Summary.  The generalized Pauling bond order was enumerated in the C60 fullerene cage molecule (truncated icosahedral symmetry). This index measures chemical similarity in fullerene derivatives such as dihydrofullerene (C60H2), anionized monohydrofullerene (C60H), N-substituted monohydrofullerene (C59NH), the fullerene dimer ((C60)2), and the dianionic fullerene dimer ((C60)2 2−). During the reaction of propylene with O2, in situ Diffuse Reflectance FT-IR measurements were performed over Ti-modified SZ and SZ catalysts. Without O2, the main bands characteristic of (branched) hydrocarbons, formed by oligomerization leading to, finally, carbonaceous residue, appeared within the range of 3900-2750 cm-1, which was affected by the bands of surface OH groups. Investigation of these IR bands showed the role of molecular oxygen not only to limit the formation of carbonaceous species on the catalyst surface, but also to form oxygenates and these findings were in good agreement with the results of catalytic reaction.  相似文献

We have measured systematically the Cr-related zero-phonon lines in the 0.839 eV region in a series of plastically-bent semi-insulating GaAs:Cr with compressive or tensile stress along various bending axes. As a result, it has been found that the residual stress in semi-insulating GaAs:Cr wafers can be sensitively characterized from a splitting and energy shift of the 0.839 eV Cr-related luminescence lines in the low-temperature photoluminescence spectra. Furthermore, we have applied this method to the characterization of the interface stress of OMVPE-grown ZnSe/GaAs:Cr heterostructure and found that anomalous stress exists at the ZnSe/GaAs interface, which is inconsistent with stress predicted by the lattice mismatch of the heterojunctions.  相似文献

The split-off band exciton of silicon has been observed in the absorption spectrum by using a wavelength modulation technique. The spin-orbit splitting of the valence band is determined to be 44.1 ± 0.3 meV at 1.8 °K. The structures associated with some two-phonon indirect transitions have also been observed in the absorption spectrum.  相似文献

An injection type electro-luminescence in ZnSe crystal has been studied by using ZnSe-SnO2 hetero-junction at 20°K. In the emission peak observed around 2·70 eV, a clear energy shift toward the higher energy side with increasing injection current density has been found at low temperatures, which could be associated with the D-A pair (donor-acceptor pair) recombination process. The energy sum of the donor and acceptor activation is estimated to be larger than 137 meV. In the higher temperature region, this emission line turns out due to the ‘free-to-bound’ recombination, and the related acceptor ionization energy is considered to be ~120 meV. By taking into consideration the energies of bound exciton emission, the exciton localization energies and the related donor and acceptor ionization energies are evaluated.  相似文献

It is shown that an analysis of the wavelength modulated absorption spectrum enables us to estimate the transition matrix elements in indirect absorption. The transition matrix elements in silicon are determined to be 0.110 h?A? for indirect absorption with the TO phonon, 0.0367 h?A? for the LO phonon and 0.0178 h?A? for the TA phonon.  相似文献

A flow-type microreactor containing glutaminase-mesoporous silica composites with 10.6 nm pore diameter (TMPS10.6) was developed for the continuous synthesis of theanine, a unique amino acid. High enzymatic activity was exhibited by the local control of the reaction temperature.  相似文献
