A holographic screen that makes it possible to display 3D images by the method of point-focused aspects (of a scene to be displayed) or by projecting narrow line holograms is suggested and implemented. The image thus formed reconstructs only horizontal parallax, which allows one to cut the body of information necessary for 3D imaging. The enzymatic hydrolysis of a 4-0-methylglucuronoxylan of white sweetclover (Melilotus albus) by a highly purified homogeneous endo-1, 4--xylanase fromAspergillus niger 14 has shown that the enzyme hydrolyzes 97% of the polysaccharide in 72 h. Acidic and neutral oligosaccharides were found in the hydrolysate after the action of the enzyme. An investigation of the hexauronic acid isolated has shown that the glucuronic acid is attached to the nonreducing end of the xylooligosaccharide, which demonstrates the specific action of the enzyme on the polysaccharide.M. The results are given of an investigation of the structure of a glucuronoxylan of the stems ofSymphytum asperum Ler. The xylan was isolated by alkaline extraction and was purified by reprecipitation via the copper complex. The polysaccharide was homogeneous according to the results of gel filtration and electrophoresis. It was shown by hydrolysis, periodate oxidation, methylation, oxidation with chromium trioxide and IR and13C NMR spectroscopy that the macromolecules were based on a β-(1→4)-polyxyloside chain having side chains at the second carbon atoms in the form of 4-O-Me-D-glucuronic acid.
