The quasiternary system Ag2S-Cu2S-P4S10 was investigated by DTA- and X-ray measurements. No quasiternary compound was found. The phase diagram of the constituent binary Cu2S-P4S10 is given for the first time. It contains the compounds Cu7PS6, Cu3PS4 and (CuPS3)n. The previously reported Cu4P2S7 was not observed. Thermal and X-ray data of these compounds are given. The compounds Cu7PS6 + Ag7PS6 and Cu3PS4 + Ag3PS4 are completely miscible in the solid state.
Zusammenfassung Mittels DTA und Röntgendiffraktion wurde das quasiternäre System Ag2S-Cu2S-P4O10 untersucht. Es konnte keine quasiternäre Verbindung gefunden werden. Erstmalig wurde das Phasendiagramm für das binäre Teilsystem Cu2S-P4O10 gegeben. Es enthält die Verbindungen Cu7PS6, Cu3PS4 und (CuPS3)n. Das unlängst beschriebene Cu4P2S7 wurde nicht beobachtet. Thermoanalytische und röntgenografische Daten dieser Verbindungen werden gegeben. Die Verbindungen Cu7PS6 + Ag7PS6 und Cu3PS4 + Ag3PS4 sind im festen Aggregatzustand unbegrenzt mischbar.

Inclusive K0-production has been measured in e+e- annihilation at a center of mass energy of about W = 30 GeV. The ratio of K0 + K0 production to μ+μ- production is RK0 = 5.6 ± 1.1 (statist. error) ± 0.8 (system.error) This value is about a factor of three higher than RK0 at W = 7 GeV. The cross sections (s/β) dσ/dx is consistent with a scaling behaviour.  相似文献

Performing a PWA of the π?π?π+ system over the ?tp/p range 0.2 to 0.4 GeV2 we find evidence for a JP = 0? ,JG=1? meson of mass 1342 ± 20 MeV and width 220 ±70 MeV decaying into ?π. This state is produced by natural parity exchange with a slope similar to that of elastic scattering. It can be interpreted as a radial excitation of the π meson (π′).  相似文献

The ration R = σ(e+e? → hadrons)σμμ was measured between 12.0 and 36.7 GeV c.m. energy W with a precision of typically ± 5.2%. R is found to be constant with an average R = 4.01 ± 0.03 (stat) ± (syst.) for W ? 14 GeV. Quarks are found to be point-like, the mass parameter describing a possible quark form-factor being larger than 186 GeV. Fits including QCD corrections and a weak neutral-current contribution are presented.  相似文献

Programmable organic light‐emitting diodes: UV irradiation converts an oxetane‐functionalized dithienylethene derivative from its colorless open form into a dark blue closed form, while visible light reverses the reaction. In the Communication on page 4038 ff., K. Meerholz and co‐workers describe a reversibly switchable organic light‐emitting diode based on this principle.

Enlightening the memory : The integration of a crosslinkable photochromic dithienylperfluorocyclopentene (DTE) into organic light‐emitting diodes (OLED) allows for the individualization of the emissive area of the OLED device, for example, for signage applications. The operation principle is based on switching the injection barrier for holes (positive charge carriers). Very large ON/OFF ratios of up to 3000 for current as well as electroluminescence have been achieved.

We have analyzed 1113 events of the reaction e+e? → hadrons at CM energies of 12 and 30 GeV in order to make a detailed comparison with QCD. Perturbative effects can be well separated from effects depending on the quark and gluon fragmentation parameters to yield a reliable measurement of the coupling constant αS. At 30 GeV, the result is αS = 0.17 ± 0.02 (statistical) ± 0.03 (systematic). QCD model predictions, using the fragmentation parameters determined along with αS, agree with both gross properties of the final states and with detailed features of the three-jet states.  相似文献

This paper deals with so-called general linear stochastic processes (GLSP), defined by T. Kawata in 1972 in generalization of work of R. Lugannani and J. B. Thomas of 1967/71. These second order processes (which are not necessarily stationary nor have independent increments) are described by rather weak requirements, so that several processes such as some random noise and pulse train processes are specific models of these GLSP. Part I is concerned with two general theorems giving asymptotic expansions (including those for the density function) in the central limit theorem for such GLSP, together with error rates. The assumptions for the corresponding θ– and o–error estimates seem rather natural: in the former, apart from assumptions on the inherent structure of such GLSP, the existence of certain moments of higher order as well as a Cramer-type condition are assumed, in the latter in addition a Lindeberg-type condition of higher order. We report on lasing action from colonies of Escherichia coli bacteria that are genetically programmed to synthesize the green fluorescent protein (GFP). When embedded in a Fabry-Perot type cavity and excited by ns-pulses of blue light (465 nm), the bacteria generate green laser emission (~520 nm). Broad illumination of pump light yields simultaneous lasing over a large area in bacterial colonies.  相似文献

The use of thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) emitters and emitters that show preferential horizontal orientation of their transition dipole moment (TDM) are two emerging strategies to enhance the efficiency of OLEDs. We present the first example of a liquid crystalline multi-resonance TADF (MR-TADF) emitter, DiKTa-LC . The compound possesses a nematic liquid crystalline phase between 80 °C and 110 °C. Importantly, the TDM of the spin-coated film shows preferential horizontal orientation, with an anisotropy factor, a, of 0.28, which is preserved in doped poly(vinylcarbazole) films. Green-emitting (λEL=492 nm) solution-processed OLEDs based on DiKTa-LC showed an EQEmax of 13.6 %. We thus demonstrate for the first time how self-assembly of a liquid crystalline TADF emitter can lead to the so-far elusive control of the orientation of the transition dipole in solution-processed films, which will be of relevance for high-performance solution-processed OLEDs.  相似文献
