Dynamic deformation of AMg–6 alloy in uniaxial extension and compression at strain rates of = 190 —1450 sec–1 at test temperatures of 25 — 250 °C is studied experimentally. We describe international VLBI experiments at decimeter wavelengths (92 and 18 cm) carried out in 1994–1997. These experiments were organized as a pre-lauch survey of space radio sources for the forthcoming Earth-space radio interferometer “Radioastron.” The experiments were aimed at determination of the list of the sources that can be used in future observations with the space-Earth interferometer, determination of the limits posed by the interplanetary medium on such observations, and study of the physical parameters of irregularities of the solar wind plasma. The solar-neutrino-capture rate measured by the Russian-American Gallium Experiment on metallic gallium during the period from January 1990 to December 1997 is (67.2 ?7.0?3.0 +7.2+3.5 ) SNU, where the uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively. This result represents a 7σ depression in the neutrino flux in relation to the predicted standard-solar-model rates. The experimental procedures used and data analysis are presented.  相似文献

A selective, sensitive and high throughput LC–MS–MS method has been developed and validated for the chromatographic separation and quantitation of tolterodine (TOL) and its metabolite 5-hydroxymethyl TOL in human plasma. Sample clean-up concerned liquid–liquid extraction of the drug, metabolite and their respective labelled internal standards from 300 μL human plasma. Both the analytes were chromatographically separated on a Symmetry C18 (100 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm particle size) analytical column using 10 mM ammonium formate (pH 5.0 ± 0.1, adjusted with formic acid) and acetonitrile (35:65, v/v) as the mobile phase with a resolution factor of 2.72. The method was validated over the concentration range of 0.025–10.0 ng mL?1 for both analytes. The process efficiency found for TOL and its metabolite was 98.3 and 99.5%, respectively. The method was successfully applied to a pivotal bioequivalence study in 41 healthy human subjects after oral administration of a 2 mg tablet formulation under fasting conditions.  相似文献

The effect of substitutional disorder on the superconducting properties of YNi2B2C was studied by partially replacing yttrium and nickel by Lu and Pt, respectively. For the two series of (Y, Lu)Ni2B2C and Y(Ni, Pt)2B2C compounds, the upper critical field H c2(T) and the specific heat c p(T, H) in the superconducting mixed state have been investigated. Disorder is found to reduce several relevant quantities such as T c, the upper critical field H c2(0) at T=0 and a characteristic positive curvature of H c2(T) observed for these compounds near T c. The H c2(T) data point to the clean limit for (Y, Lu) substitutions and to a transition to the quasi-dirty limit for (Ni, Pt) substitutions. The electronic specific heat contribution γ(H) exhibits significant deviations from the usual linear γ(H) law. These deviations reduce with growing substitutional disorder but remain even in the quasidirty limit which is reached in the Y(Ni1−x , Pt x )2B2C samples for x=0.1.  相似文献

We present measurements of the solar neutrino capture rate on metallic gallium in the Soviet-American gallium experiment (SAGE) over a period of slightly more than half the 22-year solar cycle. A combined analysis of 92 runs over the twelve-year period from January 1990 until December 2001 yields a capture rate of 70.8 ?5.2 +5.3 (stat) ?3.2 +3.7 (sys) SNU for solar neutrinos with energies above 0.233 MeV. This value is slightly more than half the rate predicted by the standard solar model, 130 SNU. We present the results of new runs since April 1998 and analyze all runs combined by years, months, and bimonthly periods beginning in 1990. A simple analysis of the SAGE results together with the results of other solar neutrino experiments gives an estimate of (4.6±1.2)× 1010 neutrinos cm?2 s?1 for the flux of the electron pp neutrinos that reach the Earth without changing their flavor. The flux of the pp neutrinos produced in thermonuclear reactions in the Sun is estimated to be (7.6 ± 2.0) × 1010 neutrinos cm?2 s?1, in agreement with the value of (5.95±0.06)×1010 neutrinos cm?2 s?1 predicted by the standard solar model.  相似文献
