The temperature disorder of copper ions in the CuCrS2 superionic conductor was studied by X-ray analysis. It is shown that the average square deviations of atoms sharply increase and become comparable with the distance between neighbouring tetrahedral sites when CuCrS2 transforms into the superionic phase. It is also established that the direction of maximum deviation of atoms is close to the direction connecting the tetrahedral positions.  相似文献

This work reports on dyeing of nylon/elastane fabric with water-soluble phthalocyanines ( 1-4 ) bearing quinoline 5-sulfonic acid substituents on the peripheral or nonperipheral positions and determining the antibacterial efficiency of the phthalocyanine compounds and the dyed nylon/elastane fabrics. The light, washing, water, perspiration, and rubbing fastness properties of nylon/elastane fabrics dyed with phthalocyanines were also determined. The results showed that all dyed fabrics showed very good wet fastness values. The lightfastness value of the nylon/elastane fabric dyed with phthalocyanine dye ( 1 ) showed a much better value than the others. Also, the antibacterial efficiencies of the dyed nylon fabrics and the dye compounds were investigated against a gram-negative ( Escherichia coli ) and a grampositive ( Staphylococcus aureus ) bacteria by using disc diffusion method. The results showed that the dyed nylon/elastane fabrics and the compounds exhibited antibacterial activities against both bacteria.  相似文献

We propose using a nonlinear phase-shift interferometric converter (NPSIC), a new device, for lumped compensation for nonlinearity in optical fibers. The NPSIC is a nonlinear analog of the Mach-Zehnder interferometer and provides a way to control the sign of the nonlinear phase shift. We investigate a potential use of the NPSIC for compensation for nonlinearity to develop a dispersion-managed system that is closer to an ideal linear system. More importantly, the NPSIC can be used to essentially improve single-channel capacity in the nonlinear regime.  相似文献

Electrical, resonant, and magnetic properties of intercalated copper chromium disulfide CuCrS2 are studied. It is established that CuCrS2 is an antiferromagnetic semiconductor with Néel temperature TN=40.7 K and an effective magnetic moment of 4.3µB. Anomalies in the electrical, magnetic, and resonant properties of CuCrS2 are found at Tc=110 K, which suggest an electron transition accompanied by alteration of the valences of the 3d-metal ions.  相似文献

The unit cell parameters and the distribution of copper atoms over different crystallographic sites in the CuCr1?x VxS2 superionic conductors have been determined by x-ray diffraction. It is demonstrated that a jumpwise change in the copper occupancy of different crystallographic sites for the compositions with x=0, 0.05, 0.1, and 0.15 is associated with the transition to the superionic phase. The two-dimensional character of the ion transfer in the studied compounds is confirmed. No considerable anomalies in the temperature dependences of the paramagnetic susceptibility are revealed at temperatures of the superionic transition.  相似文献
