Four typical bioactive esters of acrylic monomers, N-p-acryloxybenzoyloxysuccinimides, 3-ac-ryloxy-4-oxo-3,4-dihydro-1,2,3-benzotriazines, N-acryloxy-5-norbornene-2,3-dicarboximides, and I-p-acryloxybenzoyloxybenzotriazoles, were Synthesized and polymerized as reactive polymers. Twelve new monomers were prepared by coupling acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, p-acryloxybenzoic acid, or p-methacryloxybenzoic acid with four N-hydroxy compounds such as N-hydroxysuccinimide (HOSu), 3-hydroxy-4-oxo-3,4-dihydro-1,2,3-benzotriazine (HOObt), N-hydroxy-5-norbornene-2,3-dicarboximide (HONB), and I -hydroxybenzotriazole (HOBT) in the presence of dicyclohexylcarbodimide. All monomers polymerized readily in solution with azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as free radical initiator. The resulting reactive polymers with reactive ? OSu, ? OObt, ? ONB, or ? OBT group on the side chain are equally reactive toward n-butylamine at room temperature in the formation of corresponding polyacrylamides. Reactive polymers were used to immobilizetrypsin. It has been found that poly(N-p-methacryloxybenzoyloxy-5-norbornene-2,3-dicarboximide)-trypsin matrix had high activity around three times that of the poly(N-methacryloxy-5-norbornene-dicarboximide)-trypsin matrix. It is proposed that this activity may be due to the presence of a long spacer arm with a hydrophobic and rigid benzene ring between the ligand and matrix. The reactive poly(N-p-methacryloxybenzoyloxysuccinimide-p-methacryloxybenzoic acid) copolymer was used to immobilize the serum protein. This immobilized protein was a hopeful bioactive solid immunoadsorbent.  相似文献

We theoretically investigate the dynamics of dark solitons as well as their interaction in nonlocal media. Approximate equations describing the evolution of the beams are obtained via suitable trial functions of amplitude u and refractive index n in an averaged Lagrangian. Our results reveal that out-of-phase dark solitons can evolve into stable bound states in nonlocal materials. Moreover, it is found that the separations in the bound state monotonically increase with the degree of nonlocality in nonlocal limit. These results are in excellent agreement with the numerical simulations.  相似文献

Several modified polyesters with varied macromolecular architecture, such as branched poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) based on glycerol (GL) from 0.004 to 0.05 mol ratio as a branching agent, blocked and branched poly(butylene terephthalate)‐polyether containing poly(tetramethylene oxide) (PTMO) as soft segment and GL as a branching unit, as well as segmented poly(ethylene terephthalate)‐polyether,were prepared. Their crystallization behavior was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), wide‐angle X‐ray diffraction (WAXD), and polarized optical microscopy (POM). It was found that a small extent of branching may enhance the crystallization of poly(ethylene terephthalate), while high degrees of branching (0.035–0.05) could block the development of crystallization. On the other hand, for even a small extent of incorporation of GL in the more flexible poly(butylene terephthalate)‐polyether chains, no enhanced crystallization was observed; blocking of crystallization from a branching defect may play the main role. The introduction of PTMO in poly(ethylene terephthalate) chains to a small degree facilitated the nucleation and speeded crystallization, but decreased the melting points of the polymers. A small number of nuclei and the greater induction time were found for branched PETs. The spherulities developed in branched PETs were larger and more perfect than those in PET due to less truncation of spherulites resulting from fewer nuclei, whereas the size of spherulities in poly(ethylene terephthalate)‐polyether became smaller with the increase of PTMO.  相似文献

We address a simple way to achieve routing of optical spatial solitons via soliton interactions in the inhomogeneous nonlocal media. We reveal that the variation of the nonlocality disturbs the solitons pairs and splits them into two individual solitons which have the same escape angle but opposite deflection directions. In particular, the escape angle monotonically increases with the increase of the nonlocality variation rate. We demonstrate that the soliton pairs could form self-consistent waveguides that are able to controllably guide a weak signal by any output positions.  相似文献

Electro-optic (EO) effect and thermo-optic (TO) effect are jointly considered on the basis of field-induced and temperature-affected perturbations of the operating point in waveguide components. TO coefficients of EO fluorinated polyimide films with side-chain azobenzene chromophore were measured by attenuatedtotal-reflection (ATR) technique at different temperatures with TE- and TM-polarized lights, respectively.It is found that the absolute values of TO coefficients increase with the increments of both chromophore concentration and film thickness, but the polarization dependence of TO coefficients increases with the increment of chromophore concentration and decreases with the increment of film thickness.  相似文献

The thermodynamics of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) terpolymer/dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO)/water system was investigated by viscometric method. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) measurement of the temperature dependence of polymer/solvent interaction was performed in the range of 25–80 °C, which was in good agreement with viscometric results. Meanwhile, the upper critical solution temperature (UCST) for PAN terpolymer/DMSO/water system, which is proved to be stable one, was determined from the temperature dependence of the expansion factor αη 3 . The morphology of PAN precursor prepared by dry‐jet‐wet spinning with different fiber‐forming conditions was examined with a scanning electron microscope (SEM). Judging from SEM photographs, not only the number and size of microvoids of PAN precursor gradually increase, with increasing the temperature of coagulation bath, but also the cross‐section shape of PAN precursor changes from nephroid shape to elliptical shape or circular shape. Therefore, PAN precursor with different microstructures can be fabricated at different quenching‐depths, suggesting that the final microstructure of the PAN precursor greatly depends on the phase separation in the fiber‐forming process. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
