The Amazonian rain forest is the source of several numbers of species in the world, some of those vegetal species have been carried to different places due to their utility. One of those species is the Thehobroma grandiflorum, pulp and seeds of which have several usages in the food industry, but the shell has no extensive use. One of the possibilities due to the nature of the material is the pyrolysis process for obtaining valuable products. Thermal analysis was studied for the biomass thermochemical conversion process under TG/MS techniques. Three different heating rates were used for the thermochemical process. A variety of hydrocarbon and oxygenated products with industrial importance were obtained. The kinetics of the evolved species was studied under three different models. DAEM model fit the thermogravimetric data with good agreement. The parameters obtained for the model agreed with the studied intensities of the MS data. Those ones that did not fit were due to possible gas-phase reactions between the compounds obtained.  相似文献

A novel method of synthesis consisting of the production of ordered arrangements of tubular pores distributed inside SnO2 annealed thin films, which are prepared from a rotating disk process carried out at 2000-3500 rpm, is herein described. The main novelty is that no surfactant molecules are required in order to create these ordered pore structures; the templating entities are supramolecular assemblies of oligomeric chains formed during the extra-long aging allowed to the sol-gel processing of tin(IV) tetra-tert-amiloxide, Sn(OAm(t))4, chelated with acetylacetone molecules. Low angle X-ray diffraction peaks of SnO2 thin films calcined at 500 degrees C clearly certify the existence of ordered mesostructures when employing the right H2O/Sn(OAm(t))4 molar ratio during the SnO2 sol-gel synthesis. The final SnO2 ordered mesostructures are reminiscent of those linked to MCM-41 and SBA-15 substrates. Pore-size distribution analyses proceeding from N2 sorption isotherms at 76 K on the SnO2 thin films calcined at 500 degrees C unequivocally confirm the presence of tubular mesopores (mode pore sizes ranging from 5 to 7 nm). The thicknesses of the SnO2 films range from 80 to 150 nm after performing a drying process at 100 degrees C and from 70 to 125 nm after calcining in air at 500 degrees C; these film thicknesses show, in general, decreasing trends when either the spinning rate or the H2O/(Sn(OAm(t))4 ratio is increased.  相似文献

The card game 24 is a mathematical game that traditionally engages elementary students to practice their mental computational skills. In this paper, we use probability to formulate and explore the game. We create score of difficulty level for solvable card combination set under various setup of game rules. Based on our findings, we create new playing rules and provide suggestions for different levels of players. Our results may serve as guidelines on introducing the game 24 into the practice of math education.  相似文献

The polycondensation of bis(hydroxyethylene) terephthalate and its oligomers to PET catalyzed by different chelated and non‐chelated titanium catalysts in a lab‐scale stirred‐tank reactor and differential scanning calorimeter were investigated. Different titanium compounds showed different activity and selectivity. The nature of catalyst ligands plays an important role in catalyst efficiency. Non‐chelated titanium derivatives were more active and less selective. Reaction progress is characterized by an initial inhibition period depending on the type of catalyst. The original titanium compounds used are precursors and are probably activated by a ligand exchange reaction.

Au+(CO)n complexes are produced in the gas phase via pulsed laser vaporization, expanded in a supersonic jet, and detected with a reflectron time-of-flight mass spectrometer. Complexes up to n = 12 are observed, with mass channels corresponding to the n = 2 and n = 4 showing enhanced intensity. To investigate coordination and structure, individual complexes are mass-selected and probed with infrared photodissociation spectroscopy. Spectra in the carbonyl stretching region are measured for the n = 3-7 species, but no photodissociation is observed for n = 1, 2 due to the strong metal cation-ligand binding. The carbonyl stretch in these systems is blue-shifted 50-100 cm-1 with respect to the free CO vibration (2143 cm-1), providing evidence that these species are so-called "nonclassical" metal carbonyls. Theory at the MP2 and CCSD(T) levels provides structures for these complexes and predicted spectra to compare to the experiment. Excellent agreement is obtained between experiment and theory, establishing that the n = 3 complex is trigonal planar and the n = 4 complex is tetrahedral.  相似文献

Microbial infection is a leading cause of death worldwide, resulting in around 1.2 million deaths annually. Due to this, medicinal chemists are continuously searching for new or improved alternatives to combat microbial infections. Among many nitrogen-containing heterocycles, carbazole derivatives have shown significant biological activities, of which its antimicrobial and antifungal activities are the most studied. Analytical solutions for two-dimensional Markov processes suffer from the state space explosion problem. Two stage tandem networks are effectively used for analytical modelling of various communication and computer systems which have tandem system behaviour. Performance evaluation of tandem systems with feedbacks can be handled with these models. However, because of the numerical difficulties caused by large state spaces, considering server failures and repairs at the second stage employing multiple servers has not been possible. The solution proposed in this paper is approximate with a high degree of accuracy. Using this approach, two stage open networks with multiple servers, break downs, and repairs at the second stage as well as feedback can be modelled as three-dimensional Markov processes and solved for performability measures. Results show that, unlike other approaches such as spectral expansion, the steady state solution is possible regardless of the number of servers employed.  相似文献

Ca3Co4O9 (CCO) powder precursors were prepared by the chemical sol–gel route and calcined at various temperatures between 923?K (CCO-923?K) and 1,073?K (CCO-1,073?K). The calcination temperature was found to be a critical factor affecting the microstructure and thermoelectric properties of CCO ceramic bulk samples. The grain size increases with calcination temperature. The nano-crystals with size about 100?nm in the powders calcined at 923?K promote large crystal growth and texture development during sintering. Bulk pellets made from CCO-923?K powder have large crystal grains, uniform grain size distribution, and a high degree of crystal alignment. By contrast, pellets made from CCO powders at higher calcination temperatures have a bimodal distribution of large and small grains and a large amount of randomly oriented grains. Transmission electron microscopy analysis shows that each crystal grain (identified in SEM images) consists of bundles of CCO nano-lamellas. The nano-lamellas within one bundle share the same c-axis orientation and have fiber texture. The electrical resistivity of CCO-923?K is weakly dependent on operating temperature. Compared to the CCO-1,073?K sample, the CCO-923?K sample has the highest power factor, a lower thermal conductivity, and higher electrical conductivity.  相似文献

Alternative complimentary syntheses of penta-substituted pyridine rings with full regiochemical control of substituents were studied as a method for the synthesis of Streptonigrin ( 1 ). Various α-substituted acetophenones 2 were reacted with enones 3 in acetic acid/ammonium acetate and air to afford penta-substituted pyridines 4 . α-Substituents that could provide a source of exocyclic nitrogen at position 3 of these Steptonigrin ring-C models proved to be the limiting factor. However, an inverse “3+2+1” cyclocondensation of α-cyanochalcone 5c with 2-furyl ethyl ketone ( 6b ) afforded the desired model 6-(2-furyl)-5-methyl2,4-diphenyl-3-pyridinecarbonitrile ( 4g ) in 75% yield.  相似文献
