Expressions for the calculation of the surface tension at any point of ellipsoidal micelle surface in the directions of the main axes have been derived within the framework of the droplet model of molecular aggregates. It has been established that the anisotropy of the surface tension of an ellipsoid of revolution-shaped micelle depends on the ellipsoid shape factor and the polar angle. At low shape factors, the anisotropy is low in the vicinity of points with maximum and minimum curvatures and it reaches its maximum value at angles of ≈π/4. The maximum is shifted toward larger polar angles with an increase in the shape factor.  相似文献

Using the aggregation numbers of micelles and the effective sizes of hydrated surfactant ions and counterions of the first coordination sphere, we calculated the average geometric characteristics of the surface layer of ionic spherical micelles in solutions of the sodium n-alkyl sulfate homologues with n C = 8, 10, 12, and 14 carbon atoms in the molecule; in particular, we established 1) the size of the micelle core; 2) the thickness of the electrical double layer on the surface; 3) the mutual arrangement parameters of hydrophilic and hydrophobic ions; 4) the number of “free” water molecules and showed their dependence on the homologue number and the degree of binding of counterions.  相似文献

A technique for measuring the angular distribution of electrons escaping from the center of the window of the IGUR-3 and ÉMIR-M powerful accelerators (designed at the All-Russia Institute of Technical Physics, Russian Federal Nuclear Center) into ambient air is presented, and measurement data are reported. The number of electrons is measured with cable detectors (the solid angle of the collimator of the detector is ≈0.01 sr). The measurements are made in three azimuthal directions in 120° intervals in the polar angle range 0–22°. The angular distributions of the electrons coming out of the accelerators are represented in the form of B splines.  相似文献

The process γγ→π+π? was measured using the detector MD-1 at VEPP-4. The two-photon reactionse + e ?, μ+ μ? and π+ π? pair production were separated using scintillation counters, Cherenkov counters and shower-range chambers. A radiation widthГ γγ(f 2(1270))=3.1±0.35±0.35 keV was obtained.  相似文献

1,1‐ADEQUATE and the related long‐range 1,n‐ and n,1‐ADEQUATE variants were developed to provide an unequivocal means of establishing 2JCH and the equivalent of nJCH correlations where n = 3,4. Whereas the 1,1‐ and 1,n‐ADEQUATE experiments have two simultaneous evolution periods that refocus the chemical shift and afford net single quantum evolution for the carbon spins, the n,1‐variant has a single evolution period that leaves the carbon spin to be observed at the double quantum frequency. The n,1‐ADEQUATE experiment begins with an HMBC‐type nJCH magnetization transfer, which leads to inherently lower sensitivity than the 1,1‐ and 1,n‐ADEQUATE experiments that begin with a 1JCH transfer. These attributes, in tandem, serve to render the n,1‐ADEQUATE experiment less generally applicable and more difficult to interpret than the 1,n‐ADEQUATE experiment, which can in principle afford the same structural information. Unsymmetrical and generalized indirect covariance processing methods can complement and enhance the structural information encoded in combinations of experiments e.g. HSQC‐1,1‐ or ?1,n‐ADEQUATE. Another benefit is that covariance processing methods offer the possibility of mathematically combining a higher sensitivity 2D NMR spectrum with for example 1,1‐ or 1,n‐ADEQUATE to improve access to the information content of lower sensitivity congeners. The covariance spectrum also provides a significant enhancement in the F1 digital resolution. The combination of HMBC and 1,1‐ADEQUATE spectra is shown here using strychnine as a model compound to derive structural information inherent to an n,1‐ADEQUATE spectrum with higher sensitivity and in a more convenient to interpret single quantum presentation. An electroded heterostructure consisting of a dye layer sandwiched between two polymer ferroelectric layers is discussed. The dye layer plays a role of the probe of the electric field measured by an electroabsorption technique. Using this new method the electric field in ferroelectric and dielectric layers can be measured separately. When an a.c. voltage is applied to the heterostructure, the electric field in the dye layer increases 2.2 times (up to 0.55 GV/m), whereas the field in the ferroelectric decreases 2 times with respect to the average field in the entire structure. Moreover, the dye layer sandwiched between the ferroelectric layers may stand without breakdown the fields 5–7 times higher than a neat reference dye layer confined between metal electrodes. Therefore, the performance of electro-optical, electromechanical and other field controlled devices may be improved considerably when their functional materials are placed between ferroelectrics layers.  相似文献
