The behavior of individual 1,7-dicetyltetraaza-12-crown-4 and its mixture with 1,4,7,10-tetracetyltetraaza-12-crown-4 in the Langmuir monolayers at the subphases containing Cu(II) ions or colloidal gold particles is studied. Based on the compression isotherms, the complexing ability of these amphiphilic cyclenes in a monolayer at the surface of aqueous dilute solutions of copper salt is established. It was shown that the fraction of complexes in a monolayer is proportional to the copper ion concentration in the subphase. Using surface balance, atomic force microscopy, and electron microscopy methods, it was revealed that the monolayer of dicetylcyclene at the surface of gold hydrosol binds nanoparticles from the subphase; the number of particles bound by the monolayer is proportional to their content in the hydrosol. The Langmuir–Blodgett films (LBF) of dicetylcyclene are prepared; their ability to bind copper ions from solution was disclosed by quartz crystal microbalance. The LBFs of dicetylcyclene containing gold nanoparticles in each layer are assembled. 相似文献

Metal/superconductor/semiconductor (Ag/Hg-1212/CdSe) hetero-nanostructures have been fabricated using pulse-electrodeposition
technique and are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), full-width at half-maximum (FWHM) and scanning electron microscopy
(SEM) studies. The junction capacitance of Ag/Hg-1212, Hg-1212/CdSe and Ag/Hg-1212/CdSe heterojunctions is measured in dark
and under laser irradiation at room temperature. The nature of the junction formed and built-in-junction potentials were determined.

A fiber-amplified Distributed Bragg Reflector diode laser is used to pump a continuous wave, singly resonant Optical Parametric
Oscillator (OPO). The output radiation covers the 3–4 μm with ability of rapid (100 THz/s) and broad mode-hop-free tuning
(5 cm−1). Wavelength Modulation Spectroscopy is combined with the OPO to take optimal advantage of the spectral scan speed. The sensitivity
of the system was determined as 0.8 ppbv (parts-per-billion by volume) for ethane (C2H6) for the absorption peak at 2996.9 cm−1 recorded in 1.3 seconds, corresponding to a noise equivalent absorption sensitivity (NEAS) of 1.2×10−9 cm−1/Hz1/2. A comparison between results using the 1st, 2nd and 4th harmonic derivative signal from wavelength modulation was performed. The broad continuous tunability was demonstrated by
