Active flow-separation control is an effective and efficient mean for drag reduction and unsteady load alleviation resulting
from locally or massively separated flow. Such a situation occurs in configurations where the aerodynamic performance is of
secondary importance to functionality. The performance of heavy transport helicopters and aeroplanes, having a large, and
almost flat, aft loading ramp suffer from the poor aerodynamics of the aft body. Hence, a combined experimental and numerical
investigation was undertaken on a generic transport aeroplane/helicopter configuration. The experimental study provided surface
pressures, direct drag measurements, surface and smoke flow visualization. The baseline flow was numerically analyzed, using
finite volume solutions of the RANS equations. The baseline flow around the model was insensitive to the Reynolds number in
the range it was tested. The flow separating from the aft body was characterized by two main sources of drag and unsteadiness.
The first is a separation bubble residing at the lower ramp corner and the second is a pair of vortex systems developing and
separating from the sides of the ramp. As the model incidence is decreased, the pair of vortex systems also penetrates deeper
towards the centerline of the ramp, decreasing the pressure and increasing the drag. As expected, the ramp lower corner bubble
was highly receptive to periodic excitation introduced from four addressable piezo-fluidic actuators situated at the ramp
lower corner. Total drag was reduced by 3–11%, depending on the model incidence. There are indications that the flow in the
wake of the model is also significantly steadier when the bubble at the lower ramp corner is eliminated. The vortex system

Facility-location problems have several applications, such as telecommunications, industrial transportation and distribution. One of the most well-known facility-location problems is the p-median problem. This work addresses an application of the capacitated p-median problem to a real-world problem. We propose a genetic algorithm (GA) to solve the capacitated p-median problem. Synthesis and Properties of the Layered Perovskite Phase Sr3Mo1.5Zn0.5O7‐δ The new layered perovskite phase Sr3Mo1.5Zn0.5O7‐δ was synthesized by solid state reaction using a Zn/ZnO oxygen buffer. The crystal structure was refined from X‐ray powder pattern by the Rietveld method. The compound crystallizes tetragonal in the space group I4/mmm (no. 139) with the lattice parameters a = 3.9631(3) Å, c = 20.583(1) Å. An oxygen deficiency corresponding to δ ≈ 0.25 was determinated, indicating the presence of molybdenum in mixed valence (Mo4+ and Mo6+). 相似文献

Total charge-changing cross sections have been measured for8Li on C and Pb targets, for9Li on C, Al, Cu, Sn and Pb targets, as well as for11Li on C, Sn and Pb targets at about 80 MeV/nucleon. These data are compared to measured total reaction cross sections and Glauber-type calculations using Hartree-Fock density distributions. These comparisons allow to draw conclusions on the proton density distribution of the neutronrich lithium isotopes. The results show that even for the most exotic nucleus11Li the proton distribution is only very weakly influenced by the long tail in the neutron density distribution already established in several experiments. 相似文献

In CSFeBr3 the Fe2+ ion with effective spin one has locally a singlet ground state (m=0). The antiferromagnetic interactions between neighbouring Fe-ions are too weak as compared with the anisotropy constant to introduce long range order in the absence of an external field. By inelastic neutron scattering we studied the magnetic excitations in an external magnetic field up to 5 Tesla applied along thec-axis. A linear Zeeman splitting was observed with a Landé factorg=2.4. The field renormalizes the dispersion curves in such a way that the exchange interaction has decreasing influence with increasing field. Theoretical calculations according to the excitonic model of Lindgård describe the experimental results very well. At 4.1 Tesla a phase transition appears to a commensurate long range order with a 120° arrangement of the spins in the hexagonal plane. Within the limits of experimental observation this phase transition has no influence on the dynamical behaviour. No critical phenomena could be observed. The dynamical structure factor |G
