The spin splitting caused by the terms linear in wavevector in the effective Hamiltonian containing can give rise to the new magneto-oscillation phenomena in two-dimensional systems. It is shown that the joint action of the spin-dependent contributions due to the heterostructure asymmetry and to the lack of inversion center in the bulk material suppresses beats that arise in the magneto-oscillation phenomena in the presence of the terms of only one of these types.  相似文献

The known diterpenoid alkaloids karacoline, karakanine, songorine, napelline, 12-acetylnapelline, cammaconine, and a new 7,17-secoalkaloid of the lycoctonine type, secokaraconitine, were isolated from tubers of Aconitum karacolicum. A series of macrocycles containing four furazan rings bonded by three azo bonds 2, 5 and 7 have been synthesized from the common precursor, 3‐amino‐3′‐nitro(azofurazan) 3 . The macrocycles closure is a result of N?N bond formation at oxidative cyclization of corresponding bis(3‐aminofurazan‐4‐yl) precursors. X‐Ray crystal structures of macrocycles 2, 2 ?AcOH, 11 and 13 are reported.  相似文献

New derivatives of piperidino[4,5-d]dioxane and 3-oxa-7-bicyclo[3.3.1]nonane were obtained by the oxidatively catalysed condensation of 4-aryl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridines with formaldehyde. The direction of this reaction is sharply altered in the presence of manganese dioxide to give 6-oxa-2-azabicylo[3.2.1]octan-4-one — the product of the oxidative condensation of a new type.  相似文献

Emission spectra of quantum dot arrays in zero-dimensional microcavities are studied theoretically. It is shown that their form is determined by the competition between collective superradiant mode formation and inhomogeneous broadening. A random sources method is used to calculate the photoluminescence spectra from an nonresonant pumped microcavity, and a standard diagram technique is used to provide a microscopic justification for the random sources method. The emission spectra of a microcavity are analyzed taking into account the spread of exciton energy due to inhomogeneous distribution of quantum dots and tunneling between them. It is demonstrated that the luminescence spectra of strongly tunnel-coupled quantum dots are sensitive to the dot positions, and the collective mode can (under certain conditions) be stabilized by random tunneling links.  相似文献

Specific features of the energy spectrum of a separated type-II heterojunction in an external magnetic field are studied theoretically and experimentally. It is shown that, due to hybridization of the states of the valence band of one semiconductor and the conduction band of the other semiconductor at the heterointerface, there are level anticrossings, which produce quasigaps in the density of states in a nonzero magnetic field. The experimental results of magnetotransport studies for the GaInAsSb/p-InAs quaternary solid solutions with different doping levels are shown to agree well with the results of simulation, and specific features of the energy spectrum of separated type-II heterojunctions are established.  相似文献

The theory of the Shubnikov-de Haas effect is generalized to the case of two-dimensional systems with several occupied size-quantization subbands. Possible interlevel scattering is taken into account. It is shown that the relative amplitudes of the Shubnikov-de Haas oscillations are determined not only by the occupancy of the subbands but also by the intensity of intersubband transitions.  相似文献

The influence of the host-crystal deformation on the acceptor wave-function in a cubic crystal is considered. The calculations are based on the numerical solution of the Luttinger Hamiltonian for a hole in a complex valence band. The deformation is taken into account using Bir-Pikus Hamiltonian for the deformation. The results can be used for the interpretation of the STM images in strained cubic crystals.  相似文献
