A new electroactive polymer 1 with alternating NDI (naphthalene diimide) moieties and fluorinated alkyl chains was prepared and characterized. Gels of polymer 1 were formed in several solvents. Interestingly, gels of polymer 1 exhibited responsiveness toward N2H4, F? and CN?. Absorption and ESR spectroscopic studies revealed that such responsiveness is owing to the reduction of NDI moieties into the respective NDI.?. In addition, thin films of polymer 1 were easily prepared with spin‐coating technique and the electrical conductivity of thin films reached 52.4 S/m after exposure to N2H4 vapor. 相似文献

Two conjugated molecules, TADPP3 and TADPP2‐TT , are reported, in which three and two dithienyldiketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP) moieties, respectively, are substituted at the meta positions of benzene. Based on cyclic voltammetry and absorption data, TADPP3 and TADPP2‐TT possess similar HOMO and LUMO energies of about ?5.2 and ?3.4 eV, respectively. Thin films of TADPP3 and TADPP2‐TT exhibit p‐type semiconducting behavior with hole mobilities of 2.36×10?3 and 3.76×10?4 cm2 V?1 s?1 after thermal annealing. Molecules TADPP3 and TADPP2‐TT were utilized as p‐type photovoltaic materials to fabricate organic solar cells after blending with phenyl C71 butyric acid methyl ester ( PC71BM ) and phenyl C61 butyric acid methyl ester ( PC61BM ). The relatively low JSC and fill factor values can be attributed to poor film morphologies based on AFM and XRD studies. A solar cell with a thin film of TADPP3 with PC71BM in a weight ratio of 1:2 exhibits a high open‐circuit voltage (VOC) of 0.99 V and a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 2.47 %. Interestingly, TADPP3 can also be employed as an n‐type photovoltaic material. The blended thin film of TADPP3 with P3HT in a weight ratio of 1:2 gave a high VOC of 1.11 V and a PCE of 1.08 % after thermal annealing. 相似文献

杂环修饰的萘二酰亚胺(NDI)类化合物由于其独特的光电性能被研究人员广泛关注,并应用于有机场效应晶体管(OFETs)、有机太阳能电池中(OSCs)、传感器等领域。但是含有给受体单元的多元杂环萘二酰亚胺衍生物的合成并不容易,本文通过简单高效的方法设计合成了含有氮、硫原子的11个杂环类萘二酰亚胺衍生物,并通过紫外可见吸收光谱、循环伏安曲线和X射线衍射对其进行了物性研究。通过溶液旋涂法,制备了该材料的底栅底接触场效应晶体管器件,在空气中表现出p型半导体性能,当退火温度为140 ℃时性能达到最优,其空穴迁移率为0.2 cm2?V-1?s-1。 相似文献

Two-dimensional (2D) nanomaterials show unique electrical, mechanical, and catalytic performance owing to their ultrahigh surface-to-volume ratio and quantum confinement effects. However, ways to simply synthesize 2D metal oxide nanosheets through a general and facile method is still a big challenge. Herein, we report a generalized and facile strategy to synthesize large-size ultrathin 2D metal oxide nanosheets by using graphene oxide (GO) as a template in a wet-chemical system. Notably, the novel strategy mainly relies on accurately controlling the balance between heterogeneous growth and nucleation of metal oxides on the surface of GO, which is independent on the individual character of the metal elements. Therefore, ultrathin nanosheets of various metal oxides, including those from both main-group and transition elements, can be synthesized with large size. The ultrathin 2D metal oxide nanosheets also show controllable thickness and unique surface chemical state. 相似文献

Phonon anomalies have been reported in iron-pnictide superconductors indicating a diverse interplay between different orders in the materials.Here,we report Raman scattering measurements on Sr(Fe1-xCox)2As2(x=0 and x=0.04)single crystals in the B;symmetry with respect to a 1 Fe unit cell.Upon cooling,we observe a larger split(13 cm;)of Eg Raman phonon modes pertaining to in-plane Fe and As displacements as the crystals undergo the tetragonal-toorthorhombic structural phase transition,although a considerable split(9 cm;)has been reported in BaFe1-xCox)2As2.Furthermore,the splitting of E;phonon modes is strongly reduced upon doping.We perform an order-parameter analysis revealing a similar doping dependence of E;phonon splitting as reported in other compounds of the 122 family,indicating these phonon anomalies widely exist in 122 iron-based superconductors and might share the same mechanisms. 相似文献

The van der Waals interactions (vdW) between π-conjugated molecules offer new opportunities for fabricating heterojunction-based devices and investigating charge transport in heterojunctions with atomic thickness. In this work, we fabricate sandwiched single-molecule bilayer-graphene junctions via vdW interactions and characterize their electrical transport properties by employing the cross-plane break junction (XPBJ) technique. The experimental results show that the cross-plane charge transport through single-molecule junctions is determined by the size and layer number of molecular graphene in these junctions. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations reveal that the charge transport through molecular graphene in these molecular junctions is sensitive to the angles between the graphene flake and peripheral mesityl groups, and those rotated groups can be used to tune the electrical conductance. This study provides new insight into cross-plane charge transport in atomically thin junctions and highlights the role of through-space interactions in vdW heterojunctions at the molecular scale.Charge transport through single-molecule bilayer-graphene junctions fabricated by a cross-plane break junction technique can be tuned at the atomic level. 相似文献
