Magnetron assisted silane decomposition (MASD) is proposed as a method for deposition of a-Si:H and its alloys. In this method a silane containing gas mixture is passed through the magnetron plasma near a target and decomposed there. The deposition rate in the case of the c-Si target is increased 3 times compared to magnetron sputtering and film properties are changed. a-SiSn:H is obtained with a Sn target.  相似文献

The photodynamic activity of dibiotinylated aluminum sulfophthalocyanine was studied in vitro and in vivo. Dibiotinylated aluminum sulfophthalocyanine provided enhanced phototoxic action on OAT-75 cell monolayers as compared with the parent drug. Photodynamic therapy of mice with Ehrlich carcinoma using dibiotinylated aluminum sulfophthalocyanine (0.25 mg/kg) resulted in enhanced inhibition of tumor growth, pronounced vascular damage (thrombosis and destruction of vascular walls) and eventual tumor necrosis.  相似文献

Various compact difference schemes (both old and new, explicit and implicit, one-level and two-level), which approximate the diffusion equation and SchrSdinger equation with periodical boundary conditions are constructed by means of the general approach. The results of numerical experiments for various initial data and right hand side are presented. We evaluate the real order of their convergence, as well as their stability, effectiveness, and various kinds of monotony. The optimal Courant number depends on the number of grid knots and on the smoothness of solutions. The competition of various schemes should be organized for the fixed number of arithmetic operations, which are necessary for numerical integration of a given Cauchy problem. This approach to the construction of compact schemes can be developed for numerical solution of various problems of mathematical physics.  相似文献

The first study of materials based on ultradisperse diamond produced by detonation is reported. A luminescence band in the visible has been observed, and some of its structural features have been interpreted by analogy with the known luminescence bands of centers in synthetic and natural diamonds. A comparison of the spectra obtained from ultradisperse diamond samples with the surface modified by different chemical treatments suggests that their pattern is governed to a considerable extent by the presence of a graphitic layer on the grain surface. The kinetics ofPhotinus pyralis andLuciola mingrelica luciferase gene expression was studied on plasmids with the thermoinducible λPr promoter inEscherichia coli by SDS-gel electrophoresis of cell lysates to follow luciferase protein-synthesized, enzyme immunoassay (EIA) to follow native enzyme conformer, and the luciferase activity assay.E. coli cells were cultivated at temperature schemes 28–42–21°C or 28–21°C, or at alkali pH shift. In the cases of thermoinduction and pH shift, the luciferase expressions have similar features. The 3-h thermoinduction (42°C) followed by the incubation at 21°C, for 10 h resulted in the maximal amount of the luciferase protein of 4–5% of the total cell proteins. The yield did not change further. The amount of native luciferase conformer and the luciferase activity started to grow after incubation for 10 h at 21°C and reached the maximum after 50–60 h when the synthesized luciferase protein adopted the native-like conformation. At the same time, only 50% of the latter appeared to be catalytically active. An increase in the enzymatic activity correlates with an increase in the intracellular pH and ATP content. Intracellular metabolic reactions were shown to play a role in the conformational changes of the enzyme in a postthermoinduction period, and a possible mechanism of this effect is proposed.  相似文献

A technique for microdetermination of titanium on the developed silicon surface is suggested. In this technique, thin titanium layers are dissolved in an aqueous solution of hydrofluoric acid and then the resulting solutions are analyzed using potentiometric cells made of perfluorinated proton-conducting membranes. The feasibility of estimation of titanium on the silicon surface in amounts of 5 × 10?7 mol or less is demonstrated.  相似文献

Two new types of photosensitive structures are proposed and fabricated for the first time on solid-solution single crystals of diamondlike Cd1 − x Mn x Te (x = 0−0.7) magnetic semiconductors. The photoelectric properties of surface-barrier (In/Cd1 − x Mn x Te) and welded (weld/Cd1 − x Mn x Te) structures are studied at T=300 K. The photosensitivity spectra of these structures are analyzed and compared; as a result, the character of the interband optical transitions and the energy gaps of the Cd1 − x Mn x Te crystals are determined. These structures can be applied in magnetic photoelectronic devices.  相似文献
