been prepared by cold rolling, followed by three different annealing routes. In this paper, the processes of melting Ni and W metals, flat rolling, various annealing methods are described in detail. The Ni–5 at.%W tapes annealed under either high vacuum or flowing Ar (7% H2) gas were characterized by X-ray pole figures, ODF, EBSD as well as AFM analysis. The texture analysis indicated that as fabricated tapes have a sharp cube texture formed after annealing at a wide temperature range of 800–1100 °C. The high quality of cube orientation on tapes was obtained after a two-step annealing (TSA), where the percentage of the cube texture component was as high as 93.5% within a misorientation angle smaller than 8° from EBSD analysis. Furthermore, it was also observed that the number of twin boundaries in this tape decreased with respect to that of tapes annealed both in vacuum and one-step gas annealing. From AFM on 1 μm2 areas, it was concluded that the roughness (RMS) on the tape surface reached 0.98 nm. 相似文献
An electrochemical DNA biosensor for specific-sequences detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus (VP) was fabricated. A single-stranded 20-mer oligonucleotide (ssDNA) and 6-mercapto-1-hexanol (MCH) were immobilized via a thiol linker on gold disk electrodes by self-assembling. The ssDNA underwent hybridization in a hybridization solution containing complementary or non-complementary or single base pair mismatched DNA sequences of VP. Examination of changes in response to these three target DNAs showed that the developed biosensor had a high selectivity and sensitivity. 相似文献
The screen-printed three-electrode system was applied to fabricate a new type of disposable amperometric xanthine oxidase biosensor. Carbon-working, carbon-counter and Ag/AgCl reference electrodes were all manually printed on the polyethylene terephthalate substrate forming the screen-printed three-electrode system by the conventional screen-printing process. As a mediator, Prussian blue could not only catalyze the electrochemical reduction of hydrogen peroxide produced from the enzyme reaction, but also keep the favorable potential around 0 V. The optimum operational conditions, including pH, potential and temperature, were investigated. The sensitivities of xanthine and hypoxanthine detections were 13.83 mA/M and 25.56 mA/M, respectively. A linear relationship was obtained in the concentration range between 0.10 μM and 4.98 μM for xanthine and between 0.50 μM and 3.98 μM for hypoxanthine. The small Michaelis-menten constant value of the xanthine oxidase biosensor was calculated to be 3.90 μM. The results indicate that the fabricated xanthine oxidase biosensor is effective and sensitive for the detection of xanthine and hypoxanthine. 相似文献
This paper summarizes the isoscaling and isospin related studies in asymmetry nuclear reactions by different dynamic and statistical models. Isospin dependent quantum molecular dynamics model (IQMD) and lattice gas model (LGM) are used to study the isoscaling properties and isoscaling parameters dependence on incident energies, impact parameters, temperature and other parameters. In the LGM model, the signal of phase transition has been found in free neutron (proton) chemical potential difference Δµn or Δµp as a function of temperature, or in free neutron and proton chemical potential difference Δµn−Δµp. Density dependence of symmetry energy coefficient Csym(ρ/ρ0) is also studied in the frame of LGM, with the potential parameters which can reproduce the nuclear ground state property, soft density dependence of symmetry energy is deduced from the simulation results. Giant dipole resonance (GDR) induced by isospin asymmetry in entrance channel is also studied via IQMD model, and the dynamic dipole resonance shows isospin sensitivity on the isospin asymmetry of entrance channel and symmetry energy of the nuclear equation of state (EOS). GDR can also be regarded as a possible isospin sensitive signature.

The fluorescence intenstiy ratios (F2/F1) of excimer (F2) to monomer (F1) of probe (pyrene) were measured as a function of the concentration of the surfactant in several systems, which consist of sodium hexadecyl sulfonate (C16As)-anionic surfactant, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB)-cationic surfactant and pentaoxyethylene decyl ether (C10E5)-nonionic surfactant. The second CMC values were obtained according to F2/F1 ~ surfactant concentration curve break. In addition, we also studied the variation of second CMC vs NaCl concentration. It was found that the second CMC values of C16A5 and CTAB decreased with the increase of NaCl concentration. But the present of NaCl had no influence on the second CMC value of C10E5. Results showed that sphere-shaped micelles turn into rod-like micelle at the second CMC. The results were interpreted in terms of diffusion of pyrene molecules and the distribution of pyrene among micelles. 相似文献
Two kinds of streptavidin magnetic particles,namely streptavidin GoldMag particles and streptavidin amino terminal particles were prepared by the methods of physical adsorption and covalent interaction respectively.The streptavidin coated on magnetic particle surface,crucial to many applications,was greatly influenced by the choice of the different buffer.Compared with DynalbeadsM-270 streptavidin, the binding capacity for biotin of different streptavidin magnetic particles was determined by enzyme inhibition method,and the coupling capacity and activity of biotinylated oligonucleotide on their sur- face were also analyzed.The results indicated that the streptavidin GoldMag particle prepared by physical adsorption was stable in STE(NaCl-Tris-EDTA)buffer that was frequently used in nucleic acid hybridization and detection.The streptavidin amino terminal particles prepared by covalent interaction could be used both in STE buffer and PBS(phosphate buffered saline)buffer.The biotin binding ca- pacity for 1 mg of streptavidin GoldMag particles and streptavidin amino terminal particles was 4950 and 5115 pmol respectively.The capacity of biotinylated oligonucleotide(24 bp)coupled on 1 mg of GoldMag and amino terminal magnetic particles was 2839 and 2978 pmol separately.These data were about 6-7 times higher than those of DynabeadsM-270 streptavidin.The hybridization results with FITC-labeled complementary probe on magnetic particle surface demonstrated that the oligonucleotide coupled on streptavidin magnetic particles had high biological activity. 相似文献
