Reactions of Phosphorodiamidous Acid Esters with α-Halocarbonyl Compounds

Reactions of ethyl and tert-butyl phosphorodiamidites with chloroacetone, bromoacetone, and -chloroethyl acetate were studied. The reaction pathway is determined by the structure of the intermediate quasiphosphonium compound responsible for the formation of the Arbuzov product as well as for the occurrence of the amonalous reaction yielding vinyl phosphate.     

Use of the Vaskovsky-Svetashev reagent for complex detection of phospholipids and in their preparative separation by the TLC method

It has been established that the Vaskovsky-Svetashev reagent has no influence on the general and positional composition of the fatty acids of phospholipids. For the qualitative identification of PLs on one plate it is possible to use successively iodine, ninhdrin, the Dragendorff reagent, the Vaskovsky-Svetashev reagent, 50% H₂SO₄, and the Malachite Green reagent.Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances, Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR, Tashkent. Synthesis and acylation of O,O-Dihexyl(dioctyl)-[1-hydroxy-3-(ethyl, diethylamino)-2,2-dimethylpropyl]phosphonates

Reaction of dialkyl phosphites with 3-ethylamino- or 3-diethylamino-substituted aldehydes results in the corresponding 3-amino-1-hydroxyalkylphosphonates. The composition and structure of the obtained compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis, NMR spectroscopy and chemical transformations.

Fatty acid composition of the phospholipids of the vegetative organs of the cotton plant of variety 159-F at the stage of mass fruit formation

The qualitative and quantitative compositions of the fatty acids (FAs) of the individual phospholipids (PLs) of the vegetative organs of the cotton plant of variety 159-F have been studied. In the PLs of the stems there was a wide range of FAs (26), a large proportion of which have retention times in GLC shorter than those of the 16:0 FA. The position distribution of the FAs in the phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, and phosphatidylinositols of the vegetative organs have been established.Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances, Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR, Tashkent. Methods for the synthesis of 1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine derivatives

This review covers and summarizes comprehensive data reported within the period from 2017 to 2021 on the synthetic strategies and approaches to 1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine derivatives.
