A procedure was developed for preparing a heterocycle-containing chelating amino polymer, N-(5-methylimidazol-4-ylmethyl) chitosan, by polymer-analogous transformations of chitosan in reaction with 4-chloromethyl-5-methylimidazole. The procedure allows synthesis of the polymer with the degree of substitution of up to 0.8, with simultaneous formation of the cross-linked structure. The structure of the polymers prepared was proved by IR and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The ability of N-(5-methylimidazol-4-ylmethyl) chitosan with the degree of substitution of 0.54 to sorb Cu2+ and Ni2+ ions was evaluated. According to the sorption isotherms, the sorption capacity of this derivative exceeds that of the unmodifi ed polymer by a factor of 5.  相似文献

Electrochemical sensors were developed based on thick-film carbon-containing electrodes coated with thin xerogel films fabricated by the sol–gel technology. The effect of the composition of a hydrolyzed mixture and the types of carbon-containing inks and a support on the properties of sol–gel electrodes was studied. Conditions for preparing sol–gel film sensors modified with 1,10-phenanthroline, 2,2-dipyridyl, Chrome Azurol S, and Eriochrome Cyanine were chosen, and the electrochemical properties of these sensors were studied. Optimum conditions are found for determining total iron by stripping voltammetry (SVA) using sol–gel sensors modified with 1,10-phenanthroline and 2,2-dipyridyl. The detection limit for iron(II, III) was found to be 0.02 mg/L at an accumulation time of 60 s. The sol–gel sensors were used in the analysis of natural waters.  相似文献

A technique for the direct preconcentration of bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) on a reversedphase analytical column was proposed for the analysis of water samples by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). A procedure for determining DEHP in surface-water and atmospheric precipitations in the laboratory and in the field was developed (the limit of detection is 0.1 Μg/L, the limit of determination is 0.3 Μg/L, and the relative standard deviation is 20 or 6% at a DEHP concentration of 0.3 or 10 Μg/L, respectively). The concentration levels of DEHP as a chemical tracer for the transfer and migration of air and water masses were examined in Lake Baikal water and in the snow cover of the Baikal region.  相似文献

The mass spectra of eight benzimidazole derivatives were studied. The effect of the nature and position of the substituent on the principal pathways of the fragmentation of the molecular ion, which involve competitive detachment of an HCN particle and the substituent, was examined. The correlation between the parameters of multilayer mirror coatings used in ring laser gyroscopes with the roughness height of the substrate and top surface of mirror coating is investigated. A complex approach is applied to analysis of the roughness of substrates and mirror coatings, which is based on the use of atomic force microscopy and X-ray scattering. A correlation between the roughness of substrates and mirror coatings is established. In addition, the correlation between the scattering coefficient, reflectance, and transmittance of multilayer mirror coatings and the roughness of the substrates used is investigated.  相似文献

A novel method for the synthesis of a hetaryl-containing chelate amino polymer, namely, N-(4(5)-imidazolylmethyl)chitosan (IMC), with a degree of substitution up to 0.3 was proposed. The “synthesis in gel” approach involves direct substitution of the hydroxyl group in 4(5)-imidazolylmethanol. The structures of these polymers were confirmed by 1H NMR data. For sorption studies, IMC samples were crosslinked with epichlorohydrin and diglycidyl ethers of ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol. The degrees of swelling and sorption properties of the polymers largely depend on the crosslinking agent and the degree of crosslinking. The sorption capacities of IMC for AuIII, PtIV, and PdII ions are higher than those of the nonmodified polymer. The extraction of noble metal ions from chloride solutions becomes more selective with increasing degree of crosslinking. The sorption capacity of IMC for CoII and NiII ions is higher than those of chitosan and its known N-heterocyclic derivatives.  相似文献

Sorption of micro- and microamounts of Sr from seawater has been studied using granulated Na-birnessite. Distribution coefficients of 90Sr in the natural seawater are 0.8–1.2?×?103 ml g?1, in the model seawater they are 1.6–1.8?×?103 ml g?1. Application of Na-birnessite was shown to be prospective in sorption–desorption–regeneration regime. In dynamic sorption conditions, over 150 bed volumes of seawater can be purified till 5% breakthrough occurs at feed rate 10 BV h?1. Na-birnessite can be used for 90Sr radionuclide removal from liquid radioactive wastes containing seawater.

Abstract

Lithium-manganese oxide spinel LiMn2O4 was synthesized in hydrothermal conditions (400°C, 20 MPa) in the course of thermovaporous treatment mixtures of MnO2 and LiOH/or Li2CO3. The conditions of synthesis of the spinel as monophase product were determined. The obtained product has been characterized by means of various physical and chemical methods. The spinel has been used for manufacturing cathodes of rechargeable lithium cells. The cells discharged in the potential range 2.8-3.5 V. The specific capacity was 100-140mAh/g.  相似文献
