This Review discusses the synthesis and characterization by our Group of new antibiotics belonging to the class of penicillins, cephalosporins and rifamycins with ferrocenyl and 1, 1′-ferrocenilene residues in the molecule. As reactants for 6-aminopenicillanic acid (6-APA) and 7-aminocephalosporanic acid (7-ACA) the following were used: 1, 1-bis(chlorocarbonyl)ferrocene, ferrocenyl sulfochloride, 1, 1′-ferrocenylenedisulfochloride and thioglycolic acids S-modified with ferrocene. In the synthesis of rifamycins, the hydrazides of the thioglycolic acids, S-modified with ferrocene, were employed as nucleophilic agents. The synthesized intermediates were characterized by elemental analysis, TLC, IR, UV and 1H NMR spectra. The characterization of new antibiotics was made by TLC, IR and UV spectral analysis. Biological activity was tested on Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria. Good activity is reported towards Gram-positive bacteria in the case of derivatives containing residues of thioglycolic acid S-modified with ferrocene, the antibacterial activity being similar to that of amoxicillin, carbenicillin and cephalothin. All compounds are inactive towards Gram-negative bacteria.  相似文献

The purpose of this work was to investigate the effect of several factors (anion type in the copper salt, pH and concentration of the salt solution) on the structure and thermo-oxidative degradation of the polyacrylamidoxime-copper chelates, by using elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and dynamic thermogravimetry. The chelates containing copper ions as sulphate exhibit a better initial thermal stability than the polyacrylamidoxime fibre presumably due to the crosslinking generated by the intermolecular complexation of the ions; the removal of the sulphate anions takes place concomitantly with the second step of polymeric chain decomposition. The initial thermal decomposition of the chelates formed by copper ions as nitrate begins at lower temperatures as compared to the polyacrylamidoxime fibre, probably by the nitrate anion release, which partly overlaps the initial decomposition of the copper ion-crosslinked polymeric chains. Copper ions as either sulphate or nitrate catalyse the reactions involved in the main step of polyacrylamidoxime fibre decomposition; the higher the copper amount, the stronger the catalytic effect.  相似文献

The periodic unfolding method was introduced in 2002 by D. Cioranescu et al. for the study of classical periodic homogenization. In this Note, we extend this method to perforated domains introducing also a boundary unfolding operator. NMR spectra are reported for the following compounds: 1-chloropentene-2, 1,1-dichloropentene-2 and 1,2-dichloropentene-2. They represent models for unsaturated end-groups in PVC and are the result of allylic rearrangement of the compounds: 3-chloropentene-1, 1,3-dichloropentene-1 and 2,3-dichloropentene-1. Their NMR characteristics were determined to make possible the identification of these structural defects in PVC.  相似文献

Databases of protein information from human embryonal lung fibroblasts (MRC-5) have been established using computer analyzed two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. One thousand four hundred and eighty-two cellular proteins (1060 with isoelectric focusing and 422 with nonequilibrium pH gradient electrophoresis, in the first dimension) ranging in molecular mass between 8 and 234 kDa were separated and numbered. Information entered in the database (in most cases for major proteins) includes: protein name, HeLa protein catalog number, mouse protein catalog number, proteins matched in transformed human epithelial amnion cells (AMA) and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC), transformation and/or proliferation sensitive proteins, synthesis in quiescent cells, cell cycle regulated proteins, mitochondrial and heat shock proteins, cytoskeletal proteins and proteins whose synthesis is affected by interferons. Additional information entered for a few transformation-sensitive proteins that have been selected for future studies includes levels of synthesis and amounts in fetal human tissues. A total of four hundred and seventy-six [35S]methionine labeled polypeptides (258 isoelectric focusing; 218, nonequilibrium pH gradient electrophoresis) secreted by MRC-5 fibroblasts were separated and recorded (J. E. Celis et al., Leukemia 1987, 1, 707-717). Information entered in this database includes molecular weight and transformation sensitive proteins. These databases, as well as those of epithelial and lymphoid cell proteins (J. E. Celis et al., Leukemia 1988, 9, 561-601), represent the initial stages of a systematic effort to establish comprehensive databases of human protein information. In the long run, these databases are expected to offer a useful framework in which to focus the human genome sequencing effort.  相似文献

The synthesis and study of some polyenes, polýiminoimides and Schiff polybases with ferrocene obtained by either polymerization or polycondensation are reported.The following monomers were used: ethynylferrocene, 1-chloro-1′-ethynyl-ferrocene, α-chloro-β-formyl-p-ferrocenylstyrene, p-ferrocenylphenylacetylene, p-ferrocenylacetophenone, 1,1′-diacetylferrocene and 1,1′-bis[β-(2-furyl)acryloyl]ferrocene which were characterized by spectral and thermodifferential analyses and Hückel MO calculations. The polymerization was performed in the presence of benzoyl and lauroyl peroxides, triisopropylboron and complex catalysts of [P(C6H5)3]2 NiX2 type. The ferrocene derivatives were polycondensed with biuret, 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether, 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl thioether, 4,4′-diamino-2,2′-dinitrodiphenyl disulphide in the presence of metallic salts and p-toluene sulphonic acid as catalysts.Polymers with either linear or tridimensional structure showing good thermal stability and semiconducting properties have been obtained. Some polymers show catalytical activity in the polymerization of chloroformylated vinylic derivatives.  相似文献

Alkanolamines such as diethanolamine (DEA) and N-methyldiethanolamine (MDEA) are used in desulfurization processes in crude oil refineries. These compounds may be found in process waters following an accidental contamination. The analysis of alkanolamines in refinery process waters is very difficult due to the high ammonium concentration of the samples. This paper describes a method for the determination of DEA in high ammonium concentration refinery process waters by using capillary electrophoresis (CE) with indirect UV detection. The same method can be used for the determination of MDEA. Best results were achieved with a background electrolyte (BGE) comprising 10 mM histidine adjusted to pH 5.0 with acetic acid. The development of this electrolyte and the analytical performances are discussed. The quantification was performed by using internal standardization, by which triethanolamine (TEA) was used as internal standard. A matrix effect due to the high ammonium content has been highlighted and standard addition was therefore used. The developed method was characterized in terms of repeatability of migration times and corrected peak areas, linearity, and accuracy. Limits of detection (LODs) and quantification (LOQs) obtained were 0.2 and 0.7 ppm, respectively. The CE method was applied to the determination of DEA or MDEA in refinery process waters spiked with known amounts of analytes and it gave excellent results, since uncertainties obtained were 8 and 5%, respectively.  相似文献

Poly[1-(9-carbazyl)-2,3-(diethoxycarbonyl)-butane-1,4-diyl] (I), obtained by radical copolymerization of 9-vinylcarbazole with diethylfumarate, has been characterized by viscometry and light scattering. The Huggins constant in benzene at 25 is kH = 0.33. The Mark-Houwink relationship suggests that benzene is a good solvent for the alternating copolymer I (a = 0.67; K = 1.46·10?2 ml/g). The unperturbed dimension of the chain is given by value (R02/M)0.5 = 5.73·10?9 cm·mol0.5 g?0.5. The steric factor σ = 2.51 indicates a higher flexibility for this polymer than for poly[1-(9-carbazyl)ethylene].  相似文献

Polyaddition reactions of aliphatic and aromatic diamines to N,N′-bismaleimide and model compounds have been investigated in order to establish some properties of this imide. Glacial acetic acid has a catalytic effect when used as solvent in the preparation of aspartimide compounds. Aromatic diamines show a much smaller reactivity than aliphatic, the former giving polydisuccinimides and the latter polyamides under the same reaction conditions. Addition reactions of N,N′-bismaleimide proceed either by an ionic mechanism in polar solvents or by a homolytic process in solvents precluding ion formation. The thermal stability and the infrared spectra of the new polymers are discussed.  相似文献
